Skyrim SexLab - Sex Animation Framework v1.62 - UPDATED Jun 3rd 2016

After installing the latest version i started to get the save game CTD. It's not a big deal tho i have TFC binded to mouse button so i can always manually click TFC off before the animation ends.

As much as I love matchmaker mod, by the time I found it "buggy" and I had to uninstall it. Since I'm have been missing that mod, there is one that came up in meantime, "Puppet master". It does the same thing as matchmaker mod. You shouldn't go back to Sl.1.24 since SL 1.35 is great mod that fixed many bugs.

 

Ashal - I'm not spitting on your matchmaker mod. Just expressing my desire to see it working again.

I you're loading a saved game with the old framework it does crash sometimes before it completely loads up.

 

Here's what I found that works to get old saves running that keep crashing.

 

Don't load old saves while already running the current framework (I mean inside the running game. I hope I make this clear). It will just crash.

 

From a cold start,

 

Find a save that will load previous to the install of the new framework and load that one then load the save you want after it updates. Let it update the framework and then save it again. I have not lost a old save yet.

I don't know why, but the wolves don't seem to want to have sex with my character. I try everything I could, from updating version of all my mods, to reinstalling them on the manage and in game but nothing, it works for draugr, but not wolves. ( I haven't tried with other creature atm).

 

I'm going out on a limb here, but many versions ago there was the issue with dogs and wolves having issues with animating. Most people preferred dogs, so the wolves were set to not animate. The only issue I can imagine is that you have those old files from that bygone era resident.

 

I'd look in your Skyrim -> Data -> Meshes -> actors -> canine -> animations folder, and also your  Skyrim -> Data -> Meshes -> actors -> canine -> behaviors wolf.

 

If those files are not current (and you'd know when the last time you updated, I'd hope) that's probably a good start. If you have a file named "wolfbehaviorFNISXXXX.hkx" try renaming it (I just put OLD in caps at the front of it) and then rerun FNIS.

 

 

Incidentally, 1.35 fixed every problem I had with animations on my characters.

It's been mentioned before on this thread both by others and myself. Changing the settings on how often NPCs use beds doesn't change anything.

 

I'm guessing that you have Sexlab Aroused which causes NPCs to masturbate upon waking if their arousal is high enough?

 

 

There's no settings in Aroused to change animations frustratingly and so it's only through the Framework that things can change, however the current version is the last for the future now so it might not be fixed for a while.

Thank you for this amazing animation framework.

 

All versions (1.33,1.34 and 1.35) that have the TFC toggle interfere  with my game's sneak mode, no matter if the setting is checked or unchecked in Sexlab. I have to use the console and TFC to make my character move when sneaking. I use the "Number Pad 3" to toggle sneak, I don't know if this makes a difference or not (I have assigned all of NUMPAD keys to  control Skyrim).

 

I did a search of this forum and could not find anyone else that has reported this problem, but if you or anyone else has a fix other than using Bethesda's original key settings, please let me know.

 

NUM3 is the toggle for the TFC camera, so yeah...that'd be your problem. Bind sneak to something else.

"Just after upgraded SL from 1.32 to 1.34, my MatchMaker stopped to work. (Luckily no CTD).

I solved reinstalling MatchMaker simply overwriting the files and now it works again.

Yours could be a similar problem with a similar solution."

 

Ashal also said that this mod has nothing to do with broken animations but SL or Skyrim game.

 

Well, regarding ND's answer I only can say that it didn't work in my case. But as ashal said about SL, and 'm adding: I didn't have the problem with that mod in Sl version before 1.24. All went "down the hill" when installed versions after 1.20. have been trying new fresh starts, reinstalling the game, nothing helps. So, since I love that mod a lot, I had to move it out because I became frustrated for not working well.

Its the camera automatically ending, not matchmaker, as i said in my last post.  For anyone else with this problem, u can stop it from crashing by starting sex again and toggling free cam on then off again b4 the scene ends.  Then u can save/travel without crashing.

Is there anyway to get rid of that Invisible/Super small Bug that was in 1.30 or 1.31? 1.32b was suppose to fix it, NOT.

 

Update to 1.35 it was fixed but you haven't been paying attention or you wouldn't be talking about several versions ago.

 

Unfortunately, I am using 1.35 .

