Also can we have a option to fill the prison with other prisoners in other cell?

Kinda feel all those prison alittle bit too empty in these versions.

And maybe can makes a new screen of prison outbreak, when other prisoner trys to escape (with you) or having a riot and took down the guards,they would sometimes open your cell and have their fun on you...

Having several problems-

  • Pillories disappear when I'm locked into them.
  • When locked in pillories, no punishments, no crowd gathers, no one partakes, including the guard, when he's set to punish.
  • I've run through several sentences, no cage scene happens.
  • After sentence, nothing happens. Time runs out, but I'm still in collar, naked in the cell, and no way to get my stuff back.
I've got the patch. I've got Zaz and SL up to date. DD installed. I've only been jailed in Whiterun, so I don't know if this happens elsewhere.

 

 

I had the first point happen, but it's probably a trivial artifact from how animations are running and can be safely ignored. Eventually, the pillory will reappear.

As for the second, it's on a timer. But as said several posts before this one, if the jailer decides to have at you, everything will stall.

 

I too did not had any cage scene or parade, but this may be because I was in morthal though. I went for a 2 days sentence and ended up in the pillory each time.

 

Once the sentence ends, you're supposed to be led outside the cage and set free. Something went wrong at some point, thus a papyrus log is necessary to have once chance to know what broke.

 

Fixed in POP 8j.

There is no parade in any wall-less city.   ;)

Perhaps you could get his ID? Click on him in the expanded console (Tab).

 

 

I was away, when I return form piller the body was already there before I was lock in again. I suppect he was scared to death when he heard that he was lock in the same room with a deadly killer.

 

too bad the save was corrupted, can not get into it to retrive the ID.

 

Btw there is a new mod around call "SexLab Parasites - Kyne's Blessing", would it able to provide some new screen for POP? Like in some prison like whiterun, there could be some animal crawl out form the sewer and get you while you are in the cell?

There will be vanilla conflicts so probably not.

Bug Report

 

Noticed that old bug is still there. I hit a guard in Riften but when I was arrested it was for a major crime rather than petty.

Hmm, never ran into that before.

 

How much gold was the arrest for?  

 

 

This is odd but I may have misread it before.

 

In Windhelm and I whack Nils with a sword and get 40 gold bounty. Nils is a bit upset for some reason so I run away and find a guard. I submit to the guard and am arrested for minor crimes but he takes all my gold of 327 and the balance of 339 is added to the bounty.

 

It may be the same bug as before where the wrong amounts were being added (it's somewhere back in this thread).

Nah, he was already dead when I came back to the prison, tough it is odd he is completely empty.

But heh, if there is no way for the player to blackout due to lack of sleep, everything's fine.

 

 

 

Afaik you can't blackout because a lack of sleep, the worst that can happen is a scenario where you can't walk anymore if you have several other mods installed which slow you down. It happens in my game that my speed is literally decreased to zero (RND + FHU + MME or wear&tear are enough if bad debuffs are combined). But in case of emergency you can just toggle them off in MCM, so... no need to check it here i think.

It's in the Great Main Hall. Just go in - you won't be coming out, at least not any time soon. ;)

I was actually properly released this time, (well- sold into slavery, actually, but the end scene did happen,) so I'm not certain now if I had been arrested for Major crimes. I was taken on a bounty for indecency, but that's set to 1000g, so it may push the threshold. That last game was a really long session, and my script load is probably unreasonably high, but here's the last couple hours of my papyrus log. I'd have trimmed it down more, but I know next to nothing about scripting, so I wasn't sure what you'd need to see...

Update: Rolled back, cleaned my save, parade and pillory went a little smoother, but still, no punishments, despite various configurations of who could punish, and for how long, and how often, and various timescale settings. Also, apparently no way to skip the pillory, and Load Game is unavailable while pilloried, too.  Time scale, as someone else observed, doesn't seem to be functioning. Even set to 360, time seems to crawl at the normal pace, and with the jailer and townsfolk ignoring me, naked in the (still invisible) stocks, it's a long very boring wait, I'm afraid. 

 

Oh- also wanted to add, another strange little side-note issue: When taking me back to the cells, the jailer is constantly distracted by the path to Jorvasskr. Every single time, he drags me up those steps, and then stands around, while a crowd gathers. All but once, I've had to Unstuck Jailer to get him back to the prison. Easy to work around with Unstuck, though, so not a huge issue.

Just joined the DB, once I get outside there's a BH waiting for me. I conjure a Flame Atronach and run like hell. Made it to Riverwood breathless and had to stop to use the outhouse, got back to the road and there he is running after me.

Having several problems-

  • Pillories disappear when I'm locked into them.
  • When locked in pillories, no punishments, no crowd gathers, no one partakes, including the guard, when he's set to punish.
  • I've run through several sentences, no cage scene happens.
  • After sentence, nothing happens. Time runs out, but I'm still in collar, naked in the cell, and no way to get my stuff back.

I've got the patch. I've got Zaz and SL up to date. DD installed. I've only been jailed in Whiterun, so I don't know if this happens elsewhere.

 

Make sure it's for major crimes.

 

If yes, then like @bicobus said - I need a log.

 

 

I was actually properly released this time, (well- sold into slavery, actually, but the end scene did happen,) so I'm not certain now if I had been arrested for Major crimes. I was taken on a bounty for indecency, but that's set to 1000g, so it may push the threshold. That last game was a really long session, and my script load is probably unreasonably high, but here's the last couple hours of my papyrus log. I'd have trimmed it down more, but I know next to nothing about scripting, so I wasn't sure what you'd need to see...

