Damn, then how do I get Devious devices to work with defeat, what's the point of it as an addon in the original defeat if it does not happen, what do I need to edit or install to get it to work as a post assaults consequence?

The Defeat addon from @AndrewLRG adds a feature like that, but can only equip Devious Devices, not Zaz items.

 

AndrewLRG's addon requires Deviously Cursed Loot (DCL).

Ill be testing Deviously Cursed Loot  , is it possible to just make it activate for the  defeat functionality and not when looting random boxes

EDIT: I have installed Deviously Cursed Loot  but it does not happen, in fact I don't think any of the player post assault feature ever work, what is the fix for this?

Yes, in DCL’s MCM, you can set a zero percent chance for cursed loot events.

We both did some of the testing work.  It should work fine if you follow the advice @Herowynne has posted

There is a new issue that just happened the screen fades to a black screen when my character gets defeated and stays like that indefinitely only way to undo it is go back to an older save, what might be causing the issue. before that issue occurred the cursed loot consequence still did not work. Is it possible that the mod "player is essential" might of caused the issue? @Herowynne Btw below is all Loverslab enabled mods that I have

Also there is a consquence called leash game that does not seem to be active, I can't find that mod, could you tell me where it is?

Maybe. I don’t use that mod, so I can’t say for certain.

That's the correct answer. 

 

There have been various attempts to create leash effects in LL etc mods.  None ever worked particularly well.  The best implementation you might find is in Prison Overhaul Patched.  But leashes do not work in this mod

I checked and found out that indeed the mod player is essential and sm essential player effect the defeat post assault feature, first one makes the screen black and second one just deactivates them, I wish there is an alternative cause I dislike looking at a loading screen every time the player is killed. Everything works as intended right now, this tip should helps out anyone who has either of those mods enabled, there is another essential mod but I doubt it will work properly dvs

Edit: I know defeat has essential player feature but it does not work most of the time

you should not use a set essential mod together with essential on player with defeat.

They alway will conflict (vampire mods, this one, all of them).

Either use essential in defeat or with a mod.

The advantage of this one, you can switch it of very fast.

okay so there's another thing I want to resolve but not completely necessary, npc vs npc defeat works 25% of the time cause most of the time they just kill each other before anything happens,  I installed SexLab Stop Combat for defeat 1.05 SE but does not seem to happen and switched off last enemy restriction on the defeat mcm, is there an additional solution I am missing, if there isn't its not a big deal

Be aware, you must read everything incl. patches.

I myself use a pretty old version with some tweaks. As modify is not allowed (asked for permission, no response)

Made a condition check for the brawl quest.

Before start brawl quest, make the according settings in the mod.

Ill test it out, just curious what is your mod order only for the mods that work with or require defeat bane version?

I activate defeat - the game does not start, deactivate defeat - everything works fine. This happens with any SexLab add-on, please help, I've already done everything, even downloaded another version of the game. sorry for my language (I wrote through a translator). ver. game AE 1.6.640

What does this LRG patch do other than equip Devious Devices? Andrew's original post seems a bit vague on what the patch actually is. I've looking up in this thread but there's nothing much about it.

It also adds an optional “dynamic defeat” feature that can be enabled in the MCM.
 

It provides a configurable, and therefore more predictable, way for the player character to be defeated. A UI widget is added to your screen, and a progress bar fills up during combat, that represents how close your character is to being defeated. When the bar fills up, then your character is defeated, and the rest of the Defeat mod’s post-defeat functionality is initiated.

Oh that's sounds great, like a poise meter for defeat. Such a shame I don't use DCL. I'm also stuck with the Baka version of Defeat for his mods.

After being a victim, my character sometimes gets left lying on the floor, while making hurt noises. What do I do here? I always have to reload save because i cant/dont know how to exit this state.

Not sure which version you're using but you can :

 

Try the 'Clean Up' option on the main mod page. 

 

Also select from within lso a range of 'clean up' options available in the Defeat Tools menu (accessible for me at least from IIRC the )/0 key) and see what helps

 

Those will normally fix the odd glitch

Hello, trying to get this mod working for threesome animations and followers but not sure why it only does pairs (MF/FM only).

 

I did try to mess with the tags and enable them, but they only cycle through a small set of anims. Also, I can't get a follower to rape or be raped so I'm not sure if something's broken in my installation.

 

Testing both F & M characters but it seems like threesomes, follower settings, and NPC vs NPC settings don't really work.

im getting a weird bug where after defeat, my character wont get back up even after filling up the struggle bar. i have to go into first person, then third, then jump as the animation is just frozen in the seated downed animation. any ideas why? i also get crashed after defeat every other encounter using banes version too.....

 

Edit: clean up function does not work, none of the options helps, PC remains downed and unable to get up. CTD when aggrod while downed. 

 

Edit 2: downloaded defeat see, non banes version, no bugs, but using banes version, I get the bugs, clean up function failed to work each trial.

Same here, using the LE fixed Bane version (5.3.6). Everything works fine until post-event, but then my character doesn't stand back up after filling the struggle bar.  They just stay there while enemies agro again and kill them. Using the clean up option doesn't seem to do anything, neither does enableplayercontrols in the console.

SL Defeat v5.3.5.rar breaks the game so that it does not start, but SL Defeat SSE.7z refuses to be enabled in the Mod Configuration in Skyrim SE/AE. What's weird is that I had THAT enabled day-before-yesterday, but the animations weren't working. I did a completely clean re-install of the entire game and re-modded. I had forgotten some animation files. Now, the first sentence here is the result. Using SL Defeat v5.3.5.rar causes the game to refuse to start regardless of whether I try directly from Steam, from Vortex, or in Vortex with the SKSE. After disabling that mod alone, the game starts again. Using SL Defeat SSE.7z means that the Defeat cannot be enabled. And yes, I have all the dependent files and they are all the newest version. 

 

Does anyone know what to do? When I click to enable this mod in the game using the mod configuration menu, I am told to exit and wait, but my waiting is in vain. It does not enable. I am starting the game using the SKSE in Vortex, and yes, I have run the FINS to initiate. I have already started a new game.
