thedarkone1234 Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 I skimmed over @Xuvish's problem and have to admit I haven't seen all the responses, but would like to suggest another solution which I notice here: Instead of trying to find and unequip the device via console, try to find and EQUIP it via console, then struggle out normally using a key. Let's say you have a blindfold, it is a little harder to tell in that case, but you could still tell if it is red, black or white (use candlelight if you are unsure). Then use "help" to search for that blindfold. There will be only a few options, maybe 4 in the worst cases (After you have familiarized yourself with DD a little it will get easier to tell the difference between ebonite and leather, and you would be able to reduce most items into 2 guesses by the look of them). Then you use "Player.equipitem XXXXXXXX 0" to have it equip on you. if and only if your guess was right, then trying to normally unequip it will bring up the unequip menu. if it doesn't bring the menu, reload save and try the next option. I found this method more reliable then scanning through my inventory and removing via command. Of course it gets a little annoying if you DD setting make it hard for you to remove devices in the fair way, because it actually demands you to deal with the item again. but since we are using console already, I think consoling a key for such cases is fair...

When attempting to cook a prisoner stew, activating the cook pot just blocks controls for a few seconds, otherwise nothing happens. Could it be an incompatibility with RNS & sexlab survival maybe? Or anyone have any ideas?

Or anyone have any ideas? I had this as well. But I have neither RND nor sexlab survival installed. Interestingly, cooking was disfunctional in whole. I could spawn another cooking pot and it was also unusable. My resolution was to load a save from before the imprisonment. The next time I got arrested, cooking worked.

Everything works fine for them with dialogue, animations, proper clothing equipping after freeing them and all, but when I get the event where the devices lock themselves on my character, it'll equip everything the bound girl was wearing except the slot for the body. So like, the bound girl will be wearing a catsuit, gag, pony boots and armbinder, and everything except the catsuit would get locked on my character. I tried my best looking through the topic to see if something like this was answered, but couldn't find anything.

Make sure that all HDT restraints from DD are working, chains swinging when you move and so on. Skyrim tech support is for troubleshooting the game CTD's and how to stabilize it. If your vanilla skyrim is stable, it doesn't mean it's stable anymore with LL mods (until you put in a good amount of effort).

I'm just reading the code - it looks like it works as intended - only Heavy Bondage (armbinders, yokes, prisoner chains), gags, boots and belts go to player. Everything else just disappears. So - not a bug ?

I mean my game has been 100% stable with all my mods installed, including HDT and DD over 100s of hours. I've had 0 crashes anywhere, except the basement, where they occur 100% of the time before the basement even loads. This basement specific basement crash has been reported many times for months, but there are no posted solutions. What's in the basement that is not used anywhere else? I'm trying to figure out if I have a missing requirement, but I've updated all the requirements listed and no change.

There are no solutions here because it's not DCL's fault, in any proven way at least. Very few people experience the crash, and any solution that make your game stable elsewhere could fix this one too. But as said, this topic is not specifically to fix Skyrim installations, it is a very complex thing to discuss. DCL or DD mod requirements are not comprehensive lists of things you need to install or prepare in order to make it stable, you need to look into guides on the topic.

rawr22 Posted November 3, 2019 Posted November 3, 2019 Thanks, that doesn't work for me though. It still happens if I load straight to the cell from the main menu, so it's not affected by anything prior to that. It's definitely cell specific.

He is not in, or next to the flagged mare, and he also is not where the questmarker shows he is (some elephant graveyard near whiterun). Moveto command doesnt work with the help claudius id too. So what can i do here?

When I enter the cave or the castle, I start endless loading, sometimes it turns out to get into the castle (rarely), but there is a constant crash if I open the backpack. Is it possible to disable this and other quests in this mod? It would be great since all the adult mods are put on top of the Requiem mod

DCL works fine with it...

With SE I could get as far as everything working but the character body would go invisible leaving only the head and feet. With oldrim It keeps giving me an error that the devious devices expansion is not loaded when I have it loaded to the version required. I do find that some of these mod descriptions as well could use some better wording to say what version of what mods are needed to the version used as well as whether or not they are for Skyrim SE or just oldrim. Either way I have yet to get this mod to work properly with everything I have tried and I've tried quite a lot. SE I get t-pose when using too old of files. that is expected. Everything else loads perfectly fine just the body refuses to show up. Head, Feet, and the armbinder show up fine. I'm running these mods for SE and getting this error. The problem is that whenever I equip certain DD items, they won't who up on my character. So far I can only make collars, and some gloves and boots, usually small pieces like high heeled shoes or smaller rubber gloves. When items like large lockable gloves or boots don't show up, the characters hands or feet disappear as well. This is also a problem with som catsuits, where the entire body does invisible. When I try to equip a harness, the only thing that shows up the collar part. I would like to avoid reinstalling all of the mods because I honestly don't know how its even working atm.

I'd be willing to get 1-2, maybe 3-4 chests even with that speed I was able to walk, but any more sounds just way too timeconsuming to me - not the getting of the chests, but walking with that speed for so long, and especially knowing it was a low random chance, and not just a limited time of doing it. I modified my speedmult with console at first, to walk a bit faster (still slower than normal speed though), but then eventually after a few chests I consoled the lost shipment to me. Admittedly, it can depend much on being able to changing the character's speed through other means, like spells or other mods (like being a vampire gives movement speed, at least with "better vampires"), but the other way is true too, other mods decreasing movement speed, like being tired and several other possible effects. A possible "solution" would be needing not just one item but multiple ones - how many could be set through mcm beforehand, like a number between 1-10 or something - and those dropping with 100% from boss chests one at a time. Or even having fix locations to go to instead of random drop. UNLESS of course it is actually bugged and it should drop easily and it just didn't. " I consoled the lost shipment to me. Enter Lost Knife Cave 2. Save game at Lost Knife Hideout Entrance (still at the cave) 3. Walk (You can just ignore the enemies if you have Chloe EDIT: Don't actually do this unless you think you can) to the chest and open it 4. Load the save at the entrance and repeat steps 1-4 until Lost Shipment shows up. 5. Commemorate! You can also save the game just before you go near the boss chest. The contents of the chest will be generated when you open it the first time, and wether Lost Shipment is in there or not is a random chance. If you keep loading the game and opening chest, eventually you will find it. (It doesn't matter which boss chest you choose, but i don't think giant camps chests will ever have the shipment.)