Update: Rolled back, cleaned my save, parade and pillory went a little smoother, but still, no punishments, despite various configurations of who could punish, and for how long, and how often, and various timescale settings. Also, apparently no way to skip the pillory, and Load Game is unavailable while pilloried, too.  Time scale, as someone else observed, doesn't seem to be functioning. Even set to 360, time seems to crawl at the normal pace, and with the jailer and townsfolk ignoring me, naked in the (still invisible) stocks, it's a long very boring wait, I'm afraid. 

 

 

You are dumping stacks like crazy. You didn't use the POP emergency button 'Release All Ai' without doing a 'Force Ai' after, did you?   

 

Also, there seems to be something wrong with your AP install. You might wanna address that as well.

I am looking in start again with Skyrim :D and wanna add some fun into it :)

This mod give the original Prison mod more features is that correct?

And at the first page is a warning it needs "http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/2435-devious-devices-equip/",but I don't like this ball in the mouth thing (really), so do I really need to install that?

 

And does this mod work with any bodys of any sizes?

Kinda feel all those prison alittle bit too empty in these versions.

And maybe can makes a new screen of prison outbreak, when other prisoner trys to escape (with you) or having a riot and took down the guards,they would sometimes open your cell and have their fun on you...

 

There will be vanilla conflicts so probably not.

 

Hi, there are already two mods that add prison inmates. They also work well together with Prison Overhaul Patches, as far as I can tell from the few stints my char did in prison recently.

 

Check out these mods if you want a busier prison:

Populated Skyrim Prison Cells -- by Erkeil -- I recommend the linked version as the original modder no longer maintains it. The mod does what it says in its name. It also offers some interaction with the inmates, not sure if that might interfere with POP somehow (haven't tried that part yet).

Slave Girls by hydragorgon is the other mod I'd recommend to populate your prisons, with prisoners more in line with the theme of POP (zaz restraints and whatnot). Be aware that hydra slaves can have a big impact on your performance though, particularly on a weak system, as it adds tons of mostly naked NPC spawns all over the map. So that's a double hit, first the NPC spawns on their own which can tax a system hard, and then the overtime for SexLab Aroused which I assume almost everybody has active too.

I've just been doing a bit of testing while I'm on the run and there's a bit of a problem if the BH's catch up with you as they keep attacking. This causes a problem with Defeat kicking in but I also tried it without and was getting nearly one shotted and killed. I tried sheathing my weapon and you do get a dialogue but I was dead by then.

 

I'm wondering if it wouldn't be a good idea to add a surrender key which would cut in instantly as the dialogue takes a bit too long particularly if there are the three of them

I have a new idea, how about:

 

1 Have a chance to force player working in mines as slave (likely if the town have mines like Markarth or close to place have mines like Riften.)

2 Force to exploring dangerous places(like some bandit strongholds) outside town, with just bare bone equipments like an iron sword, an iron shield and a couple of low potions

 

The points is to let player gain some gold, for paying the bountery when return to prison......

 

3 Also could be a chance let player to fool the watcher for a early release when outside town (but it would be costly both on speech skill and could put a new heavy bountery in the reigon on player after a few days when the jailer discover he/she was tricked)

 

4And while in the mine there could be came across wildlife or bandits attack ,which would ended up freeing player, but also could led to slavery...... and also count as escape form prison.

Yeah, I believe Inte is working on specific cells/punishment for high bounty crimes. The labyrinth is one of them.

You could try SexLab Raven Beak Prison if you find yourself too impatient. The trick seems to set POP bounties high enough so that you get the option to go to raven beak. There may have some other incompatibilities, and I wouldn't know since I have not yet tried that mod.

Yes take a criminal and arm him/her with a sword and shield and set em loose.  It'll work as well as in Fallout: New Vegas when the NCR gave the prisoners explosives. :P

 

Although fighting in an arena would b cool instead. Butt naked, with a randomized iron weapon set.  If you try to escape (if there could even be a possible way) you become a pincushion full of bolts and other pointy objects and if you manage to survive that you get buttraped for good measure.  Like, by an entire barracks that can potentially stop you.

 

Oooh ooh gladiator matches can end in raep too if the loser yields or something.  Maybe if you're not completely shit at fighting you can earn your freedom.  Maybe you can ask followers to make bets on you to bail you out?

 

Just...where the heck do ya put a lil arena?  Just outside the city?  A trap door somewhere in the city to come cramped underground area?

 

It can b like Gladiator, except kinkier. :3

Despite my earlier woes on arrests not working too well in places like Whiterun and Riften main locations, (you were planning to change the mechanism a bit, but I didn;''t recognise that in the list of changes being planned for 8i?), they do work fine in smaller cells, and an arrest in part of Markarth landed my PC and follower OK in Windhelm jail

 

But, in the stocks, unlike in Riften, the follower was not enjoined (lovely word, that) in and 'action' by the paying up locals.  Any 'locational' reason why that might be?  I've not seen it mentioned before, so I thought I'd give you a heads up on it anyway

 

Incidentally, the restraints worn by the PC before being imprisoned were the 'Shout like a Virgin' mod's ones, and they seemed to get removed and replaced fine without getting broken.  And the chastity devices seemed to stay on fine, without breaking SLAV's questline, so however that works, please don't change it!  :P

 

Looking forward to 8i.  This mod just keeps on getting better!

Uhm so installing... I just put the patch file too into my Data Folder, right I guess so?

Oh I can use NMM, great and hmmm what about upgrade to 8.i with german strings from 8.g?
