I ran into some problems with this mod
I asked Malik the Stern for "a strong hand to guide me" and the enslavement ensued
But my toon never gotten released by the Owner, I gave him more then 550Gold pieces, but if you ask how you are doing it says I need 0 more gold, but also says that I still owe the Owner cash
So that didn't work to get free, so I started to please my owner till the demerits where at -150, and still no release or faction join (though he might not actually have a faction to join)

In the end I had to ask a guard to release me
I'm not even sure where this is going wrong, anyone got some ideas?

Double-checked my post to make sure I was clear, and Yup I was. Somehow got misunderstood though, so I'll reiterate what the problem is and exact directions on reproduction. I do not have Death Alternative - Defeat whatever-the-rest-of-the-title-is. I have SD+, Sexlab, Sexlab Submit, Devious Devices Helpless and a couple others that don't have anything at all to do with factions.

1. Get "Blackout-ed"

2. Get Enslaved (turn SD Enslavement up to 100 in DA)

3. Run Away from Master before doing anything else. Do NOT wait an eternity to get an option to join the Master's faction.

4. Walk, Run, Ride a Horse, Fast Travel or use whatever mode of transportation you prefer to a location inhabited by hostile NPCs.

5. Proceed to slaughter them all without the least bit of opposition. Oh and one more thing... Your power attacks better be leveled, because the NPCs will auto-heal most of the damage you deal them.

TL;DR: I have never joined a Master's faction, partly because I suspect that part of the mod isn't working for me, and partly because it simply takes too much of my RL time to get there. I always run away after a while because it seems the only way to get out of the Enslavement. And after I do and the quest is marked complete and I lose all the debuffs and get the wrappings off, I can't get attacked by ANY hostile NPCs.

This effectively breaks the mod for me. If there is no solution I will probably end up uninstalling, although I do appreciate the other alternate death quests added by the mod. The current issues I'm having are just too much trouble though for me to continue using it unadulterated.

Doesn't devious devices helpless cause hostile NPC's to remain non-hostile and do sex on the PC when they are in bondage gear?

Since it sounds like a bug with that mod allow you to do combat rather than a SD+ issue to me.

How long are you waiting to talk to your owner since enslavement doesn't work as one dialogue after another some game time has to pass for it to progress (you can adjust how much in the MCM)

The Endentured servant quest popped up, and I did that one, but it never popped up again

And I usually wait for 1 in-game hour to have the "Please?" (and getting punished no matter how high or low your demerits) be replaced by the "Master?" with the other dialogue options

As i recall its about 3 days (wait/rest does seem to count) of enslavement for your owner to show the join faction and release dialogue, picking non-passive/pleasing options would extend that

The longer your enslaved and pleasing owner the more stuff they will let you do so its possible to adventure with a follower as a owner which removes a lot of the waiting/resting boredom

Begging options only appear when Sanguine Debauchery has started (BEGIN or after a Night to Remember) and of course, when you have less than 100 gold.

That was an unfortunate choice to attach the dialogues to the main control quest in SD. I will have to create a standalone control quest and move the begging dialogues there.

I have been thinking about this for a while.

Now that we have DA to control how and when enslavement occurs, that clunky INSTALL and then BEGIN procedure doesn't make any sense anymore.

Since we are looking into fixing the uninstall procedure, I am also thinking of getting rid of that two steps install and instead have SD active by default and simply add a new option to delay interaction with Sanguine (and Dreamworld) until after a Night to Remember.

Any thought on that approach?

Presumably the only people who would lose out are those who install, then don't click on INSTALL...

I think that would make everything a lot smoother, and be a very helpful time saver for those of us that compulsively start new games everything 3-4 days and thus need to constantly reinstall/configure the MCM.....personally, I always start SD+ as soon as I've made a new character, but thats mainly because I doubt I'd ever get as far as A Night to Remember otherwise, but its nice having that as a trigger for roleplaying.

I agree. Now the double installation is both combersome and irrelevant. It makes sense for enslavement to start soon as the sd+ is installed. After all enslavemt is supposed to take place in skyrim sanguine watching or not

Hero, "On your knee's Slave!"

