I already reinstalled Sexlab twice and the Animations are still not working at all and FNIS keeps putting out the same things. The ZaZ things far down at the end of the List are Okay, got no Problems with them, but the Missing Animation files... Hope there is some kind of fix for this issue. [Edit] It appeared right after i started modding my SE Skyrim. First Spoiler is the output without the HKX File Compatibility Check of FNIS and Second is With. And in-game the MCM Menu of Sexlab is always showing the Installation window but doing nothing. [Edit 2] Fixed the Missing Animations Files but Sexlab still seems to not work, all it shows me is: Close all Menus, Installing. Even after 10 Minutes. [Edit 3]Clean Save fixed it! But i still wonder a little why everything else was Working but just the Animations not. Also very few positions line up properly, so that dudes are thrusting into thin air (either too far from their partner or just unaligned). Anything I should try? I followed all instructions to the letter, have fun FNIS, etc. This is with an existing savegame, do I need a fresh save?

Make sure you are using the latest XPMSE skeleton and that nothing in your mod manager is overriding it.

Cheers man, that worked perfectly, I was still using an old skeleton I guess. Positioning is still off for everything though, which is a real shame. Anything I can do to help with this? It's a pain having to tweak characters into position during scenes.

I tried removing the AddPositionStage from the second, third, and fourth stages on one of the sexlab default animations and it worked, I can play the first stage only without issues. Though, when I tried to remove the first stage, second stage, and fourth stage, leaving only the third stage, the animation started but the actors were not moving. I wonder if there is a way to accomplish what I need without having to use a skipping function or setting all stages to -1 which is not reliable. If it is not possible, please let me know why. This is what the menu looks like before the game crashes. I'm also using ModOrganizer. skse.log Edit: It seems Modorganizer was behind my problems. I manually reinstalled all my mods into my Skyrim directory and it works flawlessly.

It should be mentioned on the OP that you need ANOTHER MOD to initiate sex. This is a FRAMEWORK meant to be used by other mods, if you want more sex options then you need to install the mods that allow you those options. The question is what sort of situations do you want to see sex included in your game. Radiant Prostitution of course is for whoring.

I started out of nowhere, I didnt change anything with the MO Profile I am using. I have Ni Override High Heels Fixes HDT Highheels UNPB High Heel Collection The problem is as follows: The actors align as usual, then the fun starts. But after a while, usually in 2nd or 3rd stage, the Height is "off" again. Funny enough, sometimes the female is raised higher than usual (like if the high heels height was no longer cleared) and sometimes is raised lower (as if Sexlab cleared the highheels heigth another time...) Anybody has an idea or can point me in the right direction for this problem?

FNIS should be started FROM Mod Organizer. And moreover, the launcher screen, which is clearly visible behind the FNIS window there, says you haven't started any of the right stuff from MO. When you use Mod Organizer, you start everything FROM the mod organizer, which is a point I get the feeling you're missing at the moment. TL;DR: Launch FNIS, and literally everything, from MO. You clearly aren't doing that. Read this if you're lost here: http://wiki.step-project.com/Fores_New_Idles_in_Skyrim it should explain how to run FNIS via MO. And the same should apply to every other external application.
