ZaZ/ZAP only mod compilation list (SE/AE)

This is both an overview and a request for suggestions of all mods that make use of "ZaZ animation pack" for Skyrim SE/AE without needing to have "DD / Devious Devices" installed obligatorily.

 

ZAZ SE Thread link

ZaZ animation pack is a big framework, with a good amount of animations, restraints, and a ton of different contraptions and devices. However, there's barely any mods that make use of these. It's astounding to me that ZaZ 9.0 released recently, and yet, it's so difficult to find mods that use the 8.0 version, prompting me to think that the mod should be ditched and instead one should begin focusing solely on the devious framework.

I refuse to give up with this framework.

I do not dislike the Devious Framework, I just want to be able to fully test everything that ZaZ has to offer before I move on or begin adding mods that require devious devices.

If you're like me, or have your own reasons for wanting to download ZaZ only mods then you've come to the right place. This thread is meant to be a compilation of all available works that make use of the ZaZ framework, and hopefully be updated over time as new suggestions and new mod creations pop up into the platform.

MUST-HAVE ADDONS
These are mods that I suggest you install alongside ZaZ in order to improve your gameplay and fix a few bugs that come with the mod.

1. ZAZ Restraints crash fix

"Zaz8-cuffs-ctd-fix.zip" Download and let it overwrite ZaZ. This mod fixes the meshes of a certain item in ZaZ that crashes your game whenever you hover over them.
2. Faster in and out of furnitures
There are some contraptions in ZaZ that take a long time for the player to get in and out of them. This mod completely removes those tedious animations so getting in and out of furnitures is instant.
3. No collision furnitures
Many of the devices in ZaZ will get your camera stuck when locked into the device. This can be counteracted by using Sexlab's free cam hotkey or any other mod that uses freecam but I found that having this mod makes the experience smoother either way.
Warning: The potential downside to installing this mod is that it allows the player and NPC's to walk through the furniture, since they are now non-collidable.
4. Zaz helper addon
Lets you place most of the furnitures included in zaz animation pack into the world via a spell and lets you guide NPC's to get locked into a furniture.
Note: Alternatively, you could type "coc zbftestzone" in console and it will teleport you to a location where you can test all available ZaZ devices and items. However, ZaZ being ZaZ you might crash when entering certain "areas" inside this test zone. You can also teleport your followers into zbftestzone by selecting them in console, teleporting to the location and typing "moveto player". Once in the test zone you can talk to them and select the dialogue option "I need you to do something" or hold "e" when pointing at them and then point and click any of the available furnitures. Your follower will walk towards said furniture and automatically lock themselves in it.
Extra: A much better alternative to Jaxonz positioner, use in conjunction with zaz helper addon for positioning and rotating ANY contraptions or objects.

5. 3BA patch for ZAZ and Doggie Belt Fixed

You will find two files in the first post. They both are required to add 3BA body support to ZaZ. Basically, if you are using the 3BA body instead of CBBE body you will need these.
-Download "3BAZazBSdataFix_03.7z" and run through bodyslide.
-Download "ZaZAnimationPack_fix.7z" and have it overwrite default ZaZ 8.0, either by placing it below the main ZaZ mod in MO2 or by having it load after main ZaZ through Vortex rules.

In the second post you will find only one file. Install it with your prefered mod organizer and in bodyslide make sure to select 3BAZAZGSBDoggieBelt Fixed v2 instead of any other DoggieBelt option. If you do not use this one and build it in bodyslide then your Doggie Belt item WILL clip in game. 

 

ACTUAL GAMEPLAY
Now to the good stuff and hopefully we can expand the list to be longer. Note that most of these mods will focus on something else and have "zaz" as an extra, rather than fully focus on ZaZ Itself (unfortunately). For example, Naked Defeat focuses on defeat scenarios and one of the scenarios feature ZaZ devices.

First, let's start with mods that were made specifically with ZaZ in mind:

1. Bondage Furniture World
A mod that adds ZAZ furniture around your skyrim world and a few small extra events to come with it.
2. Bannered Mare Immersive Sexual Playground
Adds an underground space inside Bannered Mare from Whiterun with a few ZaZ devices and some devious npc's. Atm the mod doesn't do much other than add a "kinky space" per se.
Note that since the mod makes alterations to the default bannered mare it will be incompatible with any other mod that also alters Bannered Mare and it will also be incompatible with Skyrim Project Optimization SE, which alters skyrim interiors to improve FPS.
3. Prison Alternative (By Pamatronic)
In vanilla Skyrim when a guard stops you due to a bounty you can either persuade them or pay the bounty off, this mod ignores that and immediately triggers a send to prison event, where the guards there won't be so merciful.

• Recommended to use with Prison Alternative POP Addon (acquired from the ponzi dump. Just make sure to get the right file and read the description)
  This mod adds some of the events from Prison Overhaul Patched into Prison Alternative. Prison Overhaul Patched is another mod that will be mentioned in this list down below.

