Hi there,

 

I hope this forum / topic is not dead yet I am having a hard time getting this mod to work.

 

I have installed all the files that is required of me but i dont see it working.

 

Ingame i do see the mods and menu (activate and such)

But when im knock down or tied up a victim and try to rape nothing happens No animation no nothing...

 

The victim does strip down, but me just stand still. I have my weapon holstered i hope some one can help me

Edit: also, if you're using death alternative, set it to bleedout only.

I have tried all settings still cant get this mod to work T^T why is it so hard... Some one should make a youtube tutorial

I meant the Sexlab free camera option. I don't know where my brain found "third party camera."

 

The Bleedout/ragdoll option is on Death Alternative's first page, near the top.

If you have DA install the threshold portion of the defeat gets overwritten. PC will only get rape if their normal health is completely gone.

Surrender with companion is not fully functional yet I think. The issue with this case here might be you only have one enemy, and I don't think they should assault companion when there's only one.

It is connected to DA, yes. Set DA to Bleedout only and, under the Bleedout section, lower Defeat's setting to 50. You can lower DA's Bleedout option at the same time if you want to ensure Defeat always kicks in.

 

Keep in mind that DA overwrites Defeat's settings, so you will not be able to use the stamina threshold, for instance, and post-Bleedout events will be DA's as well, not Defeat's.

Hey, I've just started to use this mod. I've got all the requirements : latest SKSE, FNIS, ran it too, Sexlab Framwork 1.58 and Defeat V4. Robing, tying up victims, killing, reviving works fine though the enemies are almost impossible to grabble, even with 100% settings, and when I choose ''Rape'' option my character would just lean over take off the victim's clothes/armors, and do nothing, there's no sound whatsoever besides ''Mercy'' and ''Get away from me'', the cum effects still play out and the victim walks away

I believe it heals over time. I think I once improved matters with a healing spell as well, but I may have imagined that.

I had better clarify that: after healing my toon to full health, further healing seemed to speed the recovery process.

Defeat's events can trigger with DA if you go into the MCM menu for defeat and set the DA options to always trigger defeat's post assault stuff. You can even guarantee to get the Devious captures gear if you set the robbing percentage to 100%. You can also get DA events to trigger if you set the percentage for Defeat to trigger at less than 100%, or when you get defeated by a creature or enemy that's not supported by defeat.

 

Speaking of creatures: how does Defeat tell which is "supported"? It doesn't seem to care which animations I have disabled in SexLab (which to be honest are most, Draugr, Chaurus & Co. is just too absurd/disgusting for my taste, basically I only have sorta-sapients like Falmer switched on). So i often get notifications like "Draugr Death Lord tries to rape ...", which inevitably leads to only one thing: the Draugr toppling over like hit by Paralyze effect. Same with Saber cats etc. No surprise, since the animation isn't available. For good reason (on my part). Guess there is nothing I can do about this "all or nothing" approach of Defeat in regards to creatures?

 

Defeat use the function from SexLab so disabled races and races without animations shouldn't be able to knock down the player, that's wierd.

The tricky and important part to remember is that none of defeat's post assault events are DA events. Defeat's only DA event is an onbleedout event. If you blackout you won't get any Defeat stuff.

 

As for getting knocked down endlessly, that is a bug in defeat's trigger for DA, I've experienced it consistently when fighting 1 on 1 but not when fighting a bunch of people.

That's true, until I find a the right way to mix up all those post assault events, anyway there is not a lot of events in Defeat as for now.  

 

Nothing to do with that but for now robbing is broken when set on "Value", I forgot to add a $ before the string "$Value" in the script so nothing is stolen...

Goubo, I discovered one new thing. Don't know if it is a bug or what else but here is what is happening. I enter in the cave and fort (any cave and any fort) with my follower. Just as I told her to wait, she is being attacked by the bandits. The problem was that she didn't defend herself at all and therefore she's been raped. When I turn off follower as a victim, then she is defending herself as it suppose to be. Turning it back ON, she is not defending. But, this is not happening in every place and every cave, but from time to time. So, maybe it is worth to check relationionshp "Wait" command and "follower as victim".

Defeat V5b3, sometimes got CTD when knock down NPCs, only installed SEXLAB1.57, Aroused v20140124, ZazAnimationPack_V0553, PSQ, and other requirements MODs,

At other times it runs stability, what's the problem?

