Not sure if it's been mentioned but I think Exhibitionist items have been set up as requiring restraint keys with respect for drops.

Since getting stuck in the outfit I have only found and I mean ONLY found restraint keys.

I have 12 now.

I have the setting turned on to find keys appropriate to the items equipped so I should at least be getting one or two Rubber Restraint keys drop.

 

Either that or my game hates me :)

It may be the RNG that hates you, it does jam up sometime. Try a restarting Skyrim and see if that helps.

There seems to be a strange problem with my installation and devices that have multiple locks. When I try to unequip them, I get the usual messagebox asking me what I want to do. I can then open the first lock. So far, so good.

 

But when I then try to unequip the item again, I don't get the messagebox and therefore cannot open the next lock. Instead, the item just gets unequipped (the little arrow in the inventory next to it disappears). Since the inventory item doesn't actually do anything, nothing visible happens to my character. I can then click on the item in the inventory as much as I want. The only result is toggling the arrow besides it. But the item (the rendered one on my character) cannot be removed.

 

I see nothing in the papyrus log that might correlate to this problem. It happened with previous versions as well. Even when I start a new save. Disabling "Device Removal Management" in the MCM has no effect.

 

Any ideas on how to track this down?

 

EDIT: If I manually set all but one of the global variables that reflect the lockstate to 0 and then use the only unlock dialog I can get to open the last remaining lock, I can actually unequip the item properly (rendered device gets removed).

You're probably right, the moment I returned to the game a Rubber Restraints key dropped :dodgy:

I'm seeing the God mode issue as well. The other features appear to be working, although I still have the problem where I self apply bindings even though the feature is off. I wound up gagged on my way out of the Helgen cave and figured "No problem, I'll just ask Ralof to remove it!"

 

I laughed when I heard the muffled sound effects of trying to speak. That whole sequence was really funny.

The new function

 

Solicitation for be released from restraints doesn t work for me :(

 

I really need it but the moment i install it on clan save it works... then when the dialogue stops when an npc asks "what would you do if i release you?"

 

and no new dialogue appears until you press esc and quit the dialogue :(

One of those of you having the god mode issue could please post a log and a more detailed description of what's happening there (e.g. is the character still getting healed up or triggers one of the outcome scenarios etc.).

I have a few suggestions:

1) Sex Attacks: Could you add an option that stops random people from raping you if you have a weapon equipped? Currently you just have to meet any of the requirements for an attack to be initiated but I think that even if you're wearing restraints and are naked no one would just try to rape you if you're carrying a sword.

2) Same should probably go for device comment actions (I'm wearing a collar, full armor, armed to the teeth and some elderly woman puts me in restraints? Seems a little odd)

3) Sex Attacks: Would it be possible to add an option like in defeat where there's a chance that an attacker takes another turn at you after the others had their go?

4) Sex Attacks (again): Could you put sex attacks into cooldown while being released from restraints? The process takes a while during which you generally stand around naked and I had some issues with sex attacks interrupting the release procedure which e.g. had me remain in the inescapable armbinder from the bondage adventure (although it was kinda fitting that the NPC who freed me was the one who raped me)

Just started to have a strange problem. Some of the restrains, like the WT-ebonite custom slave harness, dont show up on the body. When equipped the harness appare for a split second then disappear. The harness is equipped in the inventory and the dialouge tell that im visible bound but it just dont show on the body. Other harnesses, like the standard harness (the one wich need no keys) show up just fine. Anyone else have had anything like this happend?

Kimy, I'm using PerMa and there's only the usual combat log spam like "[Active effect 6 on  (00000014)].xMAWARCombatLogic.OnHit() - "xMAWARCombatLogic.psc" Line 275". Nothing else gets logged. It's just a normal fight with some ice mages. I'm not bound or anything. They just reduce my health to zero and nothing happens.

At least I did manage to disprove my own theory of it being due to the cooldown. 

 
EDIT:
Noticed something interesting: Apparently my character is still "dead" from the first (working) sex attack. If I disable combat surrender in MCM my character instantly dies. Found out because I wanted to test if disabling and then re-enabing combat surrender would solve the problem.

