SexLab Skooma Whore

I have a strange problem - city prostitute quest just stopped working. It is still active in the journal but I have no dialogue options about it with den sellers. No clients come to me either.

How can I fix this? Maybe a quest reset might help? If so how can I do this?

The locations of the dens is on the orgininal LE Modpage I believe, but I know the Whiterun den is a part of the Dragonsreach Dungeon cell. TCL through a bloody wall and you'll find it fast and you can explore to find the entrance, because the entrance is well hidden at the eastern gateway to the Cloud District between the wall and a house.

As for the others, I can't remember for the life of me. But try noclipping in other cities' dungeons to find them quickly. I do the noclip thing whenever I forget. lol. I'm blonde af.

Does anyone know how to add exceptions to the "Inn Demands" part of being treated like scum? I play with the Bathing Beauties Luxury Suite mod which gives you a player home that also doubles as an inn and with Skooma Whore the inn keeper of my own damn home tries to charge me or kick me out when my addiction is high enough. I don't want to disable the being treated like scum part of the mod but it is annoying to have an npc in my own home come up to me constantly demanding money. I'd also be ok with disabling at least the inn demands part while leaving the guards treating me like scum and I'm confident enough to edit either the scum script or the skooma whore esp with xedit to stop that but I'd rather just have the suite be a safe area than mess with anything else.

When consuming "The Second Brain", I only get a 6 point buff in Enchanting instead of 60.
Also, the magic effect list (see picture) only says "Increase Alchemy" 3 times.

Alchemy and Smithing recieved 60 points.

I tried starting a new game, and the 6 point buff was the same.

I am a Creation Kit amature, so I looked up The Second Brain's effect, and saw the bug ( or feature ? ).

 

Edited: I tried altering the value from 6 to 60 and saving, but the new ESP file was 20KB smaller .. so i dared not use it.

 I had an idea some time ago for effects like this that included the "Grey Quarter Overhaul" mod. One of the area's is a "Skooma Den". The player goes there, has a bit of fun with the people there and everything else offered, Too much fun of what's offered. They pass out and later on wake up nude and with some/one of the Devious Equipment's to prevent them from running out. They find out the day before they had enjoyed so much they could never pay for it all at one time and no longer having any pockets with money to pay the bill.

So at this point they learn they'll have to work to pay down the bill, serving drinks makes a bit, dancing pays a bit but its the "Other Service" that really pays better but the owner gets most of that plus one more problem... They are addicted to Skooma.

I have a lot of mods. ? I suspected Requiem at first, since it edits how skooma works, but I removed the skooma from that mod, keeping only the skooma from Skooma Whore. Made no difference though.
