That's actually never lied. So you really do have a quest running. If you ever met Chloe, it's her quest that's running. If you dismissed her, she's in the inn at dawnstar.

I have finshed all Chloe-quest long ago. The bound queen quest too.
In the console showquesttarget list no dcur-quests.
Any suggestions?

Did you forcefully remove any quest-, hard to remove or bugged devices? Just making sure you didn't leave on some collar quest for example, they don't necessarily show in your quest journal. Like you said you might have Cursed Collar quest ongoing, what was up with it? Did you check your inventory for any notes or didn't loot chest if you found them? The collar quest officially begins by clicking the collar on bar table, that is the DCL house at Riverwood with special NPCs and so on.

If you wear The Bound Queen chastity items, it's shows active quest running true. just take those off. In DCL 8.5 can be bug with Leon's quest but no more in DCL 9.0

lets think about this

you cant travel if:

carrying to much weight

in certain areas

wearing a device

(anything else?)

 

Also open the console, select your character, go to details, equipement

 

check if there is somewhere written a device youre not meant to be wearing

 

do the same for character, details, Spelleffects

 

Sometimes a spelleffect from a device remains although youre not wearing the device.

 

 

Also can you go back in time..  i mean load an old save, and finish the bound in skyrim again? see if you can finish it without breaking the game

 

 

'Hidden' devious equipments, I know, I've checked through my character, I simply emptied my character pockets into a chest and did a 'showinventory' to check if there were any DD still equipped, none.

 

Once again, I've removed all DD from my character, I used both the CL's Safe Word, including the Devious Devices' Remove All Devices.

 

There's no residual Spelleffect, and I'm scratching my head.


I went through another play through, and if I didn't start Bound In Skyrim (BIS), I can fast travel.

 

I revert to an earlier save to play BIS, and it happens again, did all those things and recheck for any residual.

Do you think, it was not a good idea to put Queen Sarahs chastity belt on Julius Tallus? Sometimes my Avatar is impulsive and nasty. No discipline and obedience!

I have solved my problem:
resetquest dcur_cursedcollarquest

setstage dcur_cursedcollarquest 10 (restart quest)

setstage dcur_cursedcollarquest 100 (finish quest)

-> active quest flag is set to false

-> dcur-events now are triggered again - maybe this will tame her

So Milk Mod Economy is compatible with DCUR according to the MCM but is there anything that actually connects the two story wise? Like I might get trapped in a milking machine or force fed Lactacid?

Not that i've ever encountered. might just be making the morphs compatible.

I've finished the final 'cursed collar' quest from the DCL questline, but now I'm stuck with an 'active quest' so no traps are triggering (it's a free 100 carrying capacity, but I want the thrill of being booby (pun intended) trapped.

Do I need to contact the Dollmaker or TWC inn again? (I'm quite sure I already went there).

 

Also, the Dollmaker only wants to be my keyholder 3 times, then it's over. I don't get the option anymore.

Have you used console commands to solve quest issues, safeword from MCM or forcefully removed devices? Normal playthrough doesn't need any of them and doing that can break your save to the point noone can help you. The usually stable solution when encountering issues is to load earlier save where it was still working. I'm also using 5 autosaves in addition to the manual saves.

I haven't used the MCM or console to remove DCL/DD quests. (unless forcing the bouncer of the TW&C into existence on the front porch counts as one: she went missing for some reaon).

Saves: It's been a LONG while since I've finished the cursed collar quest. I had kept my arousal in check and now I was wondering why it wasn't triggering when arousal was so high.

My guess is that the 'active quest' marker must be a variable or function result or so?

This is variable, what are update in 30 sec by checking all other quest running conditions. So one of quest still send signal, that is active.

I'm not exactly sure it is but certain NPC's like claudias run into the issue where I will have a prompt to talk to them and then no menu pops up afterwards. I assume it's related cause from what I can tell claudias is the NPC that starts the leah/leon quest

Claudius has no dialogue on his own, he doesn't even have an AI package, he stands still on his spot.

He is only active during the Leon quest, of with Leon in the Bannered Mare is the quest giver.

At first glance, the sqv 's all indicated STOPPED. slavecollarquest was set to 60.

The global variables either didn't exist or were 0.

The quest variables seemed to be empty.

 

I might've equipped the Queen chastity belt on one of my PAHE slaves...

 

Kinda scared to debug myself. Would I be able to call the different functions myself in a mod (to create) of mine and check the responses of each function?

Most of it NOT global variables but quest variables. Second part in my post spoiler

Example Leon quest

To see those variables you need check quest:

sqv dcur_leon_enslave

and found variable leon_questrunning  in list - it must be false

If not need change by

setpqv dcur_leon_enslave leon_questrunning false

then check again if variable is changed.

I suppose then somehow your cursed collar quest not end or variable cursedcollarquestrunning not changed back to false

If you was cheating with Bound Queen there may be problems. I dont like chasity so had trying to get fragments by additem and this breakes quest, same with the key.

In the Learning the Ropes quest, when you are sent to the Temple to get something for Bogran, it seems that that encounter is set to go to the next step after the sex act with the priestess.  Problem is, it keys off of any sex act with anyone.   I took a detour on the way to the temple to gather some dwarven metal so I could make better armor and got proximity raped via a different mod. When it was finished, Learning the Ropes advanced as if I had just slept with the priestess, but I haven't talked to her yet.   Hopefully the rest of the quest will work ok without the object I'm supposed to get from her.   Gonna go see if I can talk to her anyway and still get it.

not sure if this is a bug or im just an idiot but i cant seem to find Sasha's vibrator. If i get it via additemmenu and give it to here she just says to only give her 'her toys'.

ive opened her toy box and went bac to buy a replacement from the dollmaker but still nothing. anyone encountered this before?
