leizar Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 I did both. First I thought dirty would do, but after it didn't work I tried another. Well probably I did f**k up somewhere. What I find strange is that I can't get it running on new game. Guess I will try to run it with vanilla game and see what happens.
BLZBob Posted August 26, 2014 Posted August 26, 2014 I think I might know the problem people have with Mod Organizer. Its nothing to do with this mod but with FNIS and MO. I just switched over to MO my self and had a few problems as well. First and most people probably know this part, you have to run FNIS from MO or it wont work at all, that's the easy part. Its the next part, after running FNIS it will make a bunch of overwrite files that will show up at the end of your mod list. you need to right click on that and turn it into a mod and activate it. That has all the new stuff FNIS made when you ran it. Better instructions then I can give can be found here. http://wiki.step-project.com/Fores_New_Idles_in_Skyrim Also something to keep in mind when using MO, its not just the load order of your EPS/ESMs that matter, it is also the load order of the mod files. MO gives you much better control of what overwrites what but that just means if you dont know what you are doing you will end up with conflicts that can really screw up your game. Check each mod with a conflict and see what is being overwritten and if its something that does not seem right to you then reorder it. For example if you are using SL 1.59 and SOS then you need to make sure that SL is loaded after SOS or an older version of a script will be loaded by SOS and SL will not work right. Again I am not talking about the .esp files I am talking about the mod its self, the whole thing in the left hand pane of mod organizer .
KiWolfGirl Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Hello I have problem. I want to upgrade from 6.0 to latest version. I install new version and I have new animations (like wolf panicnew) working only for my character. Animal just behaves like on iddle. I tryed to reset animation reg in SL. I tryed reinstal SL. Please help or direct to upgrade instructions/possible solution. Reinstall Sexlab Run FNIS I had the exact same issue. dentarr's instructions WORK. (I use Mod Organizer) However, I've also found that I can do the following: UNcheck More Nasty Critters so it isn't included in your load order. RUN FNIS for Users!!! Load your save (It will complain about missing things.... yeah yeah.... load it) Wait about 90 seconds Save (with a new name.... I used character-name-noMNC) Quit game Check the new version of MNC so it's in your load order RUN FNIS for Users!!! Load your xxx-noMNC save Wait about 90 seconds or so... Go into SexLab to the bottom choice and rebuild the animation registry By doing this, I could see the animations had loaded, BUT they also showed up when the creature was NOT working. And they did exactly as described. My character went through the motions but the creature did not. The above method got creatures working too. Nope didnt work. Also this new version of sexlab makes my free camera reset on every phase change. Guess ill just try another fresh install of SL and MNC and hope I messed something up the other two times.
Kitsone Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 To MO users having problems: At the bottom of the main installed mod list there is an "overwrite" listing that stores all the runtime files that are made/changed when you run things through MO. At some point in a version change with FNIS/MNC/MO the behavior files for the creatures are stored differently so you need to flush out the old ones by double-clicking the "overwrite" and deleting the meshes>actors folder. Rerun FNIS (from MO of course). This fixed 99% of my problems however mileage may vary.

Maybe add it to upgrade instructions on download page?
Derpakiin Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Maybe add it to upgrade instructions on download page? While I don't have the problems most users are reporting here, it's a great idea to have this solution posted on the front page in big red letters for people to see.
SkyrimReturner Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Anyone having the problem, where after uninstalling MNC, the HentaiCreatures stay in the MCM? I then reinstalled the latest 7.6 MNC, and while the HentaiCreatures is there, there are no options available. It's just blank, no tabs, with a 'Add spell for ....' entry I did all the Finis stuff before and after uninstall/install. I also did a script clean before reinstall.
dentarr Posted August 27, 2014 Author Posted August 27, 2014 Not a bad idea. Started a FAQ section in the OP as a means to sanitize this thread

