There's this thing I posted about in another thread, apparently it's a PITA for people to compare sand to planets and the universe.

So I googled it (sand) and came up with a coffee table for people with more money than sand (or maybe they'll have a sale on sand soon)

I´ve tried signs, the bastards ignore them, there are no "roads, only tracks I made myself, when I got the property there was a ruin and some almond-trees.. I built all this with my own hands, I have an understanding with the Goat-Herders and the Local Guardia that They can use it, I have made it clear that I will have no idiots disturbing both my peace and quiet AND the protected wildlife here.. the Eagles and Boars, the varieties of song-birds and various species of Fauna and flora Are NOT to be disturbed..that was one of the reasons I bought this Mountain, to protect them and yet Idiot tourists, socalled Nature-lovers and ignorant Mountain-bikers traipse across MY property as if they own the place.. I´ve had the Guardia pick-up countless morons who ignored the signs and yet.. they persist , some even threaten me with lawsuits.. I came home from deployment a month ago and , lo and behold.. some idiot had parked an autocamper.. in the middle of the Grove, even setting up a barbecue??  and when I found the bastard He claimed it was public property and I could fuck off.. that did it, I drove my truck into his van and pushed it to the edge, and called the Guardia.. He awaits charges for potential arson and tresspassing.. I´ve come to the point where I consider gifting the lot to the Government on the provision that no one , NO ONE, but me has access till the day i die...just to protect the wildlife and prevent some idiot Tourist or hiker from starting a fire that would burn down everything and, propably, spread for miles and miles..... this is MY lands, MY Mountain.. I bought it, i build it and I will be damned to see it destroyed by some ignorant City-slob with no idea of what they destroy when disturbing the wildlife... no matter how "green" they claim to be.. they are still too stupid to realize that THEY are destroying the samctuary I built....

The Local Guardia and Policia are well aware of what I am capable of and what weapons I have..we have an arrangement to the effect that, I do not use more than appopriate force and in return they react immediately when I call.. It works, not always as fast as i want it to but, it+s better than nothing.. they now agree to patrol the grounds when i´m away..in coop with the Herders and the stable-hands... GOD! I cannot wait till the day when i´m retired fully and can spend more time fencing and just enjoying the wonders that Nature gives you.. anyway, sorry If I came out as a ranting Scrooge.. have a merry Christmas and a happy New Year...
