There a way to control which type of creatures dont rape you? Am only interested in humanoid creatures, excluding werewolves

Disable the creature in Creature Framework.

Perhaps eventually, but it will be when the mod reaches a stable milestone

Since when has this mod not been stable? It's been an ever-present with me for several years and I haven't had any problems with it.

"Settled" might be a better word. There are two more features that I planned to add besides those currently in the SE Beta version but I am as yet not sure if they are reasonable, feasible and desirable. Implementing them may also impact other features. For instance, the SE version has added better female creature support but this has impacted transsexual support though I've yet to get around to exploring the extent of that impact (it gets really complicated).

The plan is to complete the current SE version as far as possible and then do a single back-port if I can.

In this version the only way to absolutely prevent certain creatures being included is to disable all animations for them in the SexLab MCM -> Animation Toggles.

If you make the move to the Special Edition version has an Allowed Creatures toggle page for easier management.

I have the animations disabled but I figured the creatures would still come after me & cause game issues, twas y I asked

Aroused Creatures tests to make sure that the creature can be animated. Missing animations will prevent any engagement with that race. So no need to worry about being chased down by chickens.

I feel like this mod still lacks serious immersion, like NPC being able to prevent creatures rape atempts on PC/NPC. Cuz when u running with SL Adventures mod and here in SLAC u r perfectly raped in the center of the whole town/village - thats kinda breaks. But the mod itself works almost perfectly, if not fot those minor bugs with checks and line of sight

Well, there is this issue with combat sex mods where failure is rewarded - the player must lose in order to see the fruits of the labour of dozens of mod authors here on LL. While AC is not a combat mod the same holds true. If the engagement can be prevented then it will be, which is likely to be frustrating to many users who want to see the results just as the immersion-breaking effect of the public engagements are frustrating to others.

I'm not going to add an intervention scene to AC as it would be at odds with the entirely deterministic nature of the system (if an engagement succeeds or fails it is down to specific conditions with no random element). If NPCs could intervene then the only way to make engagements possible at all in populated areas would be to add a random element to the conditions (basically a % chance for intervention) which I would rather not do.

So an intervention scene is possible but I'm inclined to think it belongs in a separate mod not tied to AC, one that would work with other SL mods too. In fact I seem to recall there was a mod that included a feature allowing city guards to stop public sex acts, don't recall which one though. There was also the Spectator Crowds mod that allowed NPCs to react without interrupting but I don't think it's supported any more.

In the meantime the PC can intervene in creature-on-NPC engagements. The ZaZ Animation Pack includes a riding crop weapon that does no damage and won't aggro and the OnHit interrupt event for AC was specifically turned to work with it. So hitting the creature with riding crop would make them disengage from the NPC and trigger the global cooldown. Haven't tested that in a long time but I don't imagine it's changed.

@Sailing Rebel

Any chance to implant the function to suppress some animations like the sexlab option ?

MNC and sexlab come with a few animations that dont look so well, and i would like to suppress them. simply unchecking doesnt work.

And ofc it would make it easier to select every animation we want when rebuild animation registry is necessary.

The SexLab MCM is the place to disable particular creature animations. Under Rebuild & Clean you'll find the Export and Import options which can keep your animation settings for other saves or for recovering them after resetting.

Hm, i think i dont get it :D

The suppress animation button from sexlab only works with human animations. the ones from aroused creatures are untouched.

SexLab MCM -> Toggle Animations, click on the View option and select Creature Toggles.

I think I messed something up, as the entire mod works but the invite feature. Even with 0 arousal for invitation, no animations being filtered at all, and creatures positively checked in SL menu, I constantly get the "[creature] is not interested" message. I had a lot if problems setting this up previously, and it worked a few times before, but completely stopped once more for some reason. Can anyone help with sorting this thing up witht his specific mod? (please, don't suggest matchmaker, I really dislike it)

In this version the PC must be enabled under PC/NPC Settings for invite to work.

If there are still issues make sure you have papyrus logging enabled and activate the Debug option in Aroused Creatures -> General Settings. In-game try to use the invite option then post the log here and we'll be able to see what's happening.

Well, this looks right, eh?

I even disables restrictions for con/noncon to make it work, just in case I didn't check any animation.

Looks fine. So we'll need the papyrus log to determine what's actually happening.

Okay, so I am not familiar with papyrus myself, but from what I can tell, I guess the game considers me to be in combat at all times..? Papyrus.0.log Even though I'm not, and can wait/fasttravel/cook/whatever-other-non-combat-activities-there-are?

I was lucky enough to try to engage via a hotkey with a few creatures, and later be pursued by one of them as well in that session.

Aroused Creatures debug option was not active in that session. After loading the save go to Aroused Creatures MCM -> General Settings and enable Debug in the top right (this disables itself after reloading to reduce the impact on performance).

If you are constantly in some level of alert/combat then something else is going on that is not down to AC, could be an issue with a combat mod or followers, NPCs, creatures, civil war or quests mods. Any number of things.

This is really fucking weird, because I remember checking it. Well, here goes the attempt number two. Albeit with another animal I summoned in a locked room.

The creature you are trying to invite is hostile. If you are just using placeatme to spawn a creature then it's unlikely to work as it will spawn with the default factions and behaviours.

Use Hentai Creatures to summon a friendly partner or use a mod like One With Nature which will allow you to become allied with the creature factions.

Hi

Would it be possible to add a toggle all button for the animations tab in Aroused Creatures LE? It's a real pain after updating animations files to have to toggle all the animation back on through five pages of animations.

If you mean the Aggressive Animation toggles page this does not actually enable the animations it just allows users to indicate whether or not an animation is treated as aggressive.

Animation enabling/disabling is handled by SexLab and SexLab Animation Loader.

Yes I understand that. I already have the animations enabled. You also have to enable them on that page so Aroused Creatures will use them.

Would it be possible to add a toggle all button to the Aggressive Animation page? When new animations are added in SL Animation Loader and Sexlab animation registry is rebuilt, then you have toggle all of the animations back on in the Aggressive Animation page.

All of the animations on the Aggressive Animations Toggles page are already enabled. It doesn't matter if they are toggled or not. The toggle just sets the "Aggressive" tag.

If you want all the animations used in non-consensual engagements just unset the Restrict Consensual options in Aroused Creatures MCM -> PC/NPC Settings.
