Hi, I've got a problem with my MHK version (0.9.7), for whatever reason, no matter what my fmc does with the mutants, the mutant sex quest doesn't move on, on a previous version (0.9.6) it worked fine, have sex with one, then two, then with one of the dogs, then the behemoth, etc. but it doesn't seem to be working now, any advice?

The "Expand Your Mind" quest started automatically but you still see the initial "have sex with a super mutant" objective showing as incomplete? Or is it that you only see completed objectives and no new objective has appeared? Did you start a new playthrough with 0.9.7 or upgrade from 0.9.6 to 0.9.7 with the "Expand Your Mind" quest still in progress and partially completed?

Total shot in the dark, but replace the current MHK_BedBrainwash.pex with this one which is basically identical with the exception that the Masturbate() function calls for the later dreams are commented out:

Replaced the script and still got the CTD. This was on an existing save. Let me know if you need me to try it on a new save.

Okay, so it's nothing to do with TSEX in that case since it's not even getting invoked... potentially related to adding the PVPK perks but that would be weird since adding them from other activators was working fine you said.

Oh, also I tried to recreate this problem and had no luck whatsoever. I put on the headpiece, (slowly) walked otherwise naked through the entire Colostrum Cave area picking up the third book of scriptures near where the tunnel dumps you into the wider part of the cave, never got a tick of radiation anywhere.

 

If you're using Get Dirty with its hardcore radiation mode on, that's not blocked by the perk from the third WoA book, maybe you were coincidentally filthy and started getting irradiated? Drinking from the font also "cures" that by making you clean again, so maybe that's actually what caused it to stop if so?

I don't use Get Dirty.

When it happened to me, it was whenever I went near the bombs in the first temple room. I reloaded, requipped the headpiece and was ok. Hadn't got near drinking the water.

hey anyone got any pointers with the bodysliders not working for RMR  family planning and Unhealthy cravings idk what i did wrong this time i followed the guide 100% (EDIT i just found out that when wearing clothes it works just fine but the nude model dose not get affected im using FG for models)

I was using 0.9.6 in a different save, then I installed 0.9.7, and started a new save, in this new save, Expand Your Mind won't go past "Have sex with a super mutant" like an incomplete quest, for clarification 0.9.6 is not installed anymore, and the other 2 quests are working just fine

Just to be sure, after replacing this file you no longer saw it try to start a masturbation sequence (after accepting or refusing the perk prompt), right?

 

The only other thing the script does at that point which it doesn't do during the earlier dream sequences is enable a PVPK perk, and the function it calls to do that is identical to the one used to add PVPK perks from other activators.

 

You're using PVPK 1.08 (the latest version)?

If you get body morphs with your clothes on but not when you're naked, that indicates that you missed rebuilding the nude body mesh for your body replacer in BodySlide, or forgot to check the "build morphs" checkbox when you did so.

Are you using any mods that might alter the super mutant race records in the game? All that quest does is watch for AAF scenes to end and then counts up how many super mutants, FEV hounds and behemoths were in scenes with the player. Since the "Have sex with a super mutant" objective is active and not clearing, that suggests that the quest script is not recognizing AAF scenes that contain the player character and at least one super mutant.

 

Just to be 100% clear, you're using AAF and not NAF, right? I'm not sure what the latter might change where script events are concerned.

When I woke up, I got the dream text popup, then the perk one. After selecting Yes to the perk, screen went black and CTD a second later.

 

Oh, on PVPK 1.07.1! Somehow missed that there had been an update. I'll sort that and give it another go...

Interesting, the screen shouldn't go black at that point, there's no reason for a fadeout. Are you using any other mods that trigger actions on wakeup, maybe something that adds and removes clothes, or a scenario launcher like Dangerous Nights?

Awww shit, here we go again. I just finished Slavers not long ago after starting in the breeding pits, and now I gotta go back with an updated mod? My poor, poor survivor.

I am definitely not using NAF, all the scenes I start with the mutants are through the MHK prompts (going up to the mutants and selecting "Um, maybe I guess") which use AAF, I also don't have any mods that alter super mutants beyond what was recommended for MHK

Any related errors in your Papyrus log? MHK listens for events from AAF, but maybe something is crashing inside that event handler.

 

Similar event handlers are used to increase your size queen score after having sex with super mutants, FEV hounds, behemoths and tentacles from Animated Tentacles (check the output of getglobalvalue mhk_sizequeen in the console before and after a sex scene to see if it's increasing). Also the notification messages at the start of sex scenes ("large penises really turn you on" or "you're too numb to feel this" etc) rely on similar events from AAF.

 

Another thing to double-check, you're not using any patches/translations of MHK, right? I saw one a while back for an earlier release, trying to use it with the new release will potentially break things due to altering quest records reverting some fields to values from whatever version they were made for.

Hmm, when I first started the game I disabled the Provocative Perk additions since I knew they'd be coming, but it seems I'm still getting the prompts each time an associated trigger event occurs (sex with mutant prompts add Supermutant fetish, sleeping adds submissive, etc). 

I know the perk disabler worked on a previous run where I didn't turn it on until after a few prompts.

Those aren't related to Provocative Perks, they're for Sex Attributes instead. There aren't as many of those prompts so I didn't add a separate MCM control for them.

How massive is the Size Queen arousal debuff? I am losing arousal during scenes with normal people lol. And since I am a dubcon from the provocative perks mod I am bleeding willpower when I consent. Which is a VERY weird place for a character to be in haha

There is a rapidly repeating arousal decrease during sex scenes without a mutie (or tentacle) partner, and similar repeating increases with muties (and tentacles) scaled per partner based on a species-based constant multiplier. The increases and decreases are also scaled by your size queen score. For complete details, check the calculations going into the ArousalAdjustment variable inside the Event AAF:AAF_API.OnAnimationStart block of MHK_ProxyAAF.psc since it gets a bit complicated.

 

If you want to be able to orgasm regularly with normal partners, take some Vajuvenate and give it a few in-game days, and try to avoid sex with muties (and tentacles). If you really just don't like the SA arousal modifiers during sex, they can be turned off in MCM.

Oh no I do like it. I was just amazed that I literally couldn't orgasm with normal people. As a Dubcon and bicycle it meant I was losing willpower over and over haha. Made me curious.

an option is to go back to Breeding Pit to get your "orgasm fix" but if you do remember to be naked and have no weapons equipped.
