It absolutely will, yes. The changes in 5.0 are probably the most substantial of any update ever. People can of course try to manually clean their older saves and try it anyway, but it's very much not recommended. YMMV.

Should be fine if you uninstall, wait ingame 8-ish hours, then go out and use savegame cleaner.

sexlab got a major update with 1.6 and is ironing out bugs...

non sl animations is close to a major update with 3.0 and is about to get a lot of new animations...

captured dreams shop has a major update on the horizon too...

even get striped again is close to an update...

I have this weird problem of Cursed Loot shutting down despite me not playing a male character OR having anything that changes children's tags.

Which is seriously strange because I haven't changed my load order a lot since the last time I used it. In any case, I'll post it just in case I'm just too stupid to see something obvious, but I cut about 3/4 of my modlist trying to find the culprit and still no results

I know I have a few other conflicts to sort out, but my game is perfectly playable for now. It's just Cursed Loot that bigs me right now

 

Could it also be a problem with the latest version? I used 4.9 before without a problem... then again I haven't tried it on the particular profile

 

You must have something that changes one of the flags, you just haven't found it yet.

 

Have you used TESVEDIT to check (load all your mods with TESVEDIT and then examine the child races and children to see which mod changes them).

A bug report here. I have been having texture issue with the Black Ebonite Panel Gag and variants (i.e. Cursed Panel Gag, Slave Gag, High Security Panel Gag). Half the gag shows ebonite texture whilst the other half show leather texture. In addition, the plug removal texture fails to show as well. This only happens to the black ebonite variants, not RDE, RDL, WTE or WTL.

 

I did a bit of digging with TES5Edit and found that in the DDx Black Ebonite Panel Gag Script Instance, there is an additional line under "Armature" with value "zadx_GagEboniteHarnessPanelAA". Once this is removed the gag works correctly. I found this fix also works for Dcur panel gags.

It appears that selecting the theme (of the items you receive during a regular cursed loot event) does not work properly, see spoiler.

 

 

 

I ran into this issue when trying to let the cursed loot match the clothing I wear . I have been testing with a couple of settings. The restrictive boots often seems to be replaced with rubber boots or boots of another color. Pony boots seem to work (almost) always. Note: I recently re-installed Skyrim and at the moment Cursed Loot is the only mod I use that implements devious devices.

Idea: cursed statue of Dibella.

 

 

 

 

The beginning:

 

When you receive the item, you will get a message like:

"You come cross beautiful statue of Dibella. It appears that the statue is whispering to you. However, when you try to focus on it, you hear nothing."

 

When you have Dibella's blessing, you get a message like:

"You come cross beautiful statue of Dibella. It appeared that the statue is whispered a few words to you, although you hear nothing right now. You do notice however that your blessing of Dibella is running out of time a lot faster."

 

Stage 1:

 

When you have (or receive) Dibella's blessing, you are able to drop the cursed statue as Dibella's blessing suppress the whispers of the cursed statue. If you had Dibella's blessing when you received the item, the blessing however will only last 10 seconds, thus you have to be quick. If you did not have Dibella's blessing, you have one hour to get the blessing. In most cases that is probably impossible. You still are able to masturbate to an orgasm unconditionally.

 

Stage 2:

 

After one hour (in Skyrim time), you get the following message:

"You don't know why, but you start to feel sexy and confident."

 

At this stage are unable to drop the statue, even if you receive Dibella's blessing. With other words, you have to go through all the stages. However, during this stage and the next stages, you can still receive Dibella's blessing. As Dibella's blessing suppress the whispers, this means that you won't progress any further (and perhaps finish one or two quests). However, instead of 8 hours, the Dibella's blessing only last 5 hours. This is the last stage that you are able to masturbate to an orgasm. However, it does require Dibella's blessing.

 

Stage 3:

 

After another seven hours (in Skyrim time), you get the following message:

"You start to realize that you do not require jewelry to be pretty. You don't even know why you ever wear jewelry in the first place."

 

Although it will be stating the obvious, at this stage, you are unable to wear any jewelry. And even with Dibella's blessing, you are unable to receive an orgasm. Dibella's blessing will however prevent further progress.