Slave, "Oh yes! Your so Big and Strong, I'm sure you'll last longer than my old master!"

Heh. That sounds a lot like the time I played SD alongside Leechey's Vampiric Thirst.

Vampire-Slave: Master, I think I have something in my eyes. Do you mind looking into them? While I, umm, bite your neck?

Master: glugglugglugglugglugglugglugexpire

Vampire-Slave: NEXT!

[edit]

By all means, get rid of the menu based install.

That was an unfortunate choice to attach the dialogues to the main control quest in SD. I will have to create a standalone control quest and move the begging dialogues there.

Of course, I'd started the mod by hitting "Begin."

My character started with zero gold and zero equipment, and wound up on the extreme Eastern edge of the map West of Riften, as part of the "Surprise Me" option in "Live Another Life."  Even the clothes I started with were basically worthless by the time you factored in my starting-level speech skill.  I didn't get any loot on the way to Riften-- since I was unarmed and unarmored, I just ran past a spriggan while it was busy attacking an horse, outran some bandits, and outran some wolves by sprinting to the town gates.  That was why I didn't have enough to buy even one lockpick for the quest I wanted to play, or anything I could sell for gold.

Are you implying that you do have to be enslaved once before the dialogue option opens up, or am I mistaken?  That isn't quite clear to me in your post.

No... running Begin and having less than 100 gold should be enough to see the begging dialogue.

The only other mod i have with a delayed start is paradise halls (it doesn't start until you enter the keep with either the storm cloak or the imperial guy) and using an alternative start with that works fine as they added in the ability to console in a spell to kick start it all off.

I believe the stated reason for delaying the start was to prevent script overload so i'd be cautious of having a auto start in SD+ for the same reason.

At the moment we can let sexlab and then all the script heavy dependancies like DDi load and then when everything has calmed down start up SD

Soooo...

Is my game just bugged, again, already?

In addition to my not getting the begging option when you tell me that I should have gotten it, I've also run into a frustrating problem with my first episode of enslavement.

I tried to make it into the Ragged Flagon with the weakest character, ever-- I hoped that, maybe, the opposition would be leveled as low as I was.  It turned out that NOTHING is leveled that low.

I tried to make a run for it when I discovered that; but, I was enslaved by one of the Ratway thugs who actually followed me up into the streets of Riften.  I got away from him by entering the bar and talking to Bolli-- but, of course, he wanted to enslave me, in turn.

I didn't think that that would be a big deal.  I worked on earning some money, then, after I had a tidy sum accumulated, I offered to work for him.  But, that quest failed.

I'm not exactly sure how much gold is required to succeed.  But, after it failed, just to make sure that it was working, at all, I gave myself another 40,000 gold through the console; even THAT wasn't "enough" to successfully complete that quest.  So, I don't believe that there was any way that I could possibly complete it.

Meanwhile, my relationship points with Bolli are now at -294.  Again, I'm not sure exactly at what point you get released; but, I strongly suspect that I'm trapped in some kind of Sanguine's Tar Pit.  There doesn't appear to be ANY way out except just making a run for it.

Can you offer any explanation for why I'm having this kind of stuff happening to me with this mod?

What you are describing seems fine to me.

Paying for your freedom with gold is broken at the moment. I am working on a fix.

When your demerits become that low, you still have to wait for 3 days of enslavement before the options to join or leave yoru master become available.

Can you buy your way out with items, now?  Because, the last time I played, I could buy my way out with gold, but buying my way out with items wasn't working.

The gift menu was there as a way to unload heavy weights - not as a way to buy your freedom.

Only gold so far... but it is a good suggestion and I will make a not of capturing the value of gifts to your master when I work on that quest again.

I always cheat my way through "A Night to Remember" now, turn off clipping and player detect hit god mode and sprint through the terrain to get places! love this mod, Spriggans are fun to lose to ^_-

This sucks.

For whatever reasons, my char. always stuck in kill cam after the fade to black.

Turn off free camera in Sexlab. See if that helps.

Speaking of "A Night To Remember", can you still do the quest even if you've already activated SD?
