i'll just copy some of my posts from another site to here:

Quote

"you laugh now but those commie nazi scumbags are likely trying to find me."
"i already assumed i was on a list, problem is viral posts will likely turn me into a priority target, made more annoying because i have nothing to do with SLDefeat"

hell i don't even use defeat, but the way things have been worded made it sound like MNC and Defeat are one and the same.

Quote

"the thing about skyrim is the human npcs also don't pass the "harkness test", everything uses the same AI and therefor has the same IQ, the only difference between a npc and a creature is how many dialogue lines you give them. the werewolves are the best example of this, you can talk to Sinding but all others do not speak."

and MNC is over 10 years old now, ( + i'm not even the original creator), so it's a bit late to ban something that everyone has already downloaded.
.....also baldur's gate 3 has bear fucking in it, not even a mod, the game comes with it.

Quote

"the real crime is the so called "friend" takeing control of her avatar, it is an extension of one's self, basically they have violated her body more than a fake cgi wolf ever could."

i wonder what else he did to her computer, they should do a full drive search of new/modified and maybe even deleted files. from after her computer was stolen.

and the only way to start the game with mods is by launching it with the mod manager, so he most definitely knew what mods were there before even starting the game, it also suggests that he likely knows how to mod skyrim and probably has the same mods (if not worse) on his own computer.

Well it must be true because it was on twitter.

What crime has this lady been accused of? (Who the fuck takes a laptop to a party? Who the fuck leaves it unattended? Who the fuck starts using some one else's laptop?)

And for an extra point can anyone define what exactly is a "commie nazi scumbag"? Other than a contradiction of terms.

But hey, drama, pearl-clutching and virtue-signalling for the win.

And before I can finish typing:

It's probably a fake story, but could still happen according to what I've read about UK's porn laws. This site could get a brit locked up for two years. Glad I don't live on that shitty island

I'm also glad you don't live on these islands (plural there, genius). What have you read about the UK's porn laws and where did you read it? How could Lover's Lab get a citizen of the UK locked up for 2 years?

Posted

"Having, sharing or selling adult pornography is, as a general rule, not illegal. However, some pornography is illegal and possessing, making or distributing it are serious offences."

https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/pn/pornography

I can't be arsed checking but I would assume that was pretty much in line with most of the civilised world, that is to say Europe.

"Punishments for being found guilty of possession of extreme pornography vary, but the maximum penalty is two years’ imprisonment and/or a fine for cases involving necrophilia or bestiality. For other images, the maximum is three years’ imprisonment and/or a fine."

https://www.stuartmillersolicitors.co.uk/guide-pornography-laws-uk/

Holy Draconian laws, Batman.

I'd be interested to know what the official definition of an "image" is. Does it have to be a photo rather than a drawing or screenshot from a video game? Does it have to be real humans rather than drawings, video game characters, etc?

16 minutes ago, Yoosha123 said:

Many of the popular mods on this site could easily fit the definitions outlined here for "extreme pornography," sometimes all at once. A defense could be used over the "realistic" part, but without a clear legal definition then it's essentially up to prosecutors and jurors to decide if it's realistic or not.

So you have read an article and now you are an expert on UK jurisprudence?

„Der Besitz, die Weitergabe oder der Verkauf von Erwachsenenpornografie ist grundsätzlich nicht illegal. Manche Pornografie ist jedoch illegal und der Besitz, die Herstellung oder die Verbreitung davon stellen schwere Straftaten dar.“

https://www.met.police.uk/advice/advice-and-information/pn/pornography

https://www.stuartmillersolicitors.co.uk/guide-pornography-laws-uk/

Heilige drakonische Gesetze, Batman.

The legal situation in Europe is quite different... and then there is the discretion of the public prosecutor's office (do you even bring charges) and the judges (when I say "guilty" - which of the "from AA to BB" I choose out of)!

