Let me tell you both a story (sorry, not very lore friendly)...

 

One day a Bethesda big wig, who I will call BossMan, called a meeting with the nerds who do the actual work. This is an actual transcript from the meeting:

 

BossMan: It's time to support 64 bit, and we will call it Special Edition! Its going to be great! We are going focus on nothing but better graphics, and call that special!

 

Honest Nerd: We should work on better stability, taking advantage of higher addressable memory. Users don't like crashes.

 

BossMan: Ok fine, do that if it's only a few hours.

 

Honest Nerd: We need to re-write the engine from he ground up, to take advantage of the 64 bit, otherwise we gain nothing but the higher addressable memory. Better graphics will otherwise result in lower performance.

 

BossMan: Re-writing the engine is not an option here, we are on a micro-budget. Find an alternative solution! This is about milking our customers, not making a new game.

 

Sucking-up-to-the-Boss Nerd: We could prioritize the graphics ahead of the papyrus script processing. Throttle that bitch into oblivion! Then we can do the graphics without doing any other work.

 

BossMan: Do it!

 

 

I've tested this. Scripts run 10X slower in SE versus LE. I mean 10X really, not exaggerating. Sure we get better stability and graphics, but scripts suck canal water!

 

To compensate, you need to use external solutions, so for example JContainer data storage and access, instead of SL's use of arrays and quest aliases as its objects to store scene data in (innovative as heck when there were not other options back when SL was born, but slow).

 

You need a new foundation and you need to zero in on what matters the most, and not over-complicate things since speed is king. Otherwise the SE speed throttle will defeat you with the lag monster!

 

Don't get me wrong, when SL was invented, options like that were not available. But nor was throttled-down-script-SE, the main platform in use, nor was it ever foreseen that you'd load up 1000 animation scenes. People are trying to make SL do many unintended things, starting with the SE port.

 

The things you are describing are the inevitable result of making software 10 years ago, and things changing. The community has layered, and layered more layers on the layers, on top of the SE port, only making it much worse in terms of the lag monster. Then you put this in the chaotic more intense environment of combat!? This is not going to work. This is not working. I do know of a solution...

take the PC straight to Bleakwind Basin

The center of the world (coordinates 0, 0, 0), is above the Basin. So if your mod gives skyrim invalid or empty coordinates, boom, Giant food. This is mod error, its gone badly wrong.

 

select an animation that would be fitting to the scenario/items worn etc, but then abandons it in the console report as out of time, and then finally reverts to playing

aka. DD filter. The filter interrupts SL, changes things, restarts it. Last thing you need when you already have the lag monster chomping on you.

I have remove many baka mod to use naked defeat. I have remove SLA animation loader too. It work better, but the crawl animation is still missing.

Thasnks, as ever, to the blessed virgin, who minces no words in succinctly casting light on those who perpetrated the scripting atrocities, and shedding the blood of them what might(?) shed her's and, of course, ours' too ?

 

I have visited Bleakwind Basin far, far, too often, and might have lived on more occasions if there had been a strategic on site placement of, say. an Impassioned Waterfall, but alas the Town and Country planners failed to fund and install such a life saving device,  :classic_sad: But I must add that I have visited, and died, less frequently when using SE, than I did with LE ?

 

And talking of filters, I feel a lecture might be in preperation and hence I shall run to Nocturnal's Statue to pray on our behalf that we might all be spared from such .... ?

 

But whilst I jest, never forget, @VirginMarie 's mods almost invariably do exactly what is said on the tin.  It's like magic ....

Go ahead! Run to pray at Nocturnal's statute, but when you do, if you've lost your virginity, a punishment shall occur...

You drop into Bleakwind Basin, but death... no! A much worse outcome where the giants make you their plaything!

 

But it does not end there... Dibella made a bet with Nocturnal after all. There's a waterfall named after a certain donkey who, and Dibella will move it into the Basin. Your nights shall be spent impassioned on it, while the giants sleep.

Hi - started a new game with Naked Defeat and the add-ons installed.  Tested the mod at the bandit fort near Whiterun.  The mod animations seemed to be triggered perfectly and the notifications likewise. 

 

The only problem is that none of the assaulters have penises - just a vacant hole.  

 

Just to be sure, I tested this at Whiterun to be sure that males had penises - works fine with non-Defeat animations.  Also, sex between the bandits triggered by other mods, like Spectators, worked fine (i.e. males have penises) even when those animations run at the same time as Naked Defeat animations.

 

Hoping you might offer some troubleshooting ideas on this as I must be doing something wrong.

sorry, last time I had that problem is years ago.

try Naked Defeat in a different place instead, maybe its some problem specific to the certain actors or location. 
In any case its not a Naked Defeat problem.

