I believe it just means she has a voice. All possible voices were done, not based on whether the creator thought they were good (bad?) followers. The benefit to that is that as most npc comments are voiced whether they can be a follower or not: Merchants, reactions, etc.

Can Someone help me I have reached the slavery part and I am naked and chained my wrists are clamped I check my inventory all my legendary gear I made is missing I cant put anything on and if I walk into the dungeon ill get 1 shotted and killed how do I get out of this situation I thought when you enter caves and dungeons you can continue as normal and return to your slavery when finished I am at a loss??? any help would be greatly appreciated love the mod!!

I suddenly lost all the DFC options after I got the gold control. All i have is the Submissive lola options.

it was all working fine until this point, the deals are all there etc and working but I can’t pay myself out of them nor ask for extra. Did I miss something in the description?

Im having issues with the deals.
When some mods apply deals on me automatically (for example simple slavery) then they do not get counted towards the deal count.

I have the deals active, but I cannot see the deal menus to buy them off. If I accept a new deal I can then buy myself out of any one deal and then I am again in a situation where I cant pay the rest of the deals off.

It appears as if the list of active deals is separate from a deal counter that is tied to the dialog and they get out of sync.

 

Is this intended?

Can anyone suggest a good looking male SOS heavy armor for a dominant devious follower? My current Redguard not-yet-Dragonborn (LAL start and I was avoiding visiting Helgen like a plague) is running along with Ahtar and every day he is more and more wearing her down, so it's a matter of time before she falls totally under his dominance. Once that happens I want to equip him with a gear that would make him look consistent with his original profession. Or at least something vaguely in line.

 

His OG vanilla armor is okay-ish but it's actually clothing and I do want him to have some survivability once he fully takes over since he has more skill in Heavy Armors. Failing that, a decent looking light armor would be okay I guess. I have gazillion female apparels in my load order but the only thing that I have for males are Immersive Armors and some stuff from Divine Elegance and none of it looks the part AND is a heavy armor. I am aware of male TAWOBA but I don't want to download a whole package only to use one set and only for one profile. Plus bikini armor on men is not my cup of tea. No HIMBO-exclusives as well please.

I guess my only issue with the new License "help" is having all of the licenses come due at once, especially when the the system is initially activated and the annoying waiting period ends. My Follower got angry because of the sudden spike in debt.  Probably best to add them one at a time or something, or have her insist on a deal or two rather than the normal theft option.  I lost a lot of good stuff that I planned to sell to pay off debt.

 

I've got most of the options turned way down so right now I'm expecting her resistance to eventually wear down through boredom or games, rather than the usual way with debt.  I turned the daily cost way down too because Lydia shouldn't need much and I wanted to see if things would still devolve with the other mechanic.

Hey, I love this mod. It is part of my core group of mods that keep me coming back to Skyrim. I have one request, that I have really wanted for a long time and should be doable. Can you add a second option to HARDCORE MODE? I love the idea of not being able to MCM my way out of problems presented by a demanding follower, but I don't want the MCM permanently locked. Often I find that there are settings that I want to tweak or adjust. The current hardcore mode just isn't usable for that reason, even though I really want to use it. 

 

Can you offer a setting that locks the MCM menu while you have a devious follower, but becomes available again once you have dismissed them? Quite a few mods do this, like DCL and Devious Equip. This would allow some adjustments to be made between followers, but lock you in once you accept one, until you can find a way to release yourself from their clutches. 

 

This one thing would really make this mod shine. By the way, I love the things that you have been doing with the mod. Nice improvements and integration with other mods. 

 

One other thing in relation to Simple Slavery or enslavement in general. Is it possible to have DF put deals and debt on HOLD when enslaved, rather than cancelling it altogether? So, once you extract yourself from whatever enslavement you have to deal with your follower shows back up demanding to be paid, maybe even with interest, and implements the deals again, maybe with a time extension for ducking out for a while.

Hello,

 

Got a bit of a problem with my angry follower.  Somehow she got locked in heavy restraints. I have Devious Lore installed but my skeleton keys won't work on her restraints.  I tried going into town and asking a guard for help but they only seem to help if I am the one restrained.  I checked the debug menu but it only has options for relieving my character not the follower of restraints. 

Because I accidentally duped the shackles I'm pretty sure they are heavy restraints.  I pressed shift to enter the equip menu hoping maybe equipping it on my character would remove it from my follower, but all it did was create a copy on my character.  Then I could go to a guard and ask them for help but otherwise my skeleton keys don't work.  So I reloaded a save since I didn't want to walk from Darkwater Crossing to the nearest hold.

How do I remove these restraints from my follower?  Do I have to use console commands, and will console commands break the DD scripts?  Thank you.

There's actually an option in the MCM to disable the whore sign. If I remember correctly the CTD is related to HDT (the chain physics).

Three things:

 

1) I am a fan of Simple Slavery++ clearing out the devious follower rather than putting them on hold. So if @Lupine00 does end up implementing an "on hold" feature as requested upthread, please make it optional  EDIT:... but if you go into the Punishment section of the MCM, isn't that already implemented? I.e. it says "auto-pause on enslavement"?

 

2) I just had my devious follower say something like "you can't pay me until you've taken 6 more deals" which was both surprising and awesome. What I expected to happen was that when I tried to pay the follower they'd say "no" and only allow me to reduce debt by taking deals. However, I'm still able to pay debt normally. This is not intended to be a bug report, but rather a question about what I should expect to see after my follower

 

3) I had my follower put pony gear on my character. Also awesome. He told me to go to a stable, which I did, and then offered me pay him 1,500 or fuck a horse. I picked the second option, and he went looking for a horse. He then said he couldn't find one (in spite of walking by two horses that were right there), at which point he let me out (with comments implying my character did in fact fuck a horse). Any ideas why my devious follower was unable to see the horses right in front of him?

... and to answer my own question 3)... looks like I hadn't clicked "allow creature animations" in Sex Lab, which I expect could inhibit any DFC enabled horse-fucking.

That's funny, and kind of working exactly as intended TBH.

I thought debt spikes would be fine in most cases, but it could potentially lead to sudden enslavement or something else annoying.

I'm not entirely sure how best to deal with it, but as suggested, some kind of special case forced deal would probably be best.

If it's crashing your game, you likely have an install issue with your HDT PE, or DD.

As far as I know DD is installed correctly. As for HDT I'm using HDT-SMP, think I've got it correctly installed (could well be wrong on that account though, not sure how I'd go about to check it)

@Lupine00 - I'm having an issue where an accepted deal never closes. My follower asks for a deal, the follower proposes the vaginal piercing, character accepts the deal, and the follower says "This will be fun... and remember, a deal is a deal." But for some reason, the relevant item never makes it into my inventory and the MCM never reflects the new deal either.

 

I happened in an old (now abandoned) game where nipple piercings would not show up. In my current game, it's happening with the vaginal piercings.

 

I've attached a papyrus log where basically all I do is run around Whiterun asking for new deals. The vaginal piercing one is offered maybe four of five times (it looks to be "DF - AcceptPendingDeal - NewDeal 105, DealOffering 105" if I'm reading the Papyrus log correctly - at least that's the deal that seems to consistently be missing a bunch of debug spam that the other deals have).
