I'm out of ideas and the following things are still happening:-

 

1: When I am enslaved, The character only equips a collar and standard tied arms. - No armbinder, No gag, Nothing else.

2: When the player falls to her knees, when trying to move she floats on her knees instead of crawls. She will also stand and walk if you press for long enough.

 

Any help would be appreciated :)

If I am not mistaken, mod seems to be working properly for you. :)

 

1. SD+ is not using DD items, when character is initially slaved. DD items are recognizes properly, when worn.

 

2. It does not require a lot of lag for floating to happen. This is why I requested a short delay between animation when character stops walking and goes on her knees. The floating is most certain to happen, when character had just went donw, but is required to move again.

I agree. SD is compatible with DD in that it knows when those items exist. It does not add them itself. And I don't recall any version of SD wherein the player crawled. You will go to your knees when not moving; you will stand and walk when you do move. That's how it's always been.

I forgot to add - actual crawling is on the to do list.

 

There is a mod that enabled crawling on all four, but it is a replacement for sneaking.

 

I need to take the animation file from that mod and turn it into its own idle animation.

Ah thank god!

 

I thought I was going insane, I could have sworn she could walk on her knees at some point in the past. Obviously I'm imagining things :D

 

Good to know I've done every correctly then, Also I'll drop the compatibility patch. 

 

Time to just mod the game and enjoy it then!!

Question on this option. Once you do escape, your health, magica, and stamina go back to the original values? So basically the longer you wait the harder it will be to escape, but there isn't a permanent penalty for being enslaved for a while.

 

That's still undefined.

 

I would like to have some long term effects. Currently, I am leaning toward restoring only a portion of the original values after release.

It would be unfair to lose the whole amount during enslavement but on the other hand, restoring everything would remove any incentive to escape.

 

Also, the loss would happen only during the training phase of enslavement. Once you reject your master or join his faction, the loss would stop.

I would be a bit wary of the long term effects. Especially modifications like that that could stack. It also depends on how quickly the begin to start after capture of course. Given the leveled nature of most encounters, I could see this leading into a vicious circle. First all I imagine most people with a mod such as SD+ or Defeat will have tuned the difficulty such that they don't expect to be able to win every fight, otherwise why have the mods? :) Now if a player is enslaved and take a permanent hit on their stats before they are able to escape, they will be forever weaker than they should be at their level if the capture never happened. Once weaker, they will be defeated more often in combat, and become enslaved more often. This will make them even weaker, making escape even more difficult, until eventually any progress must be given up as the player is too weak to defeat any leveled enemy she may come across.

 

An alternative permanent downside for extended slavery training might be increased "teasing" from Sanguine. Perhaps crank up the effects of coveted, occasionally decide to randomly strip the PC naked, or otherwise make life harder on the PC in recognition of her more "submissive" tendencies. Also possibly a popup window in the middle of combat, describing how Sanguine is teasing them, and once cleared they find their Arousal has been bumped up and they dropped their weapons on the ground in distraction.

 

Though if you mean by "reject your master" simply telling him that you will never join his faction or willingly serve him, rather than actually escape, that is another avenue to avoid stat loss before you have a chance to escape. I would assume that would close off the more friendly ways of winning your freedom back, but in effect just forces the PC to choose if it will be a willing enslavement or not, not actually escape in a timely manner.

 

In any case, you might also want to consider a way for the player to undo this submission damage. A quest from Sanguine to allow the player to exert a more dominant side of her personality. Or simply an entertaining little quest where Sanguine teleports her somewhere naked except for a device locked on her. She must retrieve the key from the boss NPC in the area to prove she still has some dominant spirit. The device probably should have a magica debuf, so fighters and mages are equally disadvantaged by this naked start. While Sanguine will always see the PC has his pet, I see nothing that would prevent him from being amused by watching the PC turn the tables on other NPCs from time to time. ;)

I'm glad you are doing that, i currently use that mod but always sneaking is annoying

like some others, i dislike the master follows slave approach. im old SD i had much more the feeling of being enslaved. maybe put it up for a vote or allow switching/mcm options if feasible

I have gone too far down that path to make it optional at this point. My only option is to improve it, which is what I am working on right now.

 

Future updates will bring back some static moments, when you are forced to stay close to your master, but there is no going back from the general principle of a master follower the slave around.

I have gone too far down that path to make it optional at this point. My only option is to improve it, which is what I am working on right now.

