did you download the big fild of the fix ? if the fix then that might be the cause since it doesnt have all scripts and stuff

I wonder if anyone can help me here, I've downloaded this mod a few times now but I constantly get a glitch where the master will not speak to me other than to tell me to look around. When I build the bashed batch there are empty item sublists for various Captured Dreams Merch which all get removed. I'm using Mod Organiser and extracting the file 'here' with winrar, then archive the esp that is dropped into the folder along with the other mod folders and install this as I can't see the original download file in Mod Organiser. Any ideas?

I am not sure on MO, I don't use it. As for the dialogue it could be a script problem as that dialogue sets up things which makes the rest of the dialogue available. Does the MCM menu for the mod work?

Odd, I do use MO and it opens "Captured Dreams v3.80 Full.zip" fine for me. Is it one of the optional files that is causing problems?

Yes, I downloaded the full file just now, still doesn't work.

 

In MO, I had the same issue not being able to select the original download file for several mods, Skooma Whore, Dangerous Nights and one or two others, but the archiving and copying method I outlined above worked for them, and the Captured Dreams file tree in MO shows everything from the original file in it. Just trying a full uninstall again now, and if this doesn't work, I will manually install. I'll edit this later depending on the results

 

Just noticed that Devious Devices For The Masses 2 and Deviously Cursed Loot are both broken, I'm missing the MCM for them as well.

 

So the mod isn't working through MO or manually in the Skyrim folder for me, I'm just going to give up at this point but thanks for the help all :)

Have you used LOOT to sort your mod order? Reordering my mods has fixed issues with mods not showing up in the MCM menu for me before.

There have been times when I started a new game to test a bug in mod "a" and mods "x y and z" showed up when previously didn't show up in an old save. (edit: in my self-defence, I often install new mods in batches, and forget to check them all when I re-enter the game)

 

Either way, if cursed loot and masses aren't showing up I doubt the issue giving you grief with CD is from CD, since it's affecting multiple mods.

I'm going to try a new save tonight, the only problem is I updated integration at the same time as these other mods (which didn't work then either) but uninstalling captured dreams and then reloading the save results in a corrupt game save.

I do use LOOT, however I do have several locked in place esps, like Ezes Artifact Disenchanting and captured dreams, because I thought it might work better, didn't even consider unlocking it, will also try this this afternoon. I do the same as you installing mods in batches and not checking them all too lol

i just install CD 3.80 and all newest req for CD. and now everytime i going in to CD shop my pc get paralyze for like 15 sec , and i keep continue like that and everything back to normal if im going out and not near around any npc from CD.... i try bring master outside CD shop and that paralyze happen again...

 

do u know where i get wrong or its nothing wrong at all...?? sorry my english is bad ^^ pls help me

I have just tried the third mission and saw the expanded village without any issue... now I am returning from solitude but each time I try to open the shop door I got a CDT. Not even the smithy with all the plugs and belts on the table gives me issues. just the shop.

 

This sounds like the old CTD bug which resulted from installing a CD addon for integrating another mod, like Newmiller piercings, but without the base mod to support the addon. Didn't the game crash trying to load items that didn't exist when you enter the shop in older versions? Pretty sure if you tried that now the game wouldn't load at all past the main menu, though.

 

Other than the master living in the house instead of the shop, what other changes happen to the shop after quest 3? I thought I saw item ownership changes, but nothing was added right?

 

Sorry for my posts, as I suspected it was my computer the issue. i have lowered the "texture quality" setting from the game menu and it never crashed again in CD shop. Maybe it requires a lot of resources in comparison to other areas? I don't know. Now i have finished all expansion and consider it done with erani at my side.

 

I suggest to develop the dialogue menu with erani since sometimes it is difficult to leave there in a spot waiting. since there are both follower dialogue and slave dialogue.

One of the mods you are using has a magic effect (cloak likely) that is considered an attack. The custom collars from CD have a paralysis effect if you attack the Master or other npc's there.

Can someone please spare me the ordeal of sifting through 360+ pages of topics and explain how one gets out of the Quest 2 Elenwen blindfold-n-ballgag bit?

 

I managed to get the Talking in Gag stat to 100%,and tried focusing on dialogue choices that were highlighted afterwards,but I still am running about bouncing off walls like a pinball and Not Having Fun. I DO like the Mod and want to continue foward,but until I know how I'm just opening the save when I exit the shop to go to the embassy and ignoring it altogeather.

It should only happens with the Quest collars. There was a mod that caused the issue but I don't remember what it was. Post your load order, I may recognize what it was.

When is it getting stuck in place? They should have been removed once you return to the Master.

The Expansion starts based on your level then advances day by day, I don't recommend trying force it to advance it.

Probably in the final (semi-final) version.  People have been asking for this since forever and I THINK that was Vel's intention all along. :P

Vel is working on player slavery to master and expanding NPC slavery, both were cut from 3.0 because the mod is getting huge and the expansion was taking too long to write.

 

Currently they are on a list of Vel's plans for 4.0, release date unspecified, I'd guess sometime before easter.