I guess Mom was right, too much Sex will make you go Blind. So much for safe SEX in Skyrim

Sorry, I forgot to answer on your (resolved) issue. I'm glad that it works for your, ND and some others, but in my case, camera or no camera, issues are there, so all of this "battling" around the source or the cause of the issues is relative. Some mods working great in someone's game, but the very same doesn't, although tweaking might be the same.  But tips like yours and others about this matter are very helpful and appreciated.

I doesn't fix anyone who was minimized before the update to 1.35 but I haven't seen the problem since I installed 1.33 and my player and followers are always screwing the losers in battle (and are very rarely losers themselves) so it certainly looks fixed to me.

This happened to me too using 1.34. Haven't tested it on 1.35 yet.

 

 

Just updated my sexlab to 1.35 and disabled auto tfc and everything works great now.

There's nothing wrong with my save files. What i mean is that the game crashes after the sex as soon as it's auto saving or when i'm quick saving.

I doubt anyone is paying attention here but I am going to explain it once more so listen up people!

I been programming for 32 years and tracing bugs is one of my specialties.

 

If you're using TFC you are asking for BIG problems when scripts are trying to access your character. TFC is a nightmare because in TFC the reference to player is null. It causes many problems when reference to player is null. It is not SexLab that is the problem either it is ANY script that is trying to access your avatar while in free camera!

 

Now to see this for yourself do the following.

 

Disable ALL mods except Skyrim and update (you can even disable update if you want but I want you to see that update did not fix this bug). Run TESV and not SKSE then Load a save game. Do TFC from console and save the game then load that save. You will see that the avatar is nowhere to be found and since you're in free camera look all over the area.

 

Now exit the game to desktop and restart the game and load the new save you just made. Your character is where? At 0,0,0 because you are in TFC when you saved the game and your character is NULL it does not exist! Since no scripts are running you will not CDT.

 

Now open console and tfc. Your character will appear in the correct location and the camera will snap to the character and everything works!

 

Now go back and enable all mods except any reference to SexLab. Run it with SKSE and load the same saved game you originally loaded when running TESV. Open console and TFC and save it and try to reload it. If ANY scripts are running it will CDT. Now exit the game completely. Restart but this time open the console BEFORE loading the game and type TFC. Again load the original save as in the previous runs. Then try to do combat (press R) then mouse buttons. NOTHING WORKS!

 

This explains it to the nth degree as to what happens when you tfc while scripts are accessing your character and it will prove that SexLab is NOT the problem. It is the script engine itself trying to reference a null device and is the reason I made a mod to fix this problem.

 

I made a mod to fix that because I drove me batty until I traced the tfc problems into the scripting engine itself. By toggling The player camera you no longer have a null reference which makes things work without crashing the game.

 

For Christ sakes at least take the damn code and put it in the framework so people will stop having this problem!

Short question, again:

 

Is it normal that if you use schlongs of any form that most animations are a little off ? (I don't mean size) I would say 90% of the animations either the angel of the prick is off by a big amount or the longitudinal position is off by about 5-20cm. Sure you can fix it to a degree by using the offset keys but quite a number of scenes aren't really "align-able".

 

I've been playing around a bit with the latest SoS and the page up/page down keys help immensely with alignments. They don't always register when pressed but do so often enough to work.

 

 

How do you get that function to work? Whenever I hit the page up or page down, nothing happens.

So I managed to get to the bottom of my CTD problem with Random Sex - it wasn't an issue with SexLab, it's actually an issue with the ReferenceAlias forceRefTo() function. I've been testing it all day and haven't seen a single CTD since I switched some code around.

 

One thing I noticed though is that SexLab does need some better onUnload() and onDeath() / OnDying() event handling. Unload errors tend to spam the logs with errors for a bit, although it doesn't appear to be harmful. If a participant dies though it does lead to some interesting effects. In both my screenshots a wolf was attacked and killed by an (uninvolved) NPC while having happy fun time. In both cases, the wolf appeared to be "breathing" while hanging in the air.

I must say that the only issues I noticed now with this 1.35 Is :

 

-Weird over opened mouth on orals,chin looks displaced,  creepy xD...

 

- if theres an animation with oral, and then it changes position to next scene not involving oral, the mouth will keep opened all along until the end.

 

-still player doesn't react to moaning or talking during sex act, the mouth keeps closed all the time or open during oral.

 

- crash on save CDT.

 

The things fixed for me:

 

-Undresing works fine now

 

-Defeat works fine now

 

-SOS erection works fine as I can see, i didn't tried all the animations

There is an issue with CTD on any save with latest framework. I was getting this with an entirely fresh reinstall of the mod and with a new game started. Free camera on or off made no difference!