Note: for obvious reasons, prison alternative and prison alternative pop addon will not be compatible with Prison Overhaul Patched. Use this set or use POP standalone, which will be linked below.

4. All of Pamatronic's mods
Pamatronic has made many mods that solely make use of ZaZ animation pack. Too many to individually list here. I could open up another section in this thread dedicated to his mods, but because I'm lazy here's a link to his profile so you can take a look at all the other mods he has made. Most of them are addons for Prison Alternative.
Note: Pamatronic's mods are very hardcore and some might feature gore, decapitation and death stuff. Some of his mods do come with an option to turn the "death" stuff off but I never got it to work properly.
5. Captive Followers

This mod scans for all of your custom followers at the beginning of a new save and restraints them into captivity at various locations around the skyrim world. As a kinky dovahkiin, it is your job to save them all from captivity... and then probably bring them back into Bannered Mare Sexual Playground or something.
6. Bandit Paradise

Newly added. Haven't tried it yet

And now for mods that weren't made specifically for ZaZ, but do make use of ZaZ one way or another:

1. Naked Defeat SE
A defeat mod that has a scenario configurable in MCM in which after the player has "intimate relationships" with her enemies she is left locked in a zaz furniture to try to escape with a simple struggle minigame.

• Recommended to also install CrosshairRefEvents script hang fix
  This mod fixes quest sequencing not progressing in Naked Defeat.

2. Simple slavery plus plus

Can be configured with Naked Defeat for a chance that when defeated, you will be sent to a slave auction instead.
Note that I haven't been able to find any mod that makes use of simple slavery plus plus for SE when you're "sold" other than Naked Defeat itself, which I found to be quite buggy.
3. Follower slavery mod

When you are defeated, so will your follower. Once defeated two things can happen: either you both get sent to simple slavery plus plus event or they are enslaved to an unknown master. It will be your job to find out where they are being held captive and save them from misery.
Note: this mod is compatible with Captive Followers. Remember, this one enslaves your follower when you are defeated and your follower is with you. The other one automatically enslaves all your followers at the beginning of a new game. Even if you save one of your followers that doesn't mean they won't be immune to follower slavery mod.
4. Prison Overhaul Patched
The title says "Prison Overhaul Patched (AE)" but don't worry, it works in SE. Just like in prison alternative, this mod changes how you get sent to jail in skyrim and makes it much more kinky.

 

Slavery mods for player as the dominant
 

5. Damsels in Distress (The Caged Rose)
Adds a brothel to whiterun hold. This is more of a dominant NPC enslavement mod rather than an actual bondage mod per se that makes use of a few zaz assets. Specifically "black iron cuffs and collars and the dancing rugs." For this reason if what you're looking for is a bondage focused adventure this mod will not provide it.

6. Paradise Halls Enhanced (PAHE)

The enslaving other people framework. You will need this first before you can install the next two mods that follow

7. Home Sweet Home

A PAHE add-on mod that lets you keep your slaves in your private properties.

8. Diary of Mine

A PAHE add-on mod that adds personality traits to your PAHE slaves in order to increase immersion.

Bonus content.

1.  SSE Display Model 
Alright so this mod doesn't necessarily require ZAZ, hence why I placed it under the bonus content section. I do feel like this mod belongs here though for the sole reason that it is very comparable to zaz in its own way. It adds furniture-like bondage contraptions to skyrim, and while it technically doesnt require ZAZ I think its a must install mod if you are using ZAZ either way.

The patch you linked posted by pling94 isn't actually an updated 3BA patch for bodyslide. It is bigger in size because it includes other meshes that come with the default ZaZ 8.0 addon install and are basically just taking up extra space. This file also comes with a broken straitjacket 3ba file (clips through your body). You can check by clicking preview on the bodyslide file.

The true latest version is the one linked to this post (by greenmango12), which also aims to solve a gag issue when using custom races, and none of the assets, like the straitjacket, will be glitched or clip through your body.

However, I did find that the patch you linked comes with a few additional 3BA bodyslide sets not found in the patch for this post; mainly MilkSuction, NibbleScrews, and Harness Body. I believe these ones aren't included in the patch by greenmango12 because they aren't needed even if you are using a 3BA body.

Hey nikov. Just a reminder that this isn't a support post. It's better to ask in the official ZAP thread. However I'll say that if you try to use furniture and you get a t-pose or nothing happens then most likely you didn't run the animation engine, whether it was FNIS or Nemesis. You'll have to be more specific when you say nothing happens. You press e to get onto the furniture and absolutely nothing happens? Can you still move after pressing the button? Make sure you got all the requirements from the page.

Sorry. I'll look for help elsewhere. You could add paradise halls extended and Diary of Mine to this list. It requires ZaZ and not devious devices.
