Here is a little idea that might not be to hard to make for someone with experience: 

 

The rope armbinder really amazes me on how it looks and behaves. The bound combat that comes with it now is great too. But playing a mage makes it hard to implement this device. So here is some ideas: 

 

1. A loose file just like the rope armbinder but then it will automaticly unequip ( and unlock ) after the players healthbar reaches set value. Like 80%. Which then enables the mage to cast spells with the hands again. ( Maybe it requips after recovering above 80% health, or not idk) ( i have tried to mimic this but quickkey bind it but that ends up with a prompt window or perma locking me in the armbind) 

 

2. A spell, Out of magicka? Cast it and become armbinded, forced to use kicks for a while. But bennefit from increased Magicka regeneration. Maybe add the struggle animation ( but shorter?) at the start, making sure the player has some extra disadvantage. Then after some time it automaticly unlocks and unequips and the magicka is regenerated again. Im sure you can think of a fitting name to this spell, like Devious Contract, or something. 

 

3. A combination, same as number 2 but it only unlocks the devious armbind after damage has been taken. 

 

This could work for stamina or health too, if it can be balanced. 

I myself got breathing soundfiles to trigger at health% and combat conditions, so only the devious devices part i dont know how. I'm sure its manageable.

You can install DD 5.1 only over DD5.0. If upgrading from DD4.x, you NEED a new savegame.

tried searching through all of this topic but only found one reference to it but no solution. When I equip the small hand gloves the glove shows fine but the wrist is invisible. What should I check for?

Is that the catsuit gloves but without a catsuit equipped? If so, afaik there will be a gap, it's kinda designed to be worn together with the catsuit. You may try wearing the long version of the gloves if you don't want to wear a catsuit, but want the gloves.

Ok I know that the last time I installed Devious Devices I was having problems with the Beast Races and For Him occasionally playing silly buggers with the other devices. I have just noticed that Beast Races is supposed to come AFTER for him in my load order and LOOT won’t do it automatically. Does this mean it should theoretically stabilise things? Also I’m noticing that some of the devices, ankle chains, posture collars, and the smaller vibrators below “greater” don’t activate or function when equipped. Like it shows up in my menu as equipped, will occasionally show up on my character model, but none of the actual functionality happens and I can just unequip it again like any standard item. I’m attempting a fresh install but does anybody have any idea what might be happening?

I've been trying for a day to make the mod load the games and not stay in an eternal load, I could make it work by downloading fix from ctd, the query I have now is that the .esm appear in the plugin list with load order "?"
Is it something that I have to worry about? It can be fixed? The truth is, I don't want to have to touch the mod much more, since it cost me not to crash the game

PD: I just installed zaz to be able to put another mod, and it returned as at the beginning, although unnistal the mods that I just put, I still have an infinite load of the saved games, now the plugins also have the loading order
What information do you need to happen to you? Can you download the order list or do I have to write it by hand?

I don't know about Vortex, it looks alien for someone used to MO2. I can see the esm's are in wrong order though.

Should be from first to last:

Assets, Integration, Expansion, Contraptions, ... other DD

Doesn't Vortex really not fix that for you or say it's wrong? Try installing and running LOOT as it should probably, without needing to touch load order manually. It should correct other wrong orders you may have from all your mods if there are any. You just need to find a LOOT guide for Vortex first.

So I investigated, vortex has implemented loot, supposedly, I still used loot to see if there was a difference, and I still had the same problem ... I checked the plugin list and I saw that SexLab Aroused Redux was loaded after Assets, indicate in vortex that Assets has to go after Aroused, and now it seems to load fine

You didn't show the whole load order at the beginning. Aroused redux must be after SexLab but still before DD-integration. This is my working setup:

As you can see the SexLab.esm is in Enabled Masters list. I don't know how Vortex tells you that, if it's as smart.

Why the order is like that? Any mod that requires other mod must come after it, else there will be errors ingame.

1. SLA requires SL

2. DDA requires SL

3. DDI requires SLA and DDA

4. DDX requires DDA and DDI

5. DDC requires DDI

Then for example ZAP and SOS have no requirements, they could be before or after those all.

 

LOOT is not just for checking, it can make changes. You always need to click on "Sort plugins":

You can try that, set for example SexLab after SLAroused and run LOOT. It should correct them back about the way they were before, at least it does for me. Order of SLA and DDA doesn't matter.

Como puede ver, SexLab.esm está en la lista de Maestros habilitados. No sé cómo te lo dice Vortex, si es tan inteligente.

¿Por qué el orden es así? Cualquier mod que requiera otro mod debe ir después , de lo contrario habrá errores en el juego.

3. DDI requiere SLA y DDA

4. DDX requiere DDA y DDI

5. DDC requiere DDI

Entonces, por ejemplo, ZAP y SOS no tienen requisitos, podrían estar antes o después de todos esos.

 

LOOT no es solo para verificar, puede hacer cambios. Siempre debe hacer clic en "Ordenar complementos":

Puede intentarlo, establezca por ejemplo SexLab después de SLAroused y ejecute LOOT. Debería corregirlos de la forma en que eran antes, al menos lo hace para mí. El orden de SLA y DDA no importa.

 

If I realized late, now I have to review better, the strange thing is that both vortex and loot put assets before SLA, thanks for the help

For SE? No. It is what it is, there hasn't be much if any further development on that front. I've got some minor improvements to some of the XMLs, but that's just slapping bandaids on it. SMP just does not work the way PE did and there's very little we can do on this side to overcome it.

that is a shame i might have to see about going back to modding LE then

Hi, from the source code in zadBaseEvent.psc:

 

; The following mod-events are now used:

Is it OK to use DeviousEventLinked for a custom type of vibrating plug? I have a plug whose probability depends on how many spells the player has casted (using a charge system). But the code suggests internal use only so I am wondering what are the drawbacks.

hiya.... i don't know if this was answered or not... i couldn't find it... i downloaded lauras bondage shop and all that was required but there are still a lot of the bondage equipment invisible when on me or someone else... how can i fix it so everything shows up when worn?

I been having this problem for a while, and was wondering if anyone had a solution:
Using CBBE HDT body
Whenever I enable the DD option to manage breast nodes, one of my breasts will always end up vibrating wildly, with no stop.  Is there just some HDT setting I need to tweak?

That happens to me too.  Whenever I remove a chastity bra my boobs go crazy, so I save and quit and restart the game and they are fine.  I'd love to know how to fix HDT from doing that, but at least its work-around-able.
