@Alessia Wellington I'm only addressing #2 here. The Hearthfire House is composed of five parts (and the cellar). You can build a small house which you then turn into an entryway when you've built the Main Hall. However, you have 3 choices for the East, West and North Wings. So, Assuming you build all of them you could have as many as 27 different appearing houses. I admit that my conservative nature has me build the same three homes in every game using "matching" parts but no, those three don't look alike.