Even after more than 10 years of membership in Germany's largest BDSM forum with two subgroups (circles) for legal issues (members include lawyers), all we know is that the term "pornography" is often a political battle term - as something that is clearly defined in a legally binding manner is.

Since a forum like this also involves a lot of "staged" photos - clear rules were issued by the forum management (who are themselves well-known photographers in the BDSM scene) ... that children and young people (i.e. all of us under the age of 18) are not dads can see - I probably don't need to communicate in more detail.

The laws and their application - what counts as "special eroticism" (and is therefore permitted) and what should be considered "pornography" - have changed for the worse since the 2000s. “Pornography” is not banned across the board – access to these “products” simply needs to be restricted.

The increasing visual "realism" in computer games is already an issue - but much more so on the sales side... a game that can only be purchased when you are of legal age because of "blood, violence or sex" - is of course particularly interesting for young people .

---

Child pornography is a particularly sensitive topic... the "yellow press" likes to shout "mega scandal" when it has nothing else to report... and many a youth welfare office has already "thrown the baby out with the bathwater" .

And yes - because of the "appearance" that the people shown are younger than 18 years old - there was already stress with manga, anime and computer games... that's why it was right to smother the hype about this "magic school" months ago!

Sounds fake to me tbh

Ignoring the unlikely turn of events that lead to this "person" making a complaint to the police, one of the first things they would have been told by the police is to not publish on social media/generally mention it so as to not jeopardise any actual investigation going on

Getting a search warrant to enter the "wifes" property to seize the laptop also sounds problematic bearing in mind at that stage they wouldn't have known if there was any actual case to answer / law being broken so while they would have to investigate (even to determine there was no case to answer / law being broken ) find it odd they'd have so quickly managed to obtain a search warrant to seize a lap top

Or had the laptop also been left unlocked on the street outside the house and the police just happened to stumble across it

No wonder the world is on edge.

Seems a straight up invasion of privacy by the person doing it, after all the laptop was presumably switched off and in a case, which means they had to switch it on, wait for it to boot, then run Skyrim, and depending on how their mod manager was set up run that first before running Skyrim, then play the game, yeh pretty much a clear cut case of invasion of privacy and somebody knowing exactly what they were looking for.

As for the posting on various social media, yeh the cops would in most likelyhood put a stop to that if there was any case as it could be considered prejudicial to the case itself, and even then it could well be considered libel or false accusations as you only have the person postings word about what they found, and even if true why where the even looking on somebody else's laptop without their permission.

No, it seems a straight up fabricated piece of social media horse shit.

Sounds like a normal day in the UK. Nothing new, they'll lock you up over anything and everything.

Does it? Your knowledge of which part of the UK are you basing that statement on?

It's bollocks. Everyone knows that a woman doesn't have responsibility under UK law.

The first sentence is true and I assume the second sentence is facetious.

The poster's reddit account has been suspended BTW.

I expect this is a fake story, but even so I have always asked for non-bestiality versions of mods just because certain acts are illegal to depict and I want to avoid this sort of thing becoming true.

I really think a tag system for mods and content on this site would be helpful, like you get on erotica literature sites. It would help both find mods you want, and avoid problems. But I remember seeing someone shot down for supposed censorship when they suggested something like this before.

When a modmaker uploads a file here on LL they are given the option to add tags (cf. my mod, Cynthia the Spellsword). Whether these are used, or not, is strictly at the discretion of the modmaker.

Assuming there is any truth to this story whatsoever, they have no legal grounds to charge anyone for NSFW content in a game for one, or to confiscate personal property without at least reasonable suspicion. If they did, then they are going to get their asses sued for sure as it is a blatant violation of individual rights. Whatever self respecting judge reviews this "case" will not even blink an eye as they quickly throw it out without a second thought.

Now if we lived in Bizarro World, then who the fuck knows.....

It's The UK, They don't need a Warrant. They can literally search your property on Hearsay and Rumors without going to a Judge and getting a warrant. And the UK police Post stuff on there twitter all the time regardless of Investigation.