 

Future updates will bring back some static moments, when you are forced to stay close to your master, but there is no going back from the general principle of a master follower the slave around.

 

 

alright. is what is is then.

 

some more temporary movement restriction would be nice though. eg staying close to some spot for some time (instead of the old staying close to master).

 

also, instead of following constantly like a puppy, i'd rather walk alone mostly and only having him following me/finding me/checking what i'm up to on occasions. might that be possible?

Forgot to praise the new rape mechanic from coveted, very nice that you can try to resist now.

And the slave gear chest in the dreamworld is perfect, this way you lose everything from enslavement but can take back gear that shouldn't be taken away, like devious devices or prostitution outfits :).

 

Having another flavor suggestion:

I think it would be very fun if there would be a random chance every day you are enslaved in a fort/camp/castle that additional slaves are spawned. Just like Alicia occasionally abducts a peasant woman in her dungeon. No idea how difficult this would be to code though.

 

Those would be generic npcs like a captured noble, peasant, merchant or adventurer of both genders. It would allow lots of immersive comments/dialogue options like slaves begging for mercy or bandits mocking the player "you're next" while raping another slave etc. etc..

Seconded.  I really like the way SD+ is going, but anything that nerfs the player in the long term would cripple my game.  I use ASIS, OBIS, Deadly Dragons, DCO, CWO, and so on to make things challenging.  There are large chunks of the game that I can only take on without any Sexlab mods interfering.  SD+ slavery would NOT be a "death alternative" if it did any kind of permanent damage.

 

Any incentive to escape slavery should be because slavery itself is restrictive, not because it's somehow permanently debilitating.  The frikkin Dragonborn, who survives vicious beatings and walks away whistling, shouldn't have a problem recovering from some extra whipping and screwing.

I think Skyrimll didn't meant the enslavement to be permanently debilitating if you actually ESCAPE enslavement.

On the other hand there will be a permanent malus if you join the master . So to make escape a better option than joining the master's faction.

That's my guess at least.

I have a small problem...

 

for some reason i still get the old MCM menu(with life threshold and negative life buffer) althougth i updated to the newest version.

Trying to start a new game doesn´t help either.

does anybody have an idea why this could be happening?

Met some falmers once again and that's what I think. There are some dungeons where chauruses are placed in the start, guarding the entry. So what if he will defeat you and then, after he had some fun with PC he would drag you to some master falmer as suggested above. It makes sence considering that they live together and falmers are giving people to chauruses to reproduce.

 

P.S. Watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0G1ImL6jzt8 and it would be cool to have some quest for this specific chaurus, i mean, it's a queen, there must be something special for her.

You have to enable logs in your .ini preference file.

From your load order, disable SD Frostfall patch - you don't seem to be using Frostfall.

 

Also in your esm files, Zaz animation pack should come first, then SexLab,esm and only then, other sexlab mods.

During my tests, I came across the perfect example of why master as followers is needed.

 

I use 'Live another life' for a quick start and I selected 'I was left for dead'.

 

I found myself on the side of a road, next to the wreckage of a carriage. 

Except, hidden in the wreckage was a Dark One (from JIRE.esp). That day walking vampire quick subdued me with one shot and I found myself enslaved.

 

Problem is - the only thing that vampire had to do in that spot was to go back into hiding and pass as a victim of the wreckage.

 

So here I was, enslaved to an NPC whose only activity is to play dead.

 

I can't pickpocket him - level 0 with bindings, no lockpicking skills yet.

I can't find a weapon to cut my chains - there is no weapon in the wreckage.

 

My only option is to either wait for another wandering NPC to stop by or make a run for it.

 

With an automatic chain that snaps you back to the master, this would be impossible and I would just die of sleep, hunger, thirst or boredom, whichever comes first.

 

Instead, I was able to lure my master away from that 'play dead' idle spot, right into a group of forsworns. That didn't turn out so good, since he one shot them too, but now I have a series of corpses to loot and a few weapons to try to cut my chains and make a run for it.

I'm using the Death Alternative mod and have a question which come to my mind when I saw the posts above. Under the DA's death events there are two options about which mod takes care of death events: DA and SD+. Should the both options be selected or only the SD+ option?

 

BTW I cannot change the above mentioned SD+ option's possibility. It shows 80 but if I try to change it I only got option 0 and 1. When I accept one of these values nothing happens and it still shows 80. Anybody else having this one with DA?