shinji72 Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Sorry to spam everyone thread... But this is for a good cause! #Icebucketchallenge as it would have happened in SKYRIM.
Amber Fletcher Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Not sure if you could undertake this idea I had, but figured you'd be the first person for me to bring it to...Idea I had was to make a Schlongs of Skyrim plugin, but for all the creatures that we currently have incorperated into Sexlab, like so we could have more dynamic events happen during sex, such as for dogs/wolves their knot would move inside the "victim" and be able to stay there plugging them until they finally pop back out.
Kitsone Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 Not a bad idea. Started a FAQ section in the OP as a means to sanitize this thread I'm glad I could contribute I'd been holding onto that technique for a little while but hadn't posted since the newest canine animation changes still don't seem to be working for me. They seem to be caused by something else though- not behavior cache in the "overwrite" folder. Speaking of which- where are the creature behavior files generated by FNIS stored now for non-MO users? If it's still the meshes>actors folder than I'll have to track down what MO is doing with FNIS generated files.
sidfu Posted August 27, 2014 Posted August 27, 2014 damnit trying to figure out why my horses are blue. so far its just horses. the horse textures for body are installed from automatic variants and the penis from this mod hmm.i use mo so i can tell nothing horse related is overwritten. hmm im kinda stumped as to why its just horses.

I was under the impression that the animal textures used in sex scenes were not from the normal texture path- as in all specific sex scene/mesh textures.

KiWolfGirl Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Unfortunately I dont use MO and install all my mods manually.

Have you re-enabled creature animation in sexlab and have you reset the sexlab animation registery? If you have just used the rebuild option in sexlab it goes to the default state which is with creature animation off and the default animations so extra's arent included until you re-register them.
die4dark Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 animation works but only the fist stage and never ending , i tryed reinstalling it manually and thru MO but nothing i tryed works, am i the only one with this problem?

Yes I have, several times. Maybe I should do a full nuke of all Sexlab mods and reinstall fresh.
BLZBob Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 I had the same problem with animal animations not working when I updated to SL 1.59 I tried every thing I could think to make it work and gave up. had to go back to 1.57 my guess is you need to start a new game to get it to work.

Kitsone Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 Still troubles with the end (last stage) of DayelyteWolfFun and the entire DayelyteWolfSpooning animations. Everything else works fine which leads me to believe something is different about these animations' files/format.
dentarr Posted August 28, 2014 Author Posted August 28, 2014 Yes I have, several times. Maybe I should do a full nuke of all Sexlab mods and reinstall fresh. I actually had a similar problem after updating. It prooved to be an issue with load order of the esps. Still troubles with the end (last stage) of DayelyteWolfFun and the entire DayelyteWolfSpooning animations. Everything else works fine which leads me to believe something is different about these animations' files/format. Nope. They are definately the same. Just added later. So I guess you still have some remnants somewhere that interfere. If MO keeps different snapshots of FNIS reg you probably have a wrong one active Id guess... damnit trying to figure out why my horses are blue. so far its just horses. the horse textures for body are installed from automatic variants and the penis from this mod hmm.i use mo so i can tell nothing horse related is overwritten. hmm im kinda stumped as to why its just horses. I was under the impression that the animal textures used in sex scenes were not from the normal texture path- as in all specific sex scene/mesh textures. In 3DS and also in Skyrim every "object" (which usually is a part) of a creature can have its own texture source. In nude models the texture of the creature itself usually is the same of the basic creature. The added equipment uses textures created by the modder and those textures are located wherever the modder deemed it wise.
johann7124 Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 After doing another install of SL and stopping at 1.58b, animal animations work once again. I only installed the 1.55 package, then the 1.50 to 1.58b update and started the game, spawned a dog and cast matchmaker on it. Worked just fine. The exact same plugins and 1.59 gives me a message that dogs are not registered.
WaxenFigure Posted August 28, 2014 Posted August 28, 2014 animation works but only the fist stage and never ending , i tryed reinstalling it manually and thru MO but nothing i tryed works, am i the only one with this problem? Known bug in the Sexlab 1.59 framework, turn off the Disable Victim Controls option. Fix will be in the next framework update.