 

Stage 4:

 

After another six hours (in Skyrim time), you get the following message:

"You start to ask yourself some questions. Why would I hide my body underneath layers of cloth? Why would I not share my beauty with the rest of the world? You know you look sexy and have every reason to be confident. Thus why not show it?"

 

... should I still mention that at this stage you are unable to wear any clothes? You are unable to orgasm anymore. Even worse, every 2 hours you will try to masturbate to orgasm. The animation that you see when trying to masturbate while wearing a chastity device will appear. Afterwards, a message at the top of the screen will appear, telling that fortunately you were able to stop masturbating just before an orgasm as you enjoy this high level of arousal and frustration.

 

Dibella's blessing will stop further progress, and stops the automatic masturbation's. But at this stage, Dibella's blessing will only last 3 hours.

 

Stage 5:

 

After yet another five hours (in Skyrim time), you get the following message:

"How could you forget you have these beautiful silver bracelets in your possession, even though you do not recognize them? And wouldn't they accentuate your beautiful body perfectly?"

 

You will automatically lock some silver cuffs, silver ankle-cuffs and a silver collar on your body. Thus not only are you naked, you are visibly bound as well. And from this moment, every 45 minutes you will try to masturbate to orgasm. Fortunately, Dibella's blessing is able to suppress the uncontrolled desire to masturbate. But at this stage, Dibella's blessing will only last 3 hours.

 

Getting out:

 

To get out, you have to visit the Temple of Dibella in Markath.

 

When you are at stage 4, you also get a message like: "It does seems odd that you suddenly have a desire to walk around naked and you wonder if it has anything to do with this strange glowing statue. Perhaps you should ask a priestess of Dibella."

 

And at stage 5, should you not yet have spoken to a priestess, you get the message: "Although it feels natural, it does not make sense to wear these items. It seems that everything started when picking up this odd statue. It is not as if you feel unwell, in contrary. But you do have this feeling that something is off. Perhaps you should ask a priestess of Dibella."

 

Of course the Priestess of Dibella are willing to help you, but at a price. Although not my preference, the obvious would be to visit clients as a "companion lady". As I personally don't like being forced to sleep with men and women all over Skyrim, I myself would prefer something like forced dancing. After all, there are a couple of nice dances in the animation pack and I don't recall a mod that forces the player to do a sexy dance.

 

Anyway, before the priestess of Dibella will help you, they want you to help them to spread the word of the beauty of Dibella, and you are the perfect candidate. You are ordered to visit a bar during the evening and do some dancing. The innkeepers will of course say things like "So you are that slut they sent?". The innkeeper will tell you where he/she wants you to dance. Perhaps there could be a piece of carpet on the floor you could "active" to start dancing. Afterwards the innkeeper will say in a couple of degrading words that you did well and that they will make their "donation" to the temple. That much for "spreading the word". I imagine that in total you have to visit 2 to 5 bars.

 

As a nice optional bonus after completing this quest once, it would be nice if there is a small chance that when you visit a bar during the evening, there is a naked unknown woman with silver cuffs and a silver collar dancing at the same spot.

I don't have any mods that I believe have any impact on children at all. I have tried turning things off that might impact this but nothing I turn off has any impact at all.

I seem to be having an issue with DCL ignoring the MCM settings for equipping items.  I have the min set to 1, max set to 3, full set set to 101.  However, most of the time I get hit with everything.  It seems to happen when get hit with a drug or a special quest like the slut collar. 

 

Also for some reason the transparent suit is missing its texture.  However, I am not seeing any conflicts with any other mods.  I am using Framework v160 hotfix 2 and the recent updates to other mods.

 

The texture was working before I updated some of the asset mods.

It might be nice for some of the more punishing quest (damsel in distress, cursed collar...)  to offer some small reward if you actually manage to fully free yourself. Maybe a few lucky charms, or an item that boosts your Solicitation success chance but which gets removed on a critical fail...

Is there any way to preventing Followers from getting a full set of devious devices every time a cursed event happens?

My PC only gets 1 device while my follower gets around 15 devices everytime.

That's been happening to me as well lately...  I've wondered if it is something with 4.10 since it never happened in previous versions.