Hi Nymra,

 

Your mod work better since I have remove lot of Sexlab mod and strangely your mod work better if I keep the creature animations into the Nemesis_output instead of FNIS_output. If I clean the Nemesis_output from all animation except character like say the tutorial to use FNIS and Nemesis together, it doesn't work with creature. I think Naked Defeat don't find animation and your PC is release without no creature rape. But I have now some questions :

 

1) I have bug during the whipping scene or precisly when my PC is lock to a tree or a cross. The camera is lock in the character and cannot move outside it, then if the PC is whipping it can be pushed outsite her locked position (and play an idle animation). Is there a option to prevent from it ?

I precise I don't use 'zaz no collision' and 'zaz faster and out of furniture'. This mods can resolve the problem ?

 

2) On your mod screenshot I can see that the character can be dirty. It's a side effect from the mod ? I precise, I use Keep It Clean from Nexus mod, but maybe I don't need it if your mod do the same.

 

3) To be lock in cuff even if you success to escape it s a DD feature (not covered by ZAZ) ? 

 

4) Creature work but they have no.... ahem... I think it's a separate mod to add them, what is your advice for that ?

no, its the mod Bathing in Skyrim. 
I highly recommend to use it with Naked Defeat since I am soft integrating with it using Modevents.

MoreNastyCritters, Creature Framework, ABC for Critters, ... well there are plenty of mods you need for that.

In the public punishment part of the mod, Is there a way to control the punishment outcome based on what caused it to proc? I am trying to make it fit more into build I have going and would like the outcome for "dirty" and "cumsoaked" to always be a golden shower, where as things like sneaking lead to fines and other punishments.

right now that is not like that, but in fact this is a cool idea that I will consider for the next update of the public punishment feature, thx

Every now and then Naked Loot will tell me something fits nice and charge the fitting-money,  but won't give me the item. I couldn't find anything in the logs so far.

 

On a sidenote: After reading VirginMaries comments on the last few pages, I gave ran Toys&Love anlongside Sexlab and it seems to be faster than before.

hmm, I ll check that and add some trace messages for debugging.

Wait Toys makes something... FASTER!? :scream: I'm going to have to test this!

 The last two lines were repeated.... an astounding 250,000+ times. Yes you read that right. They would keep being reported even with the console open which could account for the excessive amount but wow. (Actually on the test I just ran it was over 800,000 times!!)

 

Usually everything works out. This last test I just did the followers were forgotten. (I did a lot of console pausing.) Other tests the followers worked out and didn't have that odd behavior encountered previously. So the hotfix script worked on that front for sure. As you can imagine the log file becomes almost too large for even Notepad++ to handle. ? Any idea what would cause that?

 

Happily the log bloat stops after the player gets released. Not sure this is of any use, but definitely odd! :scream:

 

EDIT: Also godmod didn't get deactivated on that last test, but that was such a weird one! Followers forgotten, 800,000 lines of log, and godmode at the end. Definitely strange!

I think this is from the debug feature of naked defeat. if you disable debugging in the mcm, the player monitor is off.

If I understand it correctly, Toys integrates into Sexlab and takes over part of the operation. I could imagine the whole thing so.

Toys works on it's own. Don't need Sexlab installed. It takes over nothing. Both can be installed and wont conflict. And it sure as hell cannot speed up Sexlab.

Looks cool. parsed the api doc and if it's really faster I could probably try to make a compatibility patch for apropos2. Are you open for feature requests if something is missing? P. S. Should be easy to integrate in ND as well. Imo there should be a defeat mod  integration to make toys&love really the sl replacement.

The problem had nothing to do with this mod.  Bikini Armor was not being stripped from the male assaulters.  Fixed that in strip options in Sexlab.

Love this mod!  

 

One issue - even after I escape, my companion, in this case Lydia, never seems to come out of the last animation she was in.  I'm using Nether's Follower mod in case that makes a difference.  

 

In short, she keeps showing sex expressions and making sex vocalizations.  I can't get her to redress in her outfit, which keeps getting stripped.

 

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong.  Any clues?

Do you have both hotfixes installed and overwriting the main mod?

Very open to feature requests, particularly where they help mod authors to make stuff happen.

We fulfilled the last request in a release coming out likely today and I think it would be needed for apropos2.. the new function SceneHasTag(). You can see more here... What's in the next Toy&Love Release?

 

And yes getting defeated nekid with GetToy() and Love() is begging to happen, you can hear the code in in Nymra's mod crying out...  "so easy! so fast!"

(those are the two function calls that will do a load of magic work for a case like Naked Defeat)

I did not!  Only the Surrender hotfix.   Sorry for wasting your time.  Just ran through a test with the follower hotfix installed and it seemed to return the follower back to pre-assault.
