It is safe to upgrade. 

 

  • During "The Weapon" we go to Vault 111, which is full of beds. I have blocked the use of beds and seats during that quest. 
  • I found the quest that asked "Report to Lindstrom" in Miscellaneous and couldn't be completed. It was the Whore House brothel services (_CS_Chores). I fixed it and you probably need to ask Lindstrom to work on the Whore House for you to be able to complete it, if you still have it. @Jarnin
  • This bug caused "The VIP" to start accidentally, when returning to the Whore House after "The Pit" and other quests. 
  • I fixed the supermutant bug that kills you and doesn't let you advance properly during The Pit. I changed the script and used the DeferredKill function which seems much more reliable from my testing. Now you can let yourself lose xD
  • However, it does have one silly drawback. When you finish the quest, your character will collapse to the ground for a few seconds, before getting up and going to sleep. 
  • When Declan checks your character, and your character gets on her knees, the character may be floating in the air because she has heels equipped. Fixed. 
  • Now the whip marks also have their timer. They last 36 hours (adjustable in the MCM, Miscellaneous section) before disappearing. 
  • The whip marks stack up to 3 overlays, but I find the look of the third overlay too unnatural. Too much red. So they will apply only up to two overlays, if you keep getting whipped after that no more overlays will apply until you have healed. 
  • Each time you get a whipping, the "heal whip mark timer" will reset. 
  • Remove your current whip marks them with the cream. The following whip marks will already be handled by my timers. 
  • The MCM function, "Set full slave tattoos" in the Appearance category, will already put you my new selection of more subtle tattoos. It's not 100% sure yet. I may add/remove some more. 

 

Some more voices:

 

  • Trudy (absolutely bad, doesn't sound like her, sorry, she's a voice actress who does several characters and it's not easy to find the "Trudy accent").
  • Wolfgang (same thing, they use the same actor for many characters and I have a hard time finding the lines with "Wolfgang accent"). 
  • Ivana
  • Pike 
  • Charles and Elliot, the two Minutemen who can rescue you in The Runaway Slave. 
  • The BOS soldiers, Minutemens and Traders you have to take to the trap in "Pest Control".
  • The Minutemen in The Runaway. 

 

I'm missing: 

 

  • Voice for "The Porn Studio" (Calvin, Holt).
  • I'm missing voices for "The Threat" (farmers and minutemen).
  • I'm missing voices for "The Hooker" (customers)
  • I'm missing voices for the Minutemen (for the true endig

 

 

  • These are the most complicated because they are not fixed actors like Gristle, Murphy, etc. These are randoms. So I have to do voices for ALL the possibilities. For example, Diamond City clients can easily go for the twenty different voice actors. Mbuff, I'm going to go for simple and force a single voice on them. This is going to take a lot longer than normal voices, to the point where I don't even know if it's worth it. 

 

I'm still playing it. So far all the beasts are aggressive. Just finished "The Pit".

Well.. I think i mess up something in adding the mod via Vortex because all the console said to me is "not found".

 

I loaded a previous save just before "the fighter" quest, but everything was fine then, i got to met Freddy. 

 

Just ad a small problem in the quest for the weapon, i forgot i had a mod to make a settlement in vault 111.

It's "Vault 111 settlement main quest safe" from Caleb68 on nexus.

The quest didn't realize i was inside because the mod kind of reset the vault ? So i disabled the settlement and it work.

 

 

Thank for this, it's seriously awesome, it's something that can give you stockholm syndrome by how well it's written.

don't know if its been fixed in the newest update but on the harvester quest when returning to the Whore House to go to sleep
it crashes constantly

I think I'll get to that part in a couple of nights and see if I can replicate it. In the meantime, for all the CTD's better send me your buffout log so I can see what the specific culprit is.

That's a quest from Family Planning Enhanced, not Commonwealth Slavers. JB. built an override into CS a while back to prevent the player character from getting pregnant during the course of the mod, but you apparently overrode the override in the MCM😁

 

IIRC, you can end that pregnancy taking a contraceptive pill within a brief time after becoming pregnant if that's something you want to do. Otherwise, congratulations!

