Don't fuck with Ivy...and by extension, Ivy's creator. Please? Just let Ivy be as Ivy is.

Ivy is exactly how most of us want her. And is exactly what her creator's vision of a follower embodies.

This is his work, and we want to see it come to fruition exactly the way Ivy's creator wants to see her done.

Many of us would appreciate that. Thank you for your understanding.

I have played with Ivy a lot and a have finished her quest, but I have never see "lapdance" or "make love" options there. Just erotic story etc. What am I doing wrong?

If you are asking about adult scenes and animations, Ivy is just a follower that uses the vanilla follower framework. Her specialty is in fact, her dialogue. She gives you quests and talks to you like no other follower can, but she's not meant to engage in actual adult scenes.

 

For that you would use something else like AAF. Since she's a normal follower in that sense, AAF should pick her up like any other NPC follower.

Kind of hated to put a like on that comment, but it was the only acknowledgement available. I do like your message and attitude in handling the situation, but at the same time  disgusted that it was needed.

I admit I would not have been so polite. If you don't like the mod, go somewhere where there is something you like. If you need to bitch and start drama, get the fuck off of LL and go to twitbook, facechat, or some other drama site and leave the mod authors alone. It's really not that difficult.

 

Too bad common decency has gone the route of common sense. Neither are very damn common anymore.....

Choose the 'flirt' option many times and another type of menu will open. That features the lap dance (if you can call it that :P ). The 'make love' option is just like vanilla style romance: The screen blacks out and you hear 'love making' noises. Afterwards you get a short perk with some advantages.

Ok, while I have not read all 74 pages of posts, I've read enough from page 1 to know that I want to give Ivy a try. Been thinking about starting a new game anyway, now that I've got the bugs (mostly) worked out with my current mod list (more clothes than I know what to do with, violate/seu/sex attributes/harrasment/DD, and Modern Firearms coming out my ass)

 

Had used Heather Casdin on an earlier playthrough on XBox, but Ivy sounds like a lot more fun.

 

Will go back and watch the tutorials/info vids, then off to the races.

Wait for a bit for a new (or don't. She's gorgeous already)

There is no follower experience in any game like Ivy. There just isn't' 

Ivy is the most advance NPC I've ever come across.

I didn't even own FO4 when I saw Ivy. I bought the game for this mod.

Maybe you noticed that on LL forums (and on Nexus) there isn't much going on. From my point of view, only Companion Ivy is actively developed (check Discord) in professional and passionate way. If you want pleasant and joyful experience from FO4, you should definitively install Companion Ivy. If you want generic follower just for humping, you have them on Nexus manufactured daily. And do yourself a favor and read Reginald_001 created a blog

Ok, so I'm now 7hrs into my playthrough with Ivy, and only just made it to Diamond City.

 

I love this mod.

 

Ivy is fucking amazing.

 

Dialog is incredible. I really can't wait to unlock all her features (just got Hypercombat installed) and see what else comes out of her mouth.

 

Vtaw may be a master of clothing, but you, sir, are a certified Genius with companion mods.
