Watched a few others and like many was pleased to see there was someone who was trying to regain the balance of truth. Here they are locked in a protracted conflict with an alliance of Equity Feminists, Anti-Feminists and Men's Rights Activists. Along comes Anita Sarkesian who initiates a second conflict with Video Gamers mostly based on faulty intelligence (not a pun), ergo that video gamers are a small minority of irrelevant overweight basement dwellers. In the course of this new conflict, diplomatic mistakes and the resultant collateral damage, the Video Gamers have been joined in battle by 4Chan and other similiar but unaffiliated groups in their conflict with the 3rd Wave Feminists. While Video Gamers are a large and disparate group with many competing ideologies, they do agree on one principle, that anyone trying to take away their pastime is the enemy. Strategically, they broke a very old rule - "Never start wars on two fronts". In a way, Christine's video could be interpreted diplomatically as peace feelers which could be summed up as "We aren't your enemy".

I'm all down with that, why should one be forced to a role in society? We should be free to do whatever the hell we want as long as it makes us happy and doesn't damage the rest. Well just like elalquimista said there is still some women like this but there is not many of them unfortunately ( I mean "real" one...). At least from what I saw.

Back in the 1970's a lot of people told me it was an inappropriate career choice for a female but not one of them was an engineer. I strongly dislike modern man-hating feminists and the way they denigrate men. I suspect I have an unusual attitude for my age, but then my grandmother was a racing driver between the 2 world wars and I grew up surrounded by engineers, scientists and eccentric artists. In my opinion that video was a strong voice for common sense and acceptance of both our differences and our similarities and I will be following her with great interest from now on