Oh right. As far as PerMa goes, I think I need to quote from the Cursed Loot ReadMe:

 

Q: Your mod doesn't work with SkyRe/PerkusMaximus

A: I have no clue. At this point there is no confirmed incompatibility with these mods, but some people did report issues of the "Hey, it doesn't work!" kind - while others said it works just fine. Frankly, while SkyRe/PM users are more than welcome to discuss related issues in the Cursed Loot support thread, I will not dedicate any of my time to troubleshoot any issues stemming from running Cursed Loot alongside what I believe to be the most invasive and incompatible Skyrim mod known to mankind. I will generally not answer support issues involving SkyRe/PM. If it works, fine. If it doesn't...*shrug*

 

Thing is that even if combat surrender does NOT work correctly, it should at least leave some traces in the log when it's enabled. If it doesn't, there is indeed a certain chance that PerMa might have a hand in it. If you are in combat and don't get the "[DCUR] - OnHit not in cooldown, proceed"  log entry every now and then, even after reloading the game, something is super wrong.

Yeah I know that PerMa doesn't always play nice. But until now I had no problems with it. Are there any mods out there that make combat and magic more interesting but are more compatible than PerMa?

Did you see my edit above? Since that save seems to be useless now, i might as well start a new game without PerMa.

Personally I am using SPERG, which has waaaaaaaay less issues than any other combat/perk overhaul I am aware of.

Try the MCM for DDi under devices underneath. I had something similar that was resolved for a bit with changing this. In the end I just upgraded to 4.9 and then 4.10 as my issue had been with 4.6.

Oh btw, I would suggest to add  "ERSO 09 - RUS-Npcs overhaul" (and maybe others) to your list of conflicting mods. Sure, you've got it technically covered with "all children altering mods", but it will save users a lot of hassle as the children-altering component of that mod is not immediatly apparent. :)

Hi all. A few things that happens to me. My follower(s) recive cursed loot even i have disabled them in MCM Followers section (having Extensable Follower Framework installed). Worked before.

I often get message (and fadeout) about applying Items, even nothing is applyed cause all slots are occupied. one thing happened, got the locked (together) rubber/slave gloves replaced with a pair of Ebonite restraining gloves.

And a question, is it possible to wear (locked) rubber/slave gloves and an armbinder over it ? would be cool :)

Just chiming in that I also seem to be having an issue with Cursed Loot events still triggering on my follower despite follower handling being disabled and changing cells to clear the tracked follower list.  It seems to be quite abusive as well, throwing upwards of 15 items on the poor thing within a few cursed loot events despite the max item per event setting being set at 3 with no chance of a full set.

 

This is on a cleaned (but not new) save.

So, over the last few days since I chimed in about my problems, I have fixed a lot of them through brute force trial and error.... hopefully that means fixed xD

 

The exhibition suit was crashing me, but I forceibly overwrote the meshes with the original zipsuit, judging from not reading the problem elsewhere I think my download just corrupted or something. So that's my advice to anyone getting that issue.

 

The CTD still happens but now I have logs I'll report back if I find anything consistent.

 

But just to signal boost my prior request, would you be able to texture swap the standard "execution hood" model on the rubber hoods to a shiny texture for khajiits?  And as another request, would it be possible to implement http://www.loverslab.com/files/file/1318-sexlab-devious-khajiit-gags/as alternate models for catpeoples?

Is there something I can do on my end to make these textures work on systems set to use low-quality textures? I have -zero- clue about the art side of the game, so I'd appreciate any good advice!

 

I think you just need to generate MipMaps on textures for them work properly when Texture Quality is set to something other than High.

 

The following textures from 4.9a don't have MipMaps:

 

ArmbPinkEbonite_d.dds

Boot_gold_d.dds

Boot_pink_d.dds

inflate_n.dds

pink.dds

Just wondering btw, was there any inspiration from either trapquest or jame wycliffe's stuff when you made that rubber doll quest? :P

 

The Evil Genius suggested the idea here on the forum. The Rubber Doll quest is based on it. I do not know where he got the idea from. :)

Just a little bug report re: solicitation.

 

After a successful solicitation, any cuffs and collar I was wearing will be removed by the npc after the act, even if I was wearing those items prior to the solicitation. DCUR doesn't seem to check if the solicitation encounter had initiated a bondage event prior to item removal.

