I can't answer the question, but check-out.

 

The mods re-equip the Shock Collars and Handcuffs, you can see them quickly un-equipping and re-equipping, when it does it.

- Violate .............................................................. Unequip's, and re-equips Devious Devices.

Yes! That's exactly what I meant by reverse engineering! Just tear into it (after making a back up). I've learned more from doing it like that, than from tutorials.

That's what I've been doing to FO4 NudeBasics for myself, since it was released. Hack, Slice, Tweak, Reload... see what happens, then Reload mod back to normal version. Then repeat... that's what I've been doing for my Hardcore Nudity Mode MCM option ( Hardcore Nudity MCM feature, not on current download ). It works 100%,, but needs a little tweaking to make it even better.

 

I've learn't compiling, tweaking, and have been checking out the invisible armour for removing armour and clothing, for a long time, for my next tweak to the mod.

 

 

I can't currently write scripts, but I can tweak scripts, as well as understand a lot of what I see.

Scripting in the Creation Engine with Papyrus (Skyrim/FO4) within the Creation Kit is very high level coding. The most advanced are arrays, which is on the one hand a handicap but on the other hand good for many people to be able use it. It's actually quite a good way to start coding because it's fun (or spicy depending on your needs). Just watch some youtube video's and start small. The ancient saying you either can code or you can't is utter BS and probably put out by people who make a living with coding and hate competition. You just need practice, start small and know your limits. And there is a very big difference between high level coding like this and Powershell and low level stuff like C and Assembly code. I can't code those very well but I can find my way around Papyrus, C# and Powershell just fine. I'm still no coder but I can write code for the things I want.

 

It's like painting, anyone can paint a door with some knowledge and practice. But painting a car with a mirror smooth finish is a whole other level. Same goes for coding.

Yeah... I've spray painted quite a few cars in the past. Professionals, bake the paint, and are on another level.

 

At my current point, I know what I want. I can see it, but it's just out of focus. I'll get there in the end, as I'm always messing around with mods. I just made a couple of short, low level mods, yesterday. For a new Hardcore Start, that I'm working on. :)

Most likely is that your AAF isn't installed properly, or you don't have any animal animations installed, can you manually run an animation targeting Duke and your character? Or just use the AAF console at all? I had a little trouble myself getting AAF working but I found the issue was a few options/patches I installed and once I changed those, everything worked great.

 

I've linked this before, but this guide is perfect, take it step by step and you should get everything running

School and IT lessons are mostly horror :P On high-school we made a simple website and in university the first coding assignment was to make a calculator in C# which was quite a nice startup and covers all the basics without getting swamped. Then we went into programming traffic lights with a FPGA using state machines and I died inside.

Hiya!  I started playing your mod today. I love where you are going with it, but I have a few observations.

 

1) The "piss" aspect shouldn't be a drinking thing.  Dogs will piss on things to mark their territory.  You should look at Hardship on the effect he used for the piss effect.  Its fine to piss to mark territory.  The pissing in mouth doesn't make much sense other than degradation.  You really should add an MCM option to turn this off, because it detracts from the story.

2) My quest with Duke didn't begin until I told him to leave.  I wandered about for about 2 hours in game. It was only when I told him to go home that the quest started.  And it worked very well.

3) Random interactions only happen in Duke's home. It should probably function in other player homes as well.  Like HomePlate and the other Player Home DLCs. (just my thought)

4) The dialogue doesn't match the AAF tags.  If the dialogue alluded to anal or oral, you should probably filter the AAF tags on that.  It is very random and breaks the role-play.

5) You should put your dialogue as "Said in Head" on the Player.SayCustom method.  Otherwise, mods like, F4z roh doh will read the Role-play aspect out as dialogue..  However, I would suggest some of your role-plays are already animations that can speak for themselves if you look at the list of animations.  

6) Your mod is not properly applying your pregnancy effects like "Puppies kicking".  You'll need to account for @InvictusBlade adding the Breeder Perk.

7) You should deffo look for both pregnancy "perks" in both Ego and Invictus's mods.  You don't have to make them dependencies.  But its fairly straightforward to get whether the PC is pregnant.

? You should really make this WIP/Alpha, because it does have some work needed, (As someone else suggested)

9) You should put all your dialogue in a grammar/spell checker. It does distract from the experience.

10) none of the devious events have fired while I've played.  I was never collared or put in a cage.  It was basically just Duke doing endless sex events.  That gets tedious.

 

Very good mod.  I don't want to discourage.  I like where you are going.  Just wanted to offer some constructive criticism. ❤️

It is clear that you put a lot of time into this.  Please take this as help and not hate.

I had the exact same experience. Just endless dialogue and pissing for the most part.  Also the pissing should be for dominance and marking territory. The drinking thing is something that should be a selection on the MCM that the player can choose.

Yes!  Its a bit counter to canine behaviours.  I agree.  I love this mod, but it needs work.

Overall I made this mod for myself Caz I thought the problem of survivor mod didn't do bait justice. Originally Duke was going to be bait and this mod would have been a addon but I didn't want to deal with working around someone's else's mod. You can see a lot of similar things especially with the start of bait and Duke as I wrote a good chunk of baits dialog. I want to connect the 2 at some point like we meet the scientist that's experimenting on dogs for instance.

I mean I like the mod. idk if someone else has said, but I would appreciate if dialogues were fixed. pressing "positive" for some reason doesn't actually do anything positive 75% when pressed. also please update the dialogue to be fitting the extended mode, its hard to understand what you are actually going to say. 

lastly, I really like the mod. its much more different than the other mods that just keep it in the humans. and for the sake of expressing creativity, good job and keep up the work!

1.next update is adding a way to remove most pissing scenes. I tryed to make it so the piss drinking is a effect of addiction but it acts weird sometimes. 

2.I fixed that bug it will be out in next update. 

 

3.Random interactions are throughout the world not just player home. but the playerhome is where a bulk of sidequests will start.

4.I have no idea how to set the tags if you have the code to fire the tags properly I will add them. 

5.I will have to test the Player.SayCustom

6.I had a lot of trouble getting it to work in the first place if you know a better way please tell me

9. my bad I pretty much just write when i am in the mood. so I sometimes mess up grammer. 

10. yea that is a known bug that i have no idea how to get working. I want it to work but the code that prompts the player if they want to manipulate the lock messes up forced equipping.

I have two questions. First, i leave Duke at home and wait a really long time for me to get these "debuffs" and nothing at all happens, and when i get back i only get some small dialogue about "Where have you been?" but i suffer no debuffs at all. And secondly, nothing ever happens that involvs Devious Devices.

I think you are already head and shoulders above a lot of people who wish/desire to make mods. Getting into someone elses scripts and tweaking is a pretty fearless thing to do. With your creativity and imagination, you'd be unstoppable with just a little bit of tutoring.

Have the same issues as Virdie.  Also noticed sometimes can't pick dialogue options, only happens when Duke starts the dialogue, but walking away and then back fixes it.

Found Dog. Sex scenes are not starting most of the time. First and second scenes are not starting at all.

 

Found finally the dukes home. Duke does NOT give you the key to his home.. Duke does NOT mark the home on the map.  That is the normal procedure.  Just saying.

 

Added the key into my inventory via. console. Key works, but door does not seem to be linked to the home world space. Nothing happens.

 

What is the name of the world space of the dog's home? So that I am able to "COC" in.

 

It looks like all your scripts from the mod are just missing ....

May I ask where you found the home?