- Possible punishment by No'Dra if she is being bitchy that day

- Serve as a toy for a lucky resident of the shop for a day

- Serve time locked in devices

- Serve time as a display in the shop

- Sent back to the embassy for another round with the guards

Rewards and reward system

- Stay as a guest in the VIP house for a week

- Still need other reward ideas

Jail system

Added npc visitors

Expand / restructure merchants

Addon's for other mods and will include DDi features

As you can see, I have quite a list of things on here (the outline itself is 4 pages in word). Some of these may get pushed back to the release after v4 but would mainly be smaller quests and such, it depends on how well / fast things are progressing. I already have some items slated for the release after v4 but are more story quests (larger in scope than current ones).

 

 

I am looking for suggestions for reward ideas that could range from any of the quests listed (if you really want to be punished) to items for yourself or your slaves to a 'get out of restraints free' card or even a 'get out of punishment' card.

Yes, player slavery will be in v4 and will play a large part in it. I have started building things in the CK and am starting with a modular punishment system so you won't always get the same punishment and it could be several parts depending on how bad you have been.

When being true to your characters path of choice of being a  sub or dom, determines your reaction to the Thalmor Quest.

 

A dom was abused and should have it made up to them by the Master and or revenge on the Thalmor.

 

A sub will just want to please and the treatment would be expected and not out of line.

 

I have played both and had different reactions per my character each time.

 

As a sub, I wanted more out of the torture devices and wanted to be put in the Milking Machine, did not mind the humiliation of the dinner party. Wanted more, more, more.

 

Getting ready to do Diplomatic Immunity and they are frying as my character this play through is a dom.

 

I know it is not the same guards and wizards who raped me but a Thalmor is a Thalmor after all. Wish I could get the nobles from the dinner party and device those snobs.

 

All depends on your characters status.

 

Regardless of the way I play, love this mod.

Yeah... I'll scratch my suggestion and say big tim is on the money on this one; depending on how your current status is in Captured Dreams is the "revenge" outcome that you should get at the end. And if you didn't take the time to be either sub. or dom. you could be given the chance to pick either ending scenario, or maybe the scenario will be picked based on your actions throughout your stay at the embassy, given there are so many answers you give that could build your character "under the hood" per se. Loving the idea :D

 

But yeah, again I can imagine that would be a lot of extra work, specially when we're talking about modifying the existing quest and potentially breaking something somewhere, and when apparently there is still so much Vel wants to add into the mod... I'm fine the way things are right now :) Still stand by what I said overall and that is that this mod is a master piece, even before it's anywhere near finished.

So I have a question about the spoiler part (I'm using 3.75 full with an esp that was downloaded on 12/6 as when I noticed 3.8 was up I had quests running (and in the expansion part the next one seems to get auto-added as you finish one, so always had one in my log and didn't want to update with one in the log and possibly break the mod in that save - 3.8 may fix what I'm seeing - but the notes don't imply that).

 

 

When I tell her that it's time to please me, I have the ring in my inventory, and choose the option to remove the bra and belt. They get visually unequipped, then re-equipped, then unequipped again, then re-equipped again, and during the act they are visually on - and the animations seem to take that into account.

I am unable to actually equip the ring (if I do, I get a glowy swirl around me and a message that it was unequipped).

Also, if I manually remove items from her inventory (I can down to the point where all she has in her inventory are the plugs), she is still visually showing all her default restraints equipped - even though they are in my inventory.

When talking to her about wearing restraints (another mod I'm sure), she simply says no when I ask her about changing what she's wearing, and won't change. I was wanting to put pony boots on her and such, but it doesn't seem possible for me to change her outfil at all.

 

 

Is the above accurate at how things are supposed to work in 3.75?  If so, would updating to 3.8 change that?

 

Regardless, love the mod.  Did have a single crash in the Thalmar scene (after the dinner party when the leader - forget her name - took me to her room), but beyond that this seems to be pretty much the best Sex Lab mod I've played (of course much of it also relies on the incredible Devices and such).

 

And I apologize if the above has been answered before, just recently switched from Oblivion to Skyrim (building a new PC over the holidays so decided to see what the mods were like - surprising how many of them run on my older spec PC).  360+ pages is a HUGE thread.

The only quest related scripts 3.80 made changes to is the 4th Expansion quest, the reset were changes to the framework and the device removal scripts in it.

 

As for the restraint issue, I think the duplication is from the items being added as outfit items when they are in her inventory already. Remove everything you can then reset her inventory (use the console command resetinventory) and it should give her just a single set.

 

The single crash is something I have not been able to fix but it is down to a single crash, originally when I wrote it I crashed every scene.

What happens to me is on day two I findmyselfgagged and blindfolded,and I run around trying tointeract with the guards and Elenwen,trying to get to the Use Body Language choices toup the Talking with the Mouth Full stat,Igetit to100,but they are stillconfused and nothing in the way of newchoices happens. I dohave SexLab Romances active as well,and I did see the "Excuse me pretty lady" dialogue choice highlighted at the end,but choosing it didn't change much and that sequence of scripted events didn't happen either. I'll try to deactivate that and run through the whole second quest thing,since I still have unremovable magic thingies jammed up in strange places that not only interfere with adventuring by freezingme at inconvenient times,but change the gender roles on me when I'm diddling my followers. Sudden Strap-Ons crowding a crowded crevise!

 

And Revenge ,or at least the ability to attempt it,seems to be in order. Inviting Elenwen to the Throat of the World to shout her OFF of it isn't too much to ask. Especially after Gang Bangs one didn't ask for...