 

From what I can tell, the threesome event for solicitation also still doesn't work - the animation doesn't play. This has been present for me since 4.4. Tried setting some 3some animations to aggressive, but that didn't seem to fix it.

 

Also, just wondering - was there some mixup about the influence of morality on npc responses to the slut collar and solicitation? For example, when I attempt a solicitation then ask the npc to "be gentle with me", npcs with a morality rating of 4 (no crime) will always  say "No, I will treat you like the slut that you are", cue aggressive sex encounter. On the other hand, npcs with a morality of 0 (any crime!) will say "of course", and initiate a regular sex encounter.

 

For the slut collar, npcs with a morality of 4 will say "A free fuck! Just what I needed!" (or something like that), while npcs with a morality of 0 will say "I guess I'll have some fun with you!" It's no biggie and I really don't mind too much - I've meant to bring this up for 3 months and never did, so it really doesn't bug me - but yeah, that always seemed a bit of a role reversal for me.

 

Of course, the morality ratings for npcs are just messed up in skyrim - they make no sense whatsoever. Nearly everyone in Riften is morality 0 (any crime), including the priestesses of Mara, while almost every other friendly npc is set to Morality 4, and it's obviously an aspect that Bethesda never gave much time to, so yeah, this aspect probably really doesn't matter. It wouldn't be much of an improvement in the end.

 

Heh, I guess I confused the morality values back then. Fixed! :)

 

 

Just wanted to report that I'm still experiencing the bug reported by chipstick where the "Let me unlock you" dialogue gets initiated after every solicitation, after updating to 4.10. In my case it removes leg cuffs and boots (even high security bindings) every time, even if they weren't added by the NPC.

 

Also, the previously reported bug where the naked dance rape didn't initiate despite showing the message "Worked better than expected..." changed to no message and no rape, even if chance is set to 100%.

 

Everything else works fine, so I don't think I goofed up the installation, but I'm a newb so what do I know.

just a stupid new invention idea: what if.. there were not only cursed traps but also posessed devices? that would start flying at you trying to catch you.

 

i think that would give the players an actual reason to be afraid and use the run button XD. if a flying/track pc script is even possible of course. (i say perfect for the 31 october)

everyone is welcome to contribute a different way of making cursed loots more spooky.  k sleepy time  :sleepy:  goodnight everyone.

I contributed a set of Khajiit and Argonian headgear meshes to DDa so hopefully they'll be integrated in the next release. Then they should automatically work with DCL.

 

I haven't looked at the hoods yet though.

Hi Kimy,

 

I've been playing this mod since a few weeks and from the beginning I've been blown away. Let me give you a heartfelt "Thank you!!" for this jewel of a mod. It hooked me back onto Skyrim like nothing else before. It just has endless possibilities and with all the toggles and sliders I can have a differeny Skyrim every day. :-)

I hope your devious mind doesn't run out of ideas anytime soon!

 

To help a little with troubleshooting and bugfinding:

- I can confirm the issue with the new transparent rubber suit. I can equip it from my inventory, get the messagebox (something with "you run your hands along the seams as you click the locks shut"). As soon as I close the inventory after this - CTD. Nothing significant in the log, the relevant lines go like this:

The same issue seems to happen with the exhibitionist suit (have no log for this, but got the "zapped with arcane energy" and something about a skintight suit and then CTD.

That said, the transparent boots work just fine.

 

- I can also confirm the issue with followers getting tied up extesively despite follower support being disabled. Poor Iona ended up with about a billion devices in her inventory. She even had four plugs equipped (could not remove any of the four without unlocking the chastity belt...).  :-D That is also how I got the transparent suit. It could not get equipped on her because she was already wrapped in several layers of devious items...

 

Don't know if this is relevant, I updated from 4.8 to 4.9 to 4.9a to 4.10 with this current game. Did not do a clean save, but made sure that I had no devices equipped. Ran LOOT and FNIS after new installation.

 

EDIT:

Just tested with a completely new game (started with LAL, saved, reloaded, configured so just the exhibitionist suid could fire). Got a CTD directly after I clicked "OK" in the message box. Papyrus log below:
