Ok, so i have used this mod (bane version) and have had no issues. but today i make a new playthrough and added some new mods and well the mod either

 

A. Wont enable in the MCM

 

or

 

B. Wont appear in the MCM at all

 

Ive tried everything.

 

I have

 

1. Disabled new mods

 

2. Reinstalled the mod

 

3. Disabled all mods but the ones required

 

And nothing worked any ideas on what to do.

Seems like lots of folks report MCM issue in threads of various mods (recently) - ones that never really had any problems with MCM. So I wonder if it is by any chance related to esps header upgrade to 1.71 (and all its consequences) and hacks/mods used to provide backward compatibility, and/or mods that supposedly cure SkyUI (like all kinds of maids etc).

So it seems Pandora causes issue with this mod? I've seen a few others mention they're using Pandora and they have the same issue as me where after being defeated our PC just lays there and nothing happens forever. Which is very strange because literally every other part of the mod works, my follower and PC can assault others and tie them up and whatever but when we're defeated by bandits or monsters nothing happens and they lay on the ground.

 

edit: yeah, seems to only be an issue for bleedout. If my PC gets knocked down, animations play normally. But whenever in bleedout, there is no assault and the NPCs just walk off

For me this just links to a different page on the Forum.  I tried going to Bane Masters profile and look for the file there but its not listed either.  Was this removed or am I just missing something here?  Im to the point I can get Skyrim to start and work just fine unless I activate SL Defeat v5.3.5 then Skyrim wont start at all so was hoping to give there file a try and see if it fixes my issue.

That's a SexLab message.  A papyrus log will give you more detail about why the actor was not valid, but reasons include already being in an animation, or being dead, disabled, mounted, a child, or a creature type that's not supported.  SexLab also might have exceeded its thread limit if there are many actors involved in sex.

i managed to figure out what was causing it, one of the command lines were disabled in sexlab.ini and animation tags being set to strict acting funny

Can you use this with Baka's version to get the new animations? I mean, if you only install the animations from his mod and let them overwrite.

The animations and supporting code in 5.3.6 are unchanged from 5.3.5 but I have not used the Baka version so can't say if this will work.

 

If you do decide to give it a try please let us know how it goes as it would be useful to know if it's possible.

I seem to have issues with followers standing up after being knocked down, when my character is knocked.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Edit: I'm running this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/95489?
Is it incompatible?
I'm also using "Press E to Heal Followers" which allows me to give them a potion when in bleedout. Compatible?
I'm using Nether's Follower Framework too.

Allright. Good to know.

Now for another issue...

I'm using Nether's Follower Framework, which also has its own Bleedout modifiers.

How would i get NFF and Defeat to cooperate? NFF has a slider for the duration of Bleedout, just as Defeat has, and the issue with followers not doing anything persists.

Defeat has been working okay for me with NFF.

 

NFF settings:

Bleedout Time:  60 s

Disable Bleedout Recovery:  Off

Recover After Combat:  Off

Potion Recovery:  Any

 

Defeat PC as Victim settings:

Followers As Collateral:  On

 

Defeat NPC vs. NPC settings:

Followers As Victim:  On

Type of Knockdown:  Only on Bleedout

Knockdown Duration:  60 s

Hi all,

 

Thanks for the fun mod!

Anybody knows a reliable way of not having followers blast the hell out of enemies to have proper time to activate defeat on them, in particular tying them up? :D
My experience so far has been: I managed to damage the enemy, then select tie up, then they get a good battleaxe arrow in the head and die quickly. It's great for RP but not super scalable lol.
