gtcard Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015  I'm not sure if this is intentional, but this mod added a double bed to the second floor of my breezehome. I'm using Eli's breezehome mod, so now I have 2 perpendicular beds in my BH. Using mfgconsole shows that the extra bed came from Spouses Enhanced.esp  It doesn't add a bed, it edits the existing one. Since you're using a custom Breezehome mod, either make sure the mod is loading after SE, or just disable the duplicate one with the console. You'll also need to tag the modded bed as the master-bed for SE to work correctly.   ty for the tip. I did not know loading the esp later will actually fix this. I did as you mentioned and it fixed all the edits made to my BH, even some flickering lighting problems I had with it before, probably due to some conflict with ELFX.
CROTCHTROLL Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 From what i have been reading.. this mod may be what i am looking for. Im looking for a lightweight (scripting) mod that wont cause me too many problems, yet, adds some immersion to my game. I plan on doing a new playthrough, but i will also be courting and marrying Vilja, a custom follower, that has a custom marriage quest. At least that is what i am assuming, but we do end up getting married in the temple of mara, im just not sure if that would count as a "vanilla" marriage. If you are familiar with what im talking about, im just wondering if there is any special treatment i will need to do in order to get your mod to work without (many/any) hiccups. Please let me know when you get a chance! Thanks  Â
Gulfwulf Posted October 30, 2015 Posted October 30, 2015 You'll want to install this version for Vilja to work with this mod. Note that you need both mods as well as sexlab for the marriage to Vilja to work properly with this mod.

Using Jaxon Positioner it's easy to solve every similar problem. Â
feliscumulae Posted October 31, 2015 Posted October 31, 2015 (edited) WraithSlayer, thank you so, so much for this update to SE! I can't tell you how grateful I am, particularly for the ability to now have my spouse actually make love on a custom bedroll when they're following me, which I can drop wherever I want.  I've scanned all the support thread's posts, and haven't seen this brought up, however, so I am wondering if this is just happening for me:  No matter what custom transportable bedroll I use, when the animations start, my character & spouse are suspended in the air some feet above the surface of the bedroll. I realized that they are floating above the bedroll at about the level where a bed would sit above the floor.  Is this something with SexLab or Spouses Enhanced, or do you think that this is something very strange going on with my setup & just for me? (I don't use a lot of script-heavy mods, especially not ones that mess with objects/statics/activators or animations, I don't think.)   Again - many thank yous! I honestly squealed when I saw that there was a new update with bugfixes & support!  I am enjoying SE even so much more now, thank you! It's an issue with Sexlab itself. I've run into the same problem using bedrolls. The only fix I know of is to use a bed. Sorry.

You have guessed correctly that the distance they're floating mid-air is for making room for a bed mesh without clipping. This is happening because the custom bed functionality in SE currently always registers the object you're aiming at as a SexLab bed, not a SexLab bedroll (which wouldn't have the height offset). I''ll add a new toggle to the MCM so you can control whether you want the bed registered as a normal one, or bedroll.
NicoleDragoness Posted October 31, 2015 Posted October 31, 2015 I think that the height offset using bedrolls and haypiles is not a fault of your mod but of SexLab 1.60HF2 instead, because also sex started from ALL every mods have the same issue.

Just tested it and you're right, it does look like the current version of the framework is incorrectly applying height offset to bedrolls. Still, there is a component of SE that needs to be fixed in regards to bedrolls, but there's no point fixing it until the framework is handling it properly.

Uncle64 Posted November 1, 2015 Posted November 1, 2015 The issue whit bed/bedrolls could happen whit 159 to. Have no clue what makes it. And it is whit other mods to. One thing I tend to ignore.
Gulfwulf Posted November 2, 2015 Posted November 2, 2015 I'm having a small issue: I don't get the option to sleep with my spouse when we're not next to the master bed. I did build a house in The Pale, but it's currently being worked on, so I don't have a master bed there. Do I need to clear the master bed for the dialog to work? Thanks.

If your spouse is following you, you don't need a master bed at all. Just stand next to any SexLab-compatible bed with your spouse nearby (you may need to wait a few seconds), and you'll have a new dialogue option after 'My love...'.

Hmm...That never happened to me, I've always had to tell her to relax via AFT. Anyway, I did get it to work by doing that. Is this a conflict with AFT that you know of? Also, does it only apply to beds or do bedrolls and hay piles count as well? Thanks.

