I have a mod installed called "Are you there" which can mark actors and teleport me to them etc and so far the only time he was at the bridge was when i teleported to the bridge via console. And only the first time. The rest of the time he's somewhere in the wilds. Also not sure.... should the dawnguard addon overwrite the mainfile or the other way around? Well, it looks like I got stuck in a loop. I've finished Harem and Sanguine, but there's nothing I can do about Thalmor.

The dialogues are not voiced in this mod. If you are talking about vanilla phrases, like commenting on PC or trade/follow/proposal to marry, then NPCs use vanilla voices and systems.

BTW, just for fun, I gathered a small army of followers and attacked Serpent just to see if we can take him down. He went down quite easy actually. Then I killed all the nasty characters (except Lars), but of course, that didn't change much. The quests are still there, waiting to be finished. I was hoping to get the keys for the cellar and the studio just to take a peek, but none of the nasties dropped any keys.

I think pchs gave permission to use assets to other modders already, or maybe virgin Marie looked at what he did and reproduced it. He's usually generous with permissions though, you might have luck asking him and use some of this without making it a requirement. Which i wouldn't mind either though. The option to use vanilla items can be turned off in an MCM so it doesn't do anything other than providing the assets if people don't want to.

The first event where he asks you to recall the history after using your butt gets stuck in an infinite loop where he comments you, the pc asks "sir?" and it repeats without any  other dialogue options or prompts,. i tried reloading to as we enter the building, to a previous save before you grab him at the whiterun gates, nothing fixes it. shame cause i was realyl interested in where it was going....

Completly rewrite Doppelganger. PC hears about her doppelganger and travels across the country meeting the consequences of its actions and trying to fix it. For example, the doppelganger summoned a lustful Daedra to help women who sent their husbands to war and that became a problem;
Summon horny creatures spells (Like in Dragonborn add-on);
Submissive Garona route (She will be a very angry slave);
Something to Tapasvee;
Another Fine Milf opened up interesting opportunities: For example, after losing the war, I can send Elisif to live in the Stormcloaks barracks and sleep in Ulfric's bed. Also sell Delphine to Artano in his new hidden slave storage room;

Not sure what you mean by rewrite the Doppelganger, i quite liked the general idea. That i didn't use her often was rather due to a lack of content than anything else. And even that... actually, rather because of lack of time irl. You've added so many awesome followers and i didn't even meet all of them yet. Still, i would prefer to expand her content rather than a rewrite.

Something i thought about and i think would fit this mod in genera, as own quests or part of existing ones:

- The random encounters where you meet a farmer (usually between Rorikstead and Whiterun) who brings a cow to the giants might change/you make something similar with a twist. 
When talking to him the farmer looks up and down on you and says something like "You have nice udders too..." Then either tricking you to come voluntarily or by giving you a drink to have you pass out he'll bring you to the giants camp and keep his cow.

- Become a breeder. Might be a small expansion for mating season in the dawnguard addon or something bigger and ongoing quest. Not enough trolls/other animals are born and you are chosen to fix it, after breeding X times with <creature>, you'll be pregnant for a while and then spawn a small version of that creature. It doesn't need to have any ties to pregnancy mods imho, just inflate the belly after a while and later you go back to Dawnguard/a farm/whatever to give birth. Could just be a vanilla creature scaled down or something with an own AI, which after Y either time or Y tasks to do will become fully grown. Opens options to have nasty, spoiled adult childs that demand naughty things from you.

Can't remember the exact names in english, when you go into the... thieves guild, there is an exit to the ratways... sewers? Vault? One of them. Near the closet with the hidden door on the way to Mercer. Rufus should be right behind that or close at least.
