volfin Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 I tried the version you just uploaded at 3:53, but I seem to be having a strange issue with "registering" with SexLab. It reports the Sexlab version fine, and I'll Press "Register", and it will say "Done". But the next time I open the MCM menu, it's back to saying "Register". Looking at the logs, I see this kind of thing: 10/07/2013 - 03:59:50PM] zbf Registering SexLab animations.[10/07/2013 - 03:59:50PM] Error: Cannot call FindByRegistrar() on a None object, aborting function callstack: [zbfSexLab (0B00CD14)].zbfSexLab_Defaults.RegisterAnimation() - "sslAnimationFactory.psc" Line 33 [zbfSexLab (0B00CD14)].zbfSexLab_Defaults.LoadAnimations() - "zbfSexLab_Defaults.psc" Line 11 [zbfSexLab (0B00CD14)].zbfSexLab.RegisterForSexLab() - "zbfSexLab.psc" Line 52 [zbfConfig (0B00C243)].zbfConfig.OnOptionSelect() - "zbfConfig.psc" Line 201 [zbfConfig (0B00C243)].zbfConfig.SelectOption() - "SKI_ConfigBase.psc" Line 1069 [sKI_ConfigManagerInstance (2A000802)].SKI_ConfigManager.OnOptionSelect() - "SKI_ConfigManager.psc" Line 157[10/07/2013 - 03:59:50PM] Warning: Assigning None to a non-object variable named "::temp0"stack: [zbfSexLab (0B00CD14)].zbfSexLab_Defaults.RegisterAnimation() - "sslAnimationFactory.psc" Line 33 [zbfSexLab (0B00CD14)].zbfSexLab_Defaults.LoadAnimations() - "zbfSexLab_Defaults.psc" Line 11 [zbfSexLab (0B00CD14)].zbfSexLab.RegisterForSexLab() - "zbfSexLab.psc" Line 52 [zbfConfig (0B00C243)].zbfConfig.OnOptionSelect() - "zbfConfig.psc" Line 201 [zbfConfig (0B00C243)].zbfConfig.SelectOption() - "SKI_ConfigBase.psc" Line 1069 [sKI_ConfigManagerInstance (2A000802)].SKI_ConfigManager.OnOptionSelect() - "SKI_ConfigManager.psc" Line 157 It goes on for quite some time, with many entries, then finally [10/07/2013 - 03:59:50PM] zbf Done!
volfin Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 After clicking " FNIS Behavior "Characters" " I get the following message: Reading ZaZAnimationPack ...ERROR(2011): Wrong line in Animation List. Line 260 (..\..\meshes\actors\character\animations\ZaZAnimationPack\FNIS_ZaZAnimationPack_List.txt): fu -a ZazWoodenHorse01_Enter ZazAPCAO024.hkx Anyone got an idea what I did wrong? Sounds like maybe you have an old version of FNIS. You need the 4.0 release, not the 4.0 beta.

germanicus Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 I have different problem. My SKUI recognized ZaZ pack and the version, but the game doesn't load it. ZaZ animations are missing in SeXLab menu. When open Zaz menu under SKUI, none options work and when exiting, it freezes other menus, until reopening.

When it goes to set it to "Done" it fails. And then next time you open MCM, it runs SexLab.IsFullyRegistered() and they all come back as unregistered. I played around a bit to try to understand (as I'm slowly trying to learn Papyrus Scripting) but I got nowhere. It's unclear to me why it fails to register.

volfin Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 Doesn't really help you, but this is what my game says too when I register. And in my case, the registrations show up in SexLab.... Yes, I think the registration must be working. I just don't know why the function doesn't recognize the fact. Though i'm not sure how to verify the registration, will those animation names show up in the SexLab configuration MCM somewhere? Actually, I'm making progress. I uinstalled every new mod I added since you released 5.3, and now it works. So it's a mod conflict. I'll narrow it down to which mod and let you know which it is.

If you find them there, then it's registered. I'll see if I can fix the registration check, maybe it's broken.
volfin Posted October 8, 2013 Posted October 8, 2013 yes ok. I put everything back one by one, and I see now I just have to follow a specific procedure. Allow Sexlab to say "Upgrading to 12.0" (the 1.21 beta) Allow Zaz to say "Upgrading 5.40" go in and Hit "Clean and Restart" for Zaz wait then hit Register. It will register the animations properly after that. But the registration check always fails. At least it does register properly. I also tried it with SexLab 1.20 in case it was the beta, but same behavior.

I thought I fixed them but maybe I forgot, or I didn't actually do it properly. Adding this to the bug lists for a fix next version....
germanicus Posted October 9, 2013 Posted October 9, 2013 xaz - just to say that I started completely new game after reinstalling skyrim. Then I went step by step installing all necessary for mods, one by one. All went fine and no error message. Then I came to Zaz newest mod. The game accepted it and it is shown in the Skyui menu. But again, Under the list of all animations, they aren't Zaz. Newest FNIS, when checking for animations, reports that all is there and accept all from Zaz mod. Zaza animations are also listed in my list of loading files in the main menu, but Skyui doesn't see it. It gives me the option to open Zaz menu, but no tweak button respond. Problem as I had before re installation of the game. I'm not complain to you, just informing you that it doesn't work. Thank you for your time. And I apologize for being pain in the ass.

Sounds to me like you did everything the right way. Strange then that it doesn't work, because there's never been any similar problems on my setup. I've only checked under "aggressive animations" so you may want to check for animations there. The "register" detection is currently broken, so Zaz does not itself know when things are registered. This isn't a problem for SexLab, but it may be confusing to users.
eeeteee Posted October 10, 2013 Posted October 10, 2013 Ok. You can download it now ... fixed version numbers. If you get the "wrong update, expected 5.40", type stopquest zbfConfig startquest zbfConfig in the console, save, and you should be rid of that problem. Thanx ... this worked like a charm ...

In case you still haven't gotten it to work; This error message will come up if either your FNIS is outdated or if your using the outdate zaz pack on the up-to-date FNIS. If you got FNIS 4.0 and still get the message, you might have forgotten to get activate the latest Zaz version.
germanicus Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 Xaz - One information - maybe it will not sound strange to you, but it does sound strange to me. You know how much I struggled with ZaZ animation mod, and how all is installed and reported without no errors but it didn't work, well it works now, but after installing Sexlab Zzz 1.03 mod. Now, I can do tweaking in Zaz menu.

They're sorted alphabetically, so I guess it's to some extent always processed last. Just thinking out loud here, ... ... anyways, good to hear that it's now solved.
