It's mostly the different ENBs and light settings that keep throwing me off. Astonishing effect, since it is just a bit of "light"

I would have called it Juliano's Fallen, as that's the name Atlas map markers mod gives it, and put it just north, sharply down the hill from Shearpoint, or west of Raldbthar as from here you can walk along the mountainside and come down on top of the back exit of that place.

 

Unless I'm totally off.

 

By "1000 hours in and I just found it" do you mean Ustengrav itself or the word wall at the bottom?  Because if you haven't gotten Jurgen's horn by how, you spend a lot of time exploring Skyrim without doing the MQ which is something of an achievement.

While technically incorrect (it is the Abandoned Cave that you reach by going through Sightless Pit and the Temple of Xrib). I'll give it to you.

Not to be a whiner but I'm having trouble with the lighting. However, since the toadstool circle with which I am most familiar is in Falkreath Hold not far from Knifepoint Ridge - I'll guess that.
