Sacremas Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Yeah I use RealVision and ELFX and Climates of Tamriel (night level 2) riding around during the night is hazardous, even with a lantern I've gone off the road a few times. I use Gopher's Predator Vision but only when I'm vampire or in werewolf form, if I'm human form (even as a werewolf) I have to rely on lanterns and torches, has a whole survival setup then with frosfall on a rather brutal setting, needs, hunterborn, etc. I keep planning to and this time I will sometimes around level 50 as a warrior abandon all my gear at home, fast travel to one end of skyrim with nothing but clothes on my back, then I disable fast travel and I have to make my way across Skyrim, and on the way I have to finish a draugr dungeon and kill a dragon on legendary, and I can never visit a city. Gonna be fun! Going to probably have to raid some bandit camps for better gear and drugs, then shoot up with skooma before taking on that dragon.
Wandering_Mania Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Yeah sad to say I still use the old abandon "Belua Sanguinare Revisited" mod only because it works the best with custom races, and it is my favorite one with some of the powers. I tried "Vampires Redone" and it never worked right with the "Lunari Elf Race" I have. I use the improved Vampires Sight power that toggles night vision and you can see like it is daytime in the pitch black.
NicoleDragoness Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Search on Nexus for a mod called "Predator Vision". It's a bit a cheat but it works great for dark nights.
Sacremas Posted May 9, 2015 Posted May 9, 2015 Yeah but you need to set it up that the button that turns on Predator Nigth Vision also shuts off the ENB for the best effect on almost all ENBs. I use Vampiric Thirst Dawnguard Edition by Miss Leeches, steady poster on this forum. It's so sexy, very reminiscent of Vampire the Masquerade, especially if you played Vampire Bloodlines.
Wandering_Mania Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 Never played either of those. Also I think we "jacked" the thread. Sorry about the off topic stuff Guffel.
Content Consumer Posted May 10, 2015 Posted May 10, 2015 Never played either of those. Also I think we "jacked" the thread. Sorry about the off topic stuff Guffel. To which I can only reply: Ooh, baby, you can jack my threads anytime.
Pathed Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I'm sure it's something on my end, but for some reason since the update (of course I haven't updated since like November before now) messes up Frostfall for me. Old version still works fine, but I can't start Frostfall (the game thinks it's started, but it's not) with the new version. Any ideas? P.S. I've tried testing it with just it and Frostfall, and it freezes the game up everytime I try to make a new game. Afraid I've not the skill to figure it out.

I have no idea which conflict it could have with SW.
Pathed Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 Mhh... frostfall? I have no idea which conflict it could have with SW. Well, managed to get it working together. As I figured, there's no direct conflict. Is SW very script heavy? I'm not really sure how to check.

You could try Elephant's Script Latency Tester (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/62671/?). It's won't give you an individual mod's latency, but quite good to see how laggy your overall setup is.
Guffel Posted May 12, 2015 Author Posted May 12, 2015 The hookers are script heavy. A few pages back I posted a exchange script to disable their customers.
Meteox Posted May 12, 2015 Posted May 12, 2015 I have not played Skyrim for a while since the 0.9.6 so I have a question/suggestion, if I'm allowed to. When you reach the addiction level where guards would approach your character, does the conversation they hold with you have any options? I had this idea where you can try to slip away with your addiction crime someway. For example you can: - Tell them that you are the thane of that hold (If you are) and they may let you go a few times. - Lie them by saying that you are actually tired from working and were never able to have enough sleep for few days. - Flirt/Persuade them with sex to let you go. - Try to bribe them like any crime. - Intimidate them to leave you alone which, if failed, you would get hit and blackout to find yourself in prison. (Addicts can be aggressive when they need their drugs from what I heard) Of course failing can cause you more trouble since they are tied to speech which will already be low. What do you think Guffel?
Sacremas Posted May 13, 2015 Posted May 13, 2015 If there's consequences for failing make auto-submit an option rather than default though, as said addicts can be dangerous and most Dovahkiin's can slaugther all the guards in a Hold BEFORE they juice up on tons of drugs.
Krazyone Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 REQUEST... For Frostfall users, some sort of heat to keep Frostfall whores warm, as they stand waiting to whore themselves out... REQUEST 2... Maybe a Red Light near them, to find them easier. As well as keeping with the red light district theme... Noticed one of the whores leaning against the wall, but a couple of feet from the wall. Both in Solitude and Whiterun... Version 0.9.8. Been loving the new drugged up system, my characters visions blurs, they get the shakes and sometimes gulp down a Skooma from my inventory... Much more realistic... IDEA... If you walk past the Skooma Whores, and you're carrying more than 5 skooma. They mug you, sex you up and steal your Skooma...
Morferous Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 REQUEST... For Frostfall users, some sort of heat to keep Frostfall whores warm, as they stand waiting to whore themselves out... I second that. My character runs around and back again, while searching for heat to warm up. It would make sense that girls would have some sort of fire to keep them warm.
Guest Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 The Skooma dens will be warm enough I assure you. It will be release by the grace of our king, Robert Baratheon, first of his name.
shinji72 Posted May 15, 2015 Posted May 15, 2015 The Skooma dens will be warm enough I assure you. It will be release by the grace of our king, Robert Baratheon, first of his name. Any ETA? (I want to do a videoshowcase of Skooma whore... but of course I want to include the upcoming skooma den). In the meantime, beware the hog hunt, my lord.

No idea, I have already finished my part so all the physical places are done. its just scripting, inserting NPCs and other stuff I dont even know about. it should be done eventually, Guffel works quickly like a madman sometimes but an eta? no clue mate. I shall enjoy the hog hunt my good lad, your concern is noted.
Khurm Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 this mod is just what i needed but i was thinking if it works good for me, i tried to find recipies... from loot? fixed places? pure luck? i just cant find any, the option in MCM is cool to test them, true, but never used it cus i wanted to find, if just only one, on my own :< any tips? xD EDIT: yes i saw description about drop...but does it include ALL hostile npcs? chests? @_@ , cmooon, tell me i need recipie! *droll* xD
Sacremas Posted May 16, 2015 Posted May 16, 2015 There's a MCM option that will give you every recipie and 10 of each of the drugs, will that do? It's the "starter set". They drop from Bandits and Forsworn, if you get raped from any mod your rapist may also juice you up with a random drug. There are drug dealers wandering every city, vanilla Skooma and Double Distilled Skooma counts and is much better, and alchemist sometimes stocks the drugs as well as recipies randomly. By the way I need to report a bit of a weird issue, this mod doesn't seem to take into consideration PCs that like to rape, as I frequently get drugged when I'm the one raping the bandit.
eric_starbuck Posted May 18, 2015 Posted May 18, 2015 Nice mod, it does not take account of the money you have. If you are at 0 gold and the innkeeper asks you to leave, you can select to pay and he does not complaint about the lack of funds in you pocket.
Guffel Posted May 18, 2015 Author Posted May 18, 2015 Hi again, I decided very spontaniously to go camping for the last 4 days, that's why I wasn't active here. I can't give a real ETA for the Skooma Dens, cause I want to meet a certain standard and don't rush it. I try to get as much done as i can in the next two weeks, but then I go on vacation for 10 days. So if I can't finish an update till June, it will come in late june after the 15th.
crs030 Posted May 19, 2015 Posted May 19, 2015 No problem, camping in the nature is nicer then smelly Skooma Dens anyway. Lets hope that there no problems come up and you can finish eveyting in time.