If you happen to run into a bed that doesn't work, you can use SE's MCM functions to add it in. Â As for AFT, probably no conflict, it's just that SE has different dialogue paths depending on whether your spouse is currently following you.

Dark_Fenix Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 I was wrong to comment on a post, I wanted to comment on this, version 1.7.3, my comment was: I'm testing the mod, is interesting the concept, but it bothers have as many options and the wife always refuse, I read that is needed rise the affection, but could not do the dialogues appear according to affection, I think it would be better to be tested if she agree, and she dont re-dress after use the option let`s take this to bed  Â
Gulfwulf Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 1. There's an option to set your wife's affection level via the MCM menu: you can set it to four and get all of the options. Otherwise, you'll need to sleep with her regularly to get her affection level up. 2. Re-dressing is part of Sexlab. Check under the timers and stripping section to have re-dressing turned off I believe. Or I may be misremembering and it's only for victims.
Dark_Fenix Posted December 24, 2015 Posted December 24, 2015 already use the firts option that you gave me, I just think that is cheating, that is why asking if only apper the dialogue when you fulfill the requirements (more immersive), and the same for the npc dialogue "I can ask you something personal" (I think that says), that only appear after your wife agree (or how disable that dialogue, because It is annoying that even the beggars have the dialogue, as if to ask a beggar a threesome with my wife, never), I know it's hard make modifications, that's why I comment only and I thank you for your great contribution
dldrzz000 Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 Excuse me, I have several questions and may need some instructions: (1). Is it possible to make a customized patch for customized followers with customized marriage system(such as AnnaNPCs, which uses specific wedding scenes and An_MarriageFin), basing on your current system and scripts? (2). If 1 is possible, do I need to create a new quest and reconstruct DialogTopics, instead of just modding current DialogTopics like ValjaAddon and SeranaAddon? (3). If 1 is impossible, which of the current scripts are necessary to rewrite, or I should utilize the scripts in SeranaAddon? Â Â Sorry for my non-native English.
Sacremas Posted January 23, 2016 Posted January 23, 2016 Spouses Enhanced seems to have broken Lydia entirely. Â I married Lydia, at first things went well, except of course all scenes was forced into the marital bed, and I wish you'd give the option not to. Small thing that, everything was great, I loved the greetings and everything... Â Maybe a week after marrying her, Lydia refused to ride horses via Convenient horses any more. Commanding her to ride instead only forces other companions present to ride, and it's no difference if she's alone. That may not have been caused by this, it's just werid it's just her. Â But now... whenever I try to talk to her, all that she is saying is "Hello my Love, back from some adventure I guess?" every freakign time, regardless of if we are at home or in the middle of a draugr dungeon or anywhere. Whcih means of course that I can't dismiss her, I can't open her inventory, I can't do anything. That started just now after last sleep. I'm going to have to uninstall Spouses Enhanced and see if that fixes it, of it's deeper and a Hearthfire issue. Â Edit: Uninstalling Spouses Enhanced fixed it. I really liked the mod though overall, the loving messages and seductions and such were great, so I'd prefer to put it back in.
Fuzzykins Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 Is there any way to get the threesome dialog OFF of my custom dog follower? (one that I made myself) It's kind of immersion breaking to have an intimate conversation option with my dog. And yes, I do have the follower esp after SE in the load order...Is there any way you could restrict the dialog to adult PEOPLE only? And if not, is there a way I could do this myself?
Omogu Posted January 28, 2016 Posted January 28, 2016 I finally took a crack at this mod and I absolutely love it. SE really adds more depth to Sexlab, which I've felt has been missing as far as actually cultivating relationships with partners is concerned. I appreciate the buildup to intimacy players have with their spouse as well as gradually unlocking new features, etc. the higher your intimacy is; the entry events are a nice touch as well. Also the idea of being able to vacation with your spouse is pretty freaking awesome, as I'm one who enjoys immersive features in games. Really fun mod.
Fuzzykins Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Hey I was digging around this mod in the creation kit and may have found a solution to my issue with having the dialog on my dog follower...I simply added a "getisplayablerace" rule to the threesome dialog on the potential third person, so that way it only works with playable races and not custom animal followers, I hope you don't mind, figured I'd share in case anyone else is interested. I didn't touch any of the dialog with the spouse themselves. If you could incorporate this change in future updates that'd be great, but if not, well I'll just have to keep changing it myself I suppose, or maybe offer different versions or a setting or something so that people with custom races can still have threesomes with them, idk.
