Whenever I let a guard arrest me, he just stands there and doesn't do anything. If there are more than just one guard, they begin to attack me again. I have no idea as to what is causing this x.x! Go through the troubleshooting section. Previously these kinds of bugs were caused by one of the steps in there.

Whenever the jailer leads me to the pillories, the one im supposed to b locked on dissapears. My character just freezes in idle position then. But everything else works. Theres just no animation when the towns people come to do stuff. I have ZaZ pack installed. Could you look in the log for errors with scripts called xpo something? Iirc I tried V018 both on a clean save and on a V017 save. Also you could try to manually see if quests are started as they should: "sqv xpoAnimation" and "sqv xpoMain". If they are running, one of the last lines says so. In either case, you could try to restart them (make sure you do this before getting arrested), "stopquest xpoMain", "startquest xpoMain", and ofc the same for xpoAnimation. The things I can think of from the top of my head. Oh, and before we jump to conclusions, you have seen other animations requiring FNIS work correctly, right? SexLab, Zaz animations in general and so on? Quick test of this is trying to play an animation with the console: "player.playidle zazapcao001". If it outputs "IsChild >> 0" (or similar), and the animation plays, then it's working. Estrus and SD work fine. The zaz command runs the animation but theres no output? its just blank after and puts me in a cage. I tried those commands before getting arrested, same thing. The pillory literally dissapears only as the jailer puts me into it, my character becomes frozen idle where the pillory should be. Whipping animation works but none of the others dont Could it be an old version of Zap? Go into MCM and check the Zap version. Version reported there must be at least 5.10. Make sure that you have not downloaded anything from Zap except for the archive. In particular, you should never download the loose .esm file. Thanks for the replies, it said i had version 5.1 installed. I think the one i had was broken / corrupt. Redownloading it fixed the problem. Weird because SD worked. Thanks though, i appreciate the help and the work.

The animation starts as soon as the save is loaded. This is from a save that was upgraded from 1.7.

Luckily, I did not have this problem on a clean save and a save upgraded from 1.7 which did not have SD before.

This resulted in some scenes not progressing properly. * Wait no longer causes bugs when pathing between cell and pillories. * Guards and jailer now protect the prisoner. * Internal changes to startup and upgrade system. * Mod restart button added to MCM. * Added "disable all" option to pillory configuration menu.

tacomarine Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 so i skimmed the last few pages and i can't seem to find an answer to this. i have the thing loaded correctly, and I've actually tested it on a new char with only this and it's requirements. it won't kick in. at all. the stocks and pillories are there but when i select 'take me to jail' i get teleported into the jail and it just goes like vanilla. i've even tried differant versions. I'm at an end right now, i don't know what else to try edit: tested in whiterun, solitude, and riften with the same result. edit2: i have the latest ZAP and fus installed. even redownloaded them but no dice.

Iirc, it was either a load order issue or something was out of date like SKSE.

As someone else said (another frostfall user) the fires are not close enough. I've havent checked other cities but it happens in Solitude.It's a minor issue and there are more important think to do. (What about using the cross in the Windhelm doungeons?)May I suggest maybe making the pillories a heat source. SD does the same with the slave outfit

Attempting to trouble shoot this...Something which I noticed, when I run FNIS I do not see xpo show up - I think (key word here *THINK*) that xpo use to show up when I ran this..should xpo have an entry display when you update FNIS? (Or is that just ZAZ)

Have you noticed this somewhere else? Is it just Frostfall? I'm thinking it's time to install the mod and just try out where I can stand without freezing.

I have seen this before If you're using SkyUI 4.0, there's a slight delay until the menu shows up. It's probably similar in 3.4 (or whatever version it was upgraded from). I don't use any 4.0 features, but I only test on 4.0, so I guess PO may silently break backward compatibility.

shinji72 Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 The same happened to me a few days ago with sexlab submit and sexlab defeated (oh guys, You're turning me into a maniac) It was not in the mcm at the begining. I freaked out because It never happened to me. Then everything went back to normal after a while. I had just upgraded to SKyui 4. Until now I've tried only Solitude and windhelm. Ill make you know as soon as I get to other places. And anyway yes, its' just a problem of frostfall compatibility. Note that I use the default setting for frostfall... to survive I need not to disamble the mod. Just lowering the "freezing rate" a bit was enought to endure the day.
Freeweasel Posted June 19, 2013 Posted June 19, 2013 Thank for thinking about the Frostfall Mod users. After spending a day in the stocks in solitude I have to tell you that the fire is too far away. It was a nice temperate day but between getting darker and being released I would have frozen to death.
