It's a oblivion port of Sinblood Lethal Majesty by Sinblood. http://bbs.3dmgame.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=2848921

 

How exactly do you download the file? I went to the site on Chrome, translated it, found the link to where the download is, but when I reach that page, I can't actually download it cause there's no proper "download" button there.

 

I've attached the picture of the site I mean.

It is under the **point I downloaded the** it looks like this one is a 115 download. You can search for another one by using the first search bar on the top left part of the site then switch it from forum tab to posts above the search bar then look in the list to the left and select skyrim and it will only bring up skyrim stuff.

So yeah basically if you recognize any mod you see in the picture so the skins, model, ambient collision etc.

The texture pack is Fair Skin which has been frequently mentioned on the forum. It has been uploaded on Nexus recently.
