Ashal, I looked on the Git site but didn't see what I was looking for.

 

Is there a command or something during the Thread() setup and whatnot that can override the player's ragdoll finish setting and disable it for that particular thread?  Like for instance, you can set particular actors to not use the undress animation, despite what the player's setting might be.

 

Is there something like that for the ragdoll?

There's nothing wrong with my save files. What i mean is that the game crashes after the sex as soon as it's auto saving or when i'm quick saving.

I doubt anyone is paying attention here but I am going to explain it once more so listen up people!

I been programming for 32 years and tracing bugs is one of my specialties.

 

If you're using TFC you are asking for BIG problems when scripts are trying to access your character. TFC is a nightmare because in TFC the reference to player is null. It causes many problems when reference to player is null. It is not SexLab that is the problem either it is ANY script that is trying to access your avatar while in free camera!

 

Now to see this for yourself do the following.

 

Disable ALL mods except Skyrim and update (you can even disable update if you want but I want you to see that update did not fix this bug). Run TESV and not SKSE then Load a save game. Do TFC from console and save the game then load that save. You will see that the avatar is nowhere to be found and since you're in free camera look all over the area.

 

Now exit the game to desktop and restart the game and load the new save you just made. Your character is where? At 0,0,0 because you are in TFC when you saved the game and your character is NULL it does not exist! Since no scripts are running you will not CDT.

 

Now open console and tfc. Your character will appear in the correct location and the camera will snap to the character and everything works!

 

Now go back and enable all mods except any reference to SexLab. Run it with SKSE and load the same saved game you originally loaded when running TESV. Open console and TFC and save it and try to reload it. If ANY scripts are running it will CDT. Now exit the game completely. Restart but this time open the console BEFORE loading the game and type TFC. Again load the original save as in the previous runs. Then try to do combat (press R) then mouse buttons. NOTHING WORKS!

 

This explains it to the nth degree as to what happens when you tfc while scripts are accessing your character and it will prove that SexLab is NOT the problem. It is the script engine itself trying to reference a null device and is the reason I made a mod to fix this problem.

 

I made a mod to fix that because I drove me batty until I traced the tfc problems into the scripting engine itself. By toggling The player camera you no longer have a null reference which makes things work without crashing the game.

 

For Christ sakes at least take the damn code and put it in the framework so people will stop having this problem!

It's not about saving WHEN in the free camera mode. It's enough if you've just been there when a script occurred.

As for the TFC feature, if I was allowed a suggestion I'd probably say go back to how it was in v1.31 (I didn't try v1.30). The only problem with that version is that if you did use the flying camera feature you would have the issue with the facial expressions, but having played a ton with v1.31 everything working smoothly, I'd say I'd prefer the expressions thing over CTDs any day

 

That said, the way I trigger the flying camera is by using This Mod, Screenshot Assist, which as per the latest version it is now fully customizable and works wonderfully. It is extremely helpful and functional, but the one feature I use is the fly camera ; disabled every other camera feature, and rebound the fly camera to my mouse wheel button = Just perfect! However I can only say it works flawlessly with v1.31 as I haven't tested v1.35 fully yet, but my guess is it'll work just fine, as long as you kill the camera before the scene ends, which is something that dates waaaay back. Ever since I first installed SexLab and even using other mods like Adult Show, you always had to disable the flying camera before you took control again, otherwise you would be stuck with no control over your character. Sure now the effects of not killing the camera are way worse as it apparently CTDs, but still, the practice is the same you've always had to apply.

OK well I put 1.35 back on and yes it's only when you turn on free camera mode - not sure what was causing my previous crashes!

So I figured I'd test your theory - I left free camera off, instigated a sex act with a creature using Matchmaker and then used TFC in the console, let the animations finish with TFC on and then turned it off and saved the game - no crash. Tried the same with free camera mode on and couldn't save the game.

I doubt it has anything to do with using TFC as I have often used that command to watch animations and all sorts of stuff and never had  the crash on trying to save a game.

It is probably just a bug with Ashals' code and given how talented the guy is I,m sure he will find it and fix it!

Hi, I have a problem with the facial expressions jittering, specifically the mouth moving as if its like a nut cracker/talking doll . Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is there already a fix for this, if so please let me know. Great mod anyway.

 

I'm having similar problems. Are you using a mod that changes the mouth movement with NPC talking or such? I think I have a mod like that but I'm not sure if thats conflicting the Sexlab MFG mouth movement.

 

Yeah uuh I did have a mod that was related to facial expressions. I tried disabling it in NMM but still there were still jitters though.

Just a few questions:

 

1.) Why is "masturbate" listed in the diary, but it never counts up in the statistic when it happens?

 

2.) Can I save/export the diary statistics? Everytime I upgrade sexlab to a new version, it resets all values.

 

3.) Does the hotkey to SAVE the manual adjustment work? Everytime I try to correct a position, it wont work next time. (I know that the correction will be set for every phase of animation).

Hey everyone......I've been reading through pages and pages of this forum and noticed all the CTD people are having.....I too was crashing to desktop every two minutes and I couldn't save or fast travel....i don't know if it was something on my end or the 1.35 that i updated to.....so I'm doing a clean install and was wondering....should I go back to using 1.34? Also ......I see that ashal added facial expression in 1.30.....I've been using female facial animation mod....i assume that this is not needed and create a conflict? Thanks in advance for any help.....it's much appreciated

Is anyelse haveing a problem with the sex diary, I started a new game and it already has some entries.  I have tried cleaning.resetting and it doesn't return everything to zero. 

Also it doesn't seem to be tracking anymore.

 

I'm having no issue with the diary keeping track of everything, I also noticed it now keeps track of clients when I use the TDF prostitution mod.  However, like you, whenever I try to reset the diary settings, I get the message on the top left that it has reset the diary but it doesn't actually reset.  I tried starting a new game and everything was back to zero, I then had my character have sex a few times and it kept track fine, but when I tried to reset the stats, same issue, they just refuse to reset.

 

It isn't a game breaking issue or anything but hopefully it'll be fixed in the next update, or maybe there's a way to reset the diary via a console command?

I can also report the CTD problem with the TFC mode enabled.  If I try to save after a sex act using the SexLab TFC mode, I crash.  If I turn it off, I can manually turn TFC on and off, and I do not crash.  I liked the automatic TFC, but not a huge deal as I was already used to manually doing TFC in older versions.

Hey can someone tell me what to do when the female mouth  is jittering like a creepy lil'ass doll when its animating? o Pretty please!!?! Specifically when the female is moaning, yes that sounded awkward as lemon juice balls but yeah, kinda desperate here. I have tried disabling any related animated facial expressions that might have affect the sexlab expressions but to no avail..

It's not a bug. It is the limitations of tfc and the engine. Try to equip a weapon and ready it while tfc and it won't work. Read a couple post above it explains the reason why.

Has anyone put together a 4/5 person animation yet? In theory Random Sex should be able to pick up the animation and make use of it, but I'd love to confirm. Very difficult to get a falmer or draugr gangbang going as both are hostile to the player and any followers.

 

Just a nice to have. I realize there's some effort involved in putting the animations together.

Depends on the race, "child - like" races are going to be excluded.  You can talk to them until you are blue in the face, your not going to have sex with them using the Sexlab Framework.

Suggestion: maybe remove TFC toggle, ive always been able to use normal TFC pretty well, and i don't understand the reason for that toggle to be here, maybe something to do with the camera speed..
