In SLS making escort need 0 will disable that feature, but if the code is already running you need to move to an interior cell and execute wait (Do not remember the length of time, maybe 3hr). Scripts need to refresh to apply new settings, if done while NPC is present and nagging it will delay or glitch. Better to set the MCM then export config, create a save and reload. 

I think that the valid escorts need to be detected and listed, there is a scan button somewhere in the MCM for that. 

 

 

didn't know devious followers had that, but i don't use that anyway. i am aware that SLS has a scan for follower, but didn't work for me at the time when trying AE over SE.
still after modding on and off for a couple months, i got tired of issues that seemed to come from updating to AE so i downgraded and the issues went away. (so far as i can tell)

Is there a specific trigger or requirements to get _SLS_GuardWarmMilkPunishQuest to trigger? It seems super mega rare. Does it needs Milk Addict to be detected? I didn't think it did but I've been testing for an hour or so now and I can't get it to trigger without MA enabled but maybe I'm just unlucky.

 

I took a peek into the scripts to try to see if I could figure out this question myself and I also noticed there is a milk pump Simply Knock event. Does this still work? I can't get it to trigger at the moment either.

 

Lastly, if there aren't any requirements and they are just super low probability events, is there somewhere in the scripts I could edit to boost them to be more common? I'm really struggling to find any mods that have any recurring forced milking pump events. Between this and Corruption combined I think I've had less than 5 of them occur naturally in over 500 hours of gameplay and half the time I can't even get them to occur with savescumming.

i have the beta file, but when i load the game, it tells me that papyrus is out of date, even though i have the latest papyrus 4.6

 

anybody know wher i can start troubleshooting?

Some legacy mods included by "mistake" very old PapyrusUtils files and if they win the file deployment conflict will corrupt PapyrusUtils 4.x.  Campfire and Simply knock are the most used with the issue. 

 

Make sure PapyrusUtils 4.6 wins all conflicts, I think in mod organizer is indicated by Lightning Bolt with Green Plus (+). I think you need to move it to the bottom of the queue to make sure it files overwrite everything else. 

 

In Vortex, is the dependency column with a lighting bolt green and when clicked all listed mods have PapyrusUtils "AFTER" them selected.  

 

Latest version of SLS found here with some important mod features info, please take a look too

For some reason, the elbowbinders from Unforgiving Devices are apparently counted as armor? Enforcers will try to confiscate it, "remove" it, but it gets put back immediately (making it a "freshly put on" piece, even if struggling had already lowered it's tightness/durability), and since I'm still wearing it, they'l pull me right back into the "hold it there" conversation, getting me completely stuck in that loop...

What version of SLS are you using? The last official version was SLS 0.685.

I am having an issue where the guard enforcers dialogues are broken. They will start giving chase when you're near to them as usual, but when they're supposed to force great you, the regular dialogue menu appears instead, with two or three extra options that are just "...". Some of them plays one of the chase barks, like "she's getting away", but one of them outright crashes my game. The crash log mentions "XAudio2_7.dll+002CD25". If I exit dialogue, they'll just initiate it again, and will chase me to the end of the world to do so. I saw someone else here who thought this was due to a conflict with a mod I don't have, so I don't know. Because of this I usually just disable guard enforcers since the regular enforcers don't have this issue, but that makes sneaking around the major cities a little too easy imo.

 

Has anyone found a solution for this?

This guard dialogue “…” and CTD happens to me when the first guard to inspect me is inside city walls.
 

My workaround for this problem is to ensure that I get stopped and collared by a guard before entering a walled city.

Unfortunately, it happens after being equiped with a cursed device too. They'll just run up to me and initiate dialogue, but won't say anything. It doesn't crash if I don't select the "..." option, but whenever i exit dialogue, they instantly start it again, and will chase me forever to start dialogue. It only seems to happen if i don't have a liscense for something i'm carrying. They work fine if there is something to confiscate. But if have all the liscenses then this happens.
