Your support is much appreciated.

 

Bilyy's new SLAL pack has a number of animations designed with DD in mind I believe and I'd like those to work with DD items.

 

Now, that said, is it possible to forgo "use bound animations" but have sexlab utilize "armbinder", "bound", "DeviousDevice" tags when characters are wearing DD items? Judging by the way the system is reacting I don't believe sexlab does that right now. Or perhaps this is a question for the sexlab team.

 

As for the belt issue.. I wouldn't say my current save is the most stable out there.

Billyy's animation pack has furniture animations for pillories and Xcrosses that I see working well with contraptions, considering how his animations for bound sex are already included. Instead of being another variation, they even could supersede the quite janky pillory animations from ZAP.

As falranger stated there are quite a few new bound animations from Billyy that could be used in the framework that aren't already in. I did check these animations to determine if they could work in DD mainly to see if the arms would be in the correct positions depending on what arm restraint is being worn.

 

There are 9 new Yoke animations (4 vaginal, 2 oral and 3 anal) that could be used.

 

6 new Armbinder animations (3 vaginal and 3 oral).

 

And there are a number of animations for cuffs but only a few would be usable for "front cuff" (including prisoner chains) animations. That leaves 6 new animations for front cuffs and prisoner chains (2 vaginal, 1 oral, 1 handjob and 2 anal). All the other animations have the arms cuffed behind the back.

 

I do have a list of the animation with their names and ID's taken from the .json file:

Just a quick check, do you have any of these folder names in your Skyrim\data\ ?

 Because if you do, then you installed everything wrong! Each of those folders are to be treated as \data\ and you only need to install some of them. If you use FOMOD installer then you don't need to know any of this, but i'm just telling if you want to extract it manually. You need:

- Core

- CBBE or UUNP but not both

Rest is optional and not needed, i recommend the Bunnyhop animations for hobble dresses.

I have a question about DD5.1 animation filters working with mods that trigger rape. I have a problem with Sexlab Adventures proximity rape function. When I'm wearing armbinder, yoke or some other heavy device that should use bound animation from DD the sex scene is just skipped in most cases and sometimes (very rarely) Zaz animation is being chosen. In animation settings page of DD I have turned off "using bound animations" which should just unequip bondage items and proceed like a normal sexlab scene. In Zaz animation settings "override if needed" is turned off too. Is the problem on the side of how Sexlab Adventures? Maybe it's using it's own filters that overrides DD's animation settings? I have asked this question in the mod's topic but was redirected to DD's support topic. I would be glad if someone could guide me in the right direction to solve this filter issue.

 

PS For example rape function in DCL is working fine but DCL is clearly using it's own filter because DCL triggered rape doesn't unequip bondage items despite the "use bound animations" being turned off in DD settings.

I see. Well, if I had permission to add the newer ones, I would of course do so. DD isn't exactly suffering from too many bound sex animations...

Through the recent dialogue, I found a fact.

The original intention of its release has not been realized at all.

For animators, it's just a few buttons to change the existing animation project file into a posture suitable for DD equipment.

There are not many people who express their desire.

It seems that people's views on the content of DD are ascetic ?

It's a bit of a shame it was never used much. People still *could* too.
But I suppose the environment surrounding SL, and maybe that DD couldn't make use of bound animations unless they are directly integrated in it just wasn't profitable enough for most animators to bother with it when they can just keep making regular sex animations on a monthly basis as they have been.

Or maybe there just hasn't been enough interest for those bound animations in general from people willing to give it a shot. I dunno.

Hi, Kimy! Attaching the papyrus log file.

This log is covering about 3 minutes. My character was naked and bound with steel yoke. Sexlab Adventures proximity rape function has fired 3 times. 2 times there was a successful Zaz animation and the 3rd time the sex scene was skipped, like I told before. No DD animation was trying to play and no alternative animations could be seen via Sexlab Tools.

"Use bound animatoins" in DD was turned off as well as "override if needed" in Zaz settings.

Is Kimy aware that the Wall Shackles cause Actors to clip into the Wall?

Thats currently kinda ruining my NPC pathing and I dont have space to place anything else there instead of it :^) Also it glitches out the camera if youre in first person which is somewhat annoying *shrugz

Granted, the Camera angle might be something a few find preferable but Im not into looking into my own neck when looking up ?

It would help also telling details how to reproduce this bug. What location is that and how is the wall shackle placed on it? Is it from a furniture kit, CK or script maybe? There always was a test area for Contraptions and we never saw clipping like that.

(Also not to confuse with ZAP furnitures?)

There isnt exactly a reproduction step. I just placed them there (inside the CK), used them and the camera clipped into the wall while shackled (as in Screen 2) & on release NPC & player woudl spawn behind them (as in Screen 1). Happened on all 3 instances of the shackles

 

The Location is a custom building for a mod Im currently working on, the shackles are hand placed in the editor and no, its definetly a zadc furniture

This here is the location from the 2nd screen (Its easier to see things light on)

 

 

Its very hard to see from the screens, but on the 1st screen if you look closely its possible to see those 3 lines outlining the activator to interact with the device, that one is clipped in the wall. Might that be the cause? Not sure what youre using as reference to get an Actor out of the furniture

(I cant exactly move the furniture away from the wall though, there intended to be placed on a wall.. right?)

I've been having issues with Bodyslide working for days, so I decided to run it as stripped-down as possible with just the prereqs to see what it could be, and it's still not working.  Bodyslide refuses to apply to my character (seems to work fine on NPCs).  My load order is as follows:

My sincere apologies if I discouraged anyone's NMM installations of DD5 (5.1)... I have just tried reinstalling 5.1 and this time everything seems to have worked.  I was thinking that I would populate the Bodyslide files by hand... but no need... they appear to be all there after this attempt.  Play on!

If you have MO2 and you have set output mod for Bodyslide, make sure that output mod is at the last of the install order (left side list). Order of that list also definitely matters, as seen in the lightning icons.

I tried MO2 and it was even more borked than Vortex, so I went back to Vortex.  At the moment, I only have a couple of large bugs.  Bodyslide not working (which could just be because I'm a modding noob and don't even know what an "output mod" is).  The second being that the majority of the Cursed Loot items are invisible on my character.

There is a lot of rubber inventory in the modification. There should be a rubber sound when walking and trying to free yourself. This will increase the enjoyment of this work. Can it be done, or is it very difficult?

Got it sorted. Fixed all those invisible pieces of gear.  Nowhere in any of the tutorials for Bodyslide (that I saw) did it mention copying the CBBE folders out of the mod folders into the Bodyslide folder before building assets.

Such thing was never needed. If you let your mod manager install DD, you can directly go and run Bodyslide. It should be that simple, and if not then you are doing something wrong. I saw you mentioned using Vortex, so you should look into how to launch Bodyslide with Vortex.

One thing I've run across over the years is that some mods spelled the folder, "Body Slide" instead of "BodySlide".  So naturally, the sliders and other files were not found.

I am having a problem with Devious Devices and I have already ran bodyslide & FNIS.
