There is an MCM option to make all potential followers non-devious. After that, go to the one you want, open that interface again and select him/her to be devious.

If that's too much hassle - your DF is always the first one which you recruit. so make sure to ask your custom follower first.

Yes, point the crosshair at the potential follower, go into the Devious Followers MCM General page, and you can toggle that NPC on or off as being Devious.

What @CaptainJ03 and @Herowynne said, but not all modded followers can be devious. If that's the case, then you should see a message to that affect in the mcm when you target them.

Hey Guys, 

i have the Problem that the Click me Dialog wont show up.

Everything else so far seems okey.

i have the mcm i have the "can i rely on you" option as dialog and follower saying "Lets git the .. dont try to cheat on me.."

But nothing else happens and after wating and sleeping for days Follower stil didnt collect anything?

Any ideas?

That problem is discussed on the previous page.  Although it's impractical to search an entire support topic, if a problem is common, the answer is often found on the last page or two.

I feel like I am braindead trying to figure out how to change the custom armors.

I chose 3 different armors with the same type of .nif setup with a _0 and _1.
I replaced the ones in the DFC with the new versions. Following the filepath.

I have the outfits built in BS.

I clicked the use custom whore armors button in the MCM, I used additem menu to get both versions just to be sure I wasnt equipping the wrong one.
I put on both versions of the armor, one has a stretched UNP mesh using the TAWOBA armor, and the other is comepletely blank, base body.

 

What am I doing wrong here? Am I just missing the Texture path? How do I change that?

If you're getting the stretched UNP mesh using the TAWOBA armour, it sounds like you haven't clicked the "use custom whore armor" in the DFC MCM. Maybe check that you did that?

So here's how I do it:

 

1. In bodyslide build the armour I want. Let's say I want G3B Monk Robes. I build them an note the output folder (in my case meshes\clothes\monk\g3bmonkrobes_f_0.nif (and ... _f_1.nif).
2. I go to that folder and copy the two .nif files.
3. Navigate to the whore armor folder for DFC. Let's say I want to replace the clothes, so I go to \meshes\armor\DFCCustWhoreArmor\Mage
4. In that folder I paste the two newly generated .nif files - g3bmonkrobes_f_0.nif (and ... _f_1.nif)
5. I delete (or rename the existing files (Mage_f_0.nif and Mage_f_1.nif).
6. I rename the two files I pasted there to Mage_f_0.nif and Mage_f_1.nif
7. I'm good to go. Loading into the game, the whore armor has been replaced by my preferred mesh.
8. Follow the same process for the Light and Heavy armors in their folders (and rename the meshes to light_f_0.nif and light_f_1.nif for the light armour, and heavy_f_0.nif and heavy_f_1.nif).

Thanks for the help. I did somewhat figure it out now.
The only part I remain confused about is which armors work and don't work? I have tried some that have an _0 and _1.nif but they dont show up correctly or at all. Other times I get the desired look but not the desired texture. Like for the light armor I used CoCo - Lace Lengerie but it just defaults to the blue one when there are 3 different colors. Is there a way to change that simply?

Cross posting here, or more visibility so I can maybe get an answer sooner. I am playing on SSE though.

 

Its been so long since I have used this mod but I do love it. I can't remember how to trigger most of the events that happen with follower boredom.

 

Only one I really remember is wearing restraints on your feet like pony boots and approaching a wilderness camp/dungeon your follower will trip you and make you wear pony gear.

I remember the one with the jarl and petsuit a bit but don't recall what actually triggers it, whether its a restraint you need to be wearing or just boredom and approaching a jarl.

The other one involves an inn somehow but I again I cant recall what you need to be wearing.

 

If you have any memories of what these or other events and their needs to be triggered I would greatly appreciate the help. Even a link to a list or pointing me in the right direction would be great.

The pony event triggers in dungeons, but they all begin on the surface, so that's confusing. Make sure to have creature sex enabled.

For the one with the inn you need to wear a blindfold in a dungeon.

For the Jarl you need to wear a collar. And I would imagine that wearing a chastity belt might either suppress the trigger or, more likely, crashes the scenes.

And for all three events: having low willpower helps triggering.

Unfortunately, that's it. This mod has been abandoned for three years now...

 

If you want more events-in-cities I recommend Submissive Lola, but I assume you know that mod already. Unrelated to this mod, and a different approach to slavery.

appreciate the help. I wish I liked submissive lola more, but I just dont care for the dialogue it has a completely different feel to it that I dont much care for. I guess its the fact that you can say no to everything if you want where as devious followers is more forced when you meet the conditions.

You are right about the feel, which is the reason why I prefer Lola. You could try punishing lashes - whipping really hurts, and you think twice about saying no.

I get this weird bug when it comes to milk mod. It happens when the milking debt activates. If I go near the milking station my character vanishes. And if there is a baby equipped if my character gets bumped into my character vanishes.

It would be nice to have a way to eat food when in a deal that has gag wearing. Like asking your follower to give you something, etc. Otherwise you pretty much have to turn off mods like Realistic Needs with a gag deal.

Don't use a ballgag and remove the plug from the panel harness gag. As long as you have no other mods that modify DDs, you are able to eat with a ring gag and a panel gag w/o the plug.

The effect doesn't have to be activated (it's a crafting debuff) and yes, it will prevent your from wearing other amulets in that slot.

I have picked Jenassa as a follower and been enslaved by her, but she constantly says 'you will regret this' and then instigates one of a small handful of sex scenes, even while in conversation, she interrupts and does this. I can't figure out where it comes from.

Can anyone help please?

She doesn't enslave you via this mod. The starting conversation is along the line of "are you ready to begin a beautiful partnership" (wording will differ, it's been a while since I've played this) and the topmost conversation topic will be 'click me' in square brackets, which gives you a popup, explaining the rules.

 

I don't remember her saying "you'll regret this" anytime throughout this mod. That's more likely a Bandit's line during a fight.

And although sex might be initiated through this mod, there's a deal and you have to offer sex to your DF.
