So let's continue:

Do you know what house it is ?

Shatter-Shield Estate, I think. And I've no idea why you're sitting there. Perhaps I'm wrong about the house and it's the "rump" plot Hjerim Estate. And if I'm wrong on both, I'd rather not "bench" about it.

...Okay, I've got the bad puns out of my system now.

Commit a crime in Winterhold and get caught. :classic_laugh:

If you use POP, you have to set the right toggl in the MCM though... or you will get Inte's interpretation of a prison.

If you want to walk by foot:

Spoiler

Leave Winterhold to the north, go past the hill of the skytemple ruins... jump over some ice shoals or take a bath ... straight north

There is an island with some open ground... no snow ... there you are.

The entrance is facing south

or just use the console

Or, as I usually find it:

Go to Septimus Signus' hideout (directly north of the College of Winterhold). There will be an island visible ON THE MAP not far to your east-northeast. That's the place.

Going to have a long session playing the Witcher games

It's quite a change to wade through Velen or the sewers of Novigrad and come back to Tamriels nice landscape.

When you see a dragon wall, you know that you are back :classic_laugh:. Hopefully you can tell us which one this is?

At least you can tell us some stories about the Scoiaʼtael and if Iorveth is doing fine.

Enjoy your date(s) with the royals of Temeria :classic_wink:

Hehe thanks Worik

It's funny but I've had Witcher 3 for a number of years but never played it. I started it off this weekend and it really grabbed me and by the time I'd got to the Bloody Baron I'd decided to stop and play all of them in order. Witcher 1 I remember well as I've played it a few times when it first came out, Witcher 2 is okay but might be the weakest of the three, can't say for sure until I replay it again.

The thing I like is the stories have a real depth and don't sugar coat things

Damn straight. The Witcher series doesn't deny the ugly, filthy, and otherwise nasty elements of medieval society and humanoid nature. Nothing is black-and-white but those clothes you have to wear when you see the Emperor. And war? People die, violently and in pain. There is no glory in it. "War never changes." (Pre-Bugthesda-Fallout quote)

I was all geared up to play the Witcher until I realised that you had to play the one guy. That's not role-playing to me.

(Armies reflect the society which they spring from; societies change; armies change; therefore war changes.)

This is what I get for not playing Skyrim in a while.

What I know, what I think I know, is that Word Wall is in Solstheim (too few words on the Wall). However, I can't remember a single Solstheim Word Wall with a Campfire in front of it and the Wall does not have a word that is currently highlighted so I'm stumped.

Anybody needs a different zoom? Or a different angle?

Well, that explains why I can't recall one with a campfire. Anyway, I'm not likely to recognize it without some other clue/vie/whatever.

Okay, I'm well and truly befuddled. That is not Solstheim despite what the Word Wall looked like. There are few Word Walls outdoors and I don't recognize that one from my memory. So, I'll take a guess based on the one that I remember being most like that and hoe that the angle of the picture and/or your mods are making the difference (like the Campfire):

Volskygge.

I'm thinking, not. I'm thinking either one of the Forsworn places or way over in the Rift somewhere.

Outdoor locations are tricky with my no-snow game. Plus, I don't do shouts so I don't pay much attention to Word Walls. No compass bar makes it difficult to know witcher (:grimace:) way we are looking.

More perspective ?

Inte, what is the hair on your companion, the hair in the chair?

Not exactly. :classic_wink:

As for the hair, you'll have to ask @Veladarius about that one as she is not my companion but a fellow slave.