Hi all this is how i have installed the mods, tell me if i need to do some tweaking ingame menu.

 

I have installed all the mods with NMM: 

 

SexLab Framework 1.54 +
SKYUI 4.1 +
SKSE 1.6.16 +
FNIS 5.0.2 + and do no forget to take the creature pack 5.0.2 under optional files.

 

When im installing the FNIS packs, it ask me to overide yes or no. I pick on no to all but let it install. *is this good or wrong) 

 

I have no load order of these mods, (should there?) 

 

I have run the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe to check the animation it checks out no error what so ever:

You have skse listed as 1.6.16; you might want to update to 1.7. Many current mods require it. Also, I'd recommend the xp32 extended skeleton; you seem to be using the vanilla one.

Ok as recommended to another user on this forum i made sure to set *MINIMUM* heath to zero rather than 100% as i hadn't noticed whilst testing.

Now it seems to triggering SD+ straight away and defeat seems to be being ignored completely.

I installed defeat after removing the old version, I'm going to try reinstalling sexlab and SD+ again to see if that helps.

Do i need DA installed? looking in defeat it seems to show no compatible mods installed.

Any suggestions from anyone why SD+ is triggering straight away despite having defeat on instant defeat and SD+ on 5% health?

Hmm, the Necrophilia is CTDing the game for me after I installed the latest SexLab update.

 

Anybody else experiencing this?

 

That is likely because the new SL version changed the way it detects 'dead' NPCs in order to improve the necro-functionality of this mod, actually, iirc (looking at health values now rather than whether the actor is 'dead' or 'alive', so that Defeat won't have to actually resurrect dead NPCs to do necro scenes, and can instead just give them 1 HP for the duration of the animation).

Your problem seems to be entirely related to SD settings.

Setting defeat to minimum 0 and SD to minimum 5 will only get defeat to trigger between 0 and 5 percent health, depending on what the max settings are for both mods. If you set defeat's minimum health to 0 and maximum to 100% with like a 25% chance on hit it'll make it so there is a 1 in 4 chance for defeat to trigger at any health percentage.

 

SD probably has maximum and minimum health settings, but I don't use that so I can't recommend settings for that. But your problem seems to be with SD settings. SD is getting its conditions met before defeat, so all you're gonna get are SD events.

 

Remember that both mods are independent of each other, so whatever triggers first is what's going to happen. The idea with DA is to make mods such as these more compatible with each other, since their settings wouldn't compete with each other, but just trigger on a percentage dictated by DAs settings.

Sorry what i was meaning was that SD+ was set to only trigger at death and for testing i set defeat to trigger with 100% chance when health was anywhere below 100%.

 

I'm fairly sure its something to do with defeat as previously bandits would smack me around for a while until im almost dead and then SD+ would start but this time when i've set the minimum in defeat to 0% and max to 100% its just a one shot enslavement.

 

I'm going to try reinstalling SD+ and defeat and making sure defeat loads after SD+ (which im sure i've done already) and install DA as well as im interested in some of the post defeat things.

I don't know if you should be running sexaddicts with your sexlab mods, since it's basically a sex and rape mod before sexlab even existed, so it might behave in odd ways with sexlab stuff.

Having an issue that I haven't been able to find an answer for. 

 

I was able to install everything to get SD working(Except SD itself) up until I got to the stage of installing Defeat. The game worked fine, ran fine, before I installed Defeat.

Now it either CTDs on load in or hangs on the loading screen. I'm not sure what's causing it, but some sort of answer would be absolutely lovely. (Even if it's just 'dunno' )

Edit: So... I have no idea what happened, but I just kept trying to load the save and eventually it just loaded on up. I don't know what I did or what fixed it.

Okay so I am still on the old SL 1.39b framework and I would just like to know with v4.2 of defeat, If it is compatible, what are the settings to get it working along side Death alternative.

 

A screenshot of such settings would be very much appreciated.

Okay, so I have a little problem with this mod. I cannot, in any situation, knock anyone to the ground. I tried the resist system, but the resist bar never shows up and always says that 'You did not successfully grabbed your victim'. I tried using threshold, and reduced the HP of the NPC to well below 20%, still shows the same message. Is there something wrong with the settings? Or with the installation?  Any and all help is welcome!