Haha, yeah, I know. If Jared had that quick of a shift in personality I'd have to seriously question the writing in the mod. 😆

 

I DID turn off castration in the options, not for ethical reasons, more that I felt like, well, "why would they care?", so I guess that counts as overriding it. I just found the idea of this very situation becoming a thing very appealing. 

So, disclaimer... I set the FPE settings to realistic, so it's going to take 9 actual in-game months before delivery. I'm not going to play that long, lets be honest... But I'll still enjoy the situation I put my poor Vaultmeat in.

Most probably, in real life, pregnancy is even desirable for the prisoners because it will generate a kind of emotional bond and dependence. 

 

It reminds me of this Colombian politician who was captured and taken to the jungle, she had a French husband who never stopped looking for her. Well, she was there for years and of course she got pregnant and fell in love with one of her captors.

Main reason i could think of would be to stop raiders forming attachments to slaves and then getting into fights (i.e. raider A slaps around slave pregnant with raider B's child so ends up getting a good stabbing from raider B) or trying to run away with them etc

I am still very new to modding and would like to give this one a try, but even with only the hard requirements and soft requirements active, this mod doesn't seem to trigger.

I have no error pop-ups in Vortex, I am starting an entirely new game, sometimes the Sexual Attributes pop up, sometimes they don't, in any case, I see nobody under the guard station, when I leave Vault 111.

 

I hate to be a pain, but does anyone have a super simple step by step way to get this to work?

If it's because I'm using Vortex, I'm willing to try another Mod Manager.

Follow the basic set-up from here. That should get you a functioning AAF install (which you should test before proceeding).

Next you'll want to install all of the Commonwealth Slaver hard requirement files.

Then install any soft requirements that you've chosen to install.

Then install Commonwealth Slavers.

 

As for load order, you want Commonwealth Slavers (and its patches) loading as late as possible so that it will win any conflicts. IIRC, you can set CS and its patches to load late by adding them to the Dynamic Patches group.

Just one more thing load the whorehouse patch after the cwss patch or you will have missing walls in the whorehouse.

When I'm trying to download this mod it takes me to MEGA and from there when I download the file, Windows is telling me there is a Trojan Wacatac in the files. Anyone seen similar when downloading this mod?

Yeah. See my post 2 pages back. I am fairly confident it's a false positive. This particular Trojan sees a lot of false positives from Windows Defender. You'll have to decide for yourself obviously, but you'll have to turn off Windows Defender's real-time protection temporarily to install the files without Windows blocking you.

Okay, thank you. I played the mod before in an earlier version and there was nothing attached that time and thought I was quite odd for someone like JB who was been making mods for awhile to just turn around and try to fish info from people. Glad to see that I wasnt being directed to another file someone else made.

A tip for those who play Horizon by @Evelynith

 

 

 

 

I would like to note that I am playing with Horizon, and atleast for me, this warning about "The Pit" didn't apply to my game.

With Horizons alternate death mode ("HAD" from now on) is active and you die from any cause, what normally happens is HAD will teleport the player to the last safe settlement or location (Sanctuary or outside Vault 111 being the most common locations). In conclusion if Horizon is installed, then HAD needs to be turned off or else it will completely break certain quests and events. This also means that those quests can only be won through combat or else you die and have to reload.

 

 

I have HAD off, and I lost HARD to that supermutant. Woke up in the cage with my main man Big Bomb explaining they didn't want to lose me. I DID get a brief popup with the "someone drags you to safety" message you would expect from HAD though.

Either something have changed in Horizon, or it could be someting you changed in your own mod, OR it could have been something about Evelynith's particular modlist. In any case it worked as expected for me.

 

Anyway...

 

You aren't a true masochist until you've played this mod with Horizon. Fite me.

if my memory of who all has been voiced so far is accurate the only one left that would be worth voicing would be Becker.

as for the ones that are randoms my personal opinion would be to just skip them due to amount of effort for return is just to much.

while true it would be nice i think "the juice is not worth the squeeze".

That would indicate that you didn't install a male body replacer. You should probably do that.
