I mean after all, dinosaurs in Jurassic Park found a way to.....breed. 

So it's entirely possible that Super Mutants found a way to reproduce themselves through means other than FEV and human women were the unfortunate receipients of the discovery.  I mean after all, all that big green muscles probably involved alot of testeronstone in FEV. So that'd explain why they're so aggressive, dumb and above all...horny. LOL

When Ebony Whore was dismissed because one of the Companion quests had a Companion take her place, it became forever after impossible to recruit her, again.  I'd given her all of the choicest staves and weapons; now, I can't get them back. 

I experienced the same issue with the doppleganger.  While I was able to dismiss her, she became unresponsive and just hangs around in the house I set her home to and doesn't respond to dialogue in any way.    Had issues with Catherine Chauvin too and was unable to dismiss her, but it was probably because I already had a follower with me when she "force joined me" for her quest and I suspect that's where it got screwed up.

I'll chime in on Super Mutant discussion. In addition to what TheSecretK said, (MAJOR FALLOUT 1 SPOILERS)

Master in Fallout 1 planned to replace humanity with Super Mutants and definetely thought they could reproduce sexually (I think, being a doctor and all, he would have noticed if the mutants lacked instruments for reproduction). You can even make him commit suicide (with an Atom Bomb, of course!) if you read BoS Scribe's autopsy report for one of the Super Mutants and tell Master that his super humins are sterile, as a proof you can give him autopsy report OR tell him to ask his female mutants. This, BTW, is interesting bit, since it could be assumed that the problem is that female mutants can't get pregnant (maybe don't even menstruate?), not that male ones are infertile. BoS autopsy report does not specify specimen gender.

Some mod in my game has been equipping chains on female followers or NPCs when my crosshair is over them and I am messing in the MCM. It removes their clothes, adds chains, and they start following me around (if they aren't a follower). It was suggested it is this mod and the command to fix is set playerfollowercount to 0  . What is triggering this to happen? I've been able to remove the chains by mashing buttons on the keyboard but I can't replicate whatever combo is equipping and unequipping these chains. 

 

It can happen on any female npc, not just ones from this mod.

They all use a vanilla default Skyrim system for followers. Are you using mods, that change it? Like Devious Follower?

You need to complete her quest so that she stops following. If this is Wrong Bruiser quest, then she is not a real follower and she has fake follower dialogues that do nothing.

I used Marriage Mod but i still got repeating "darling what happened" dialogue from my spouse after wedding. Taking quite the risk i disabled troubles of heroine mod married immediately and reenabled it. Lost my perks and all progress on mod but no game breaking issues so far. 

 

Meanwhile i have another question. I loaded this mod after i finished civil war in my save. Is it impossible for me to get civil war quests this mod provides? Because i think i couldnt find the imperial instructor npc the notes were mentioning.

I'm trying the mod without the main quest this time, but I cannot make any progress with Lagertha of Waegmundings (What a mouthful!). She keeps ripping off the clothes of my bimbo, but no new lines appear in the dialogue tree. And since that particular mini quest has no title, I cannot find a corresponding quest ID. Any suggestions?

Troubles of Heroine (hidden easter egg)

A disturbing fantasy book about a heroine who is blackmailed by an evil wizard and his minions, forcing her to do humiliating and painful things. There are a bunch of characters, but all of them are either incredibly cruel or incredibly submissive.

BTW, so far, all of the NPC's have behaved as expected with the exception of Doppelganger and dog, both of which suffer from an inability to be dismissed, and Ebony Whore, who cannot be reacquired after dismissal by a Companion quest.  I didn't mean to give the impression that all of the NPC's had issues, if that is what I did.  Dragonborn, Garona, Bruiser, creepy step-dad, prune-faced "milf," and all of the standard game characters work just fine/as they should (so far, anyway...).

Probably it's a voice then. An inappropriate voice for a race may be the reason for not appearing the appropriate phrase.

Thank you for this, but after quest "Ad Victoriam" ends there isnt any way to do others. Since i conquered all holds already i dont know how to start it. I searched for console name of the quest but putting it setstage AAASLServicetoPropaganda 10 doesnt seem to start the quest.

Issuance of a quest depends on the parameter Location 'NameHoldLocation', Keyword 'CWOwner' = Global 'CWImperial'(Or !=). If you use the codes, then the female instructor's introductory speech for the quest is skipped. There is no quest form for Service to Propaganda. Find the imperial artist in the Castle Dour. Other her quests should open in the journal.

1)Are you planning on implementing the cursed ring questline(which would lead the pc towards the more debaucherous path?

2)Also regarding implementation: the whole "I heard about prisoners being mistreated" kinda comes out of nowhere(we never heard about it until the dialogue with the jarl).Would you consider implementing at least a rumor which leads to the questline.

3)Should I start writing the rest of the content that I planed out or should I take my time(since you are also busy making the F4 equivalent to TOH).

I'm reporting these issues as I encounter them....

 

I dismissed the foppish "new owner" to open up the slot for Serana and the trip to the soul cairn.  When I got back, I dismissed Serana and tried to reacquire the fop, only to find that there is no longer a dialog option for inviting him along, even after he expresses a desire to see my 'toon in a dungeon setting.

 

How may I invite the new NPC's to rejoin me if that dialog option is missing?

1) Eventually yes. I think to do it like lustful token of temperament for PC. It's just that I have new ideas here and there and I try to do those things for which I am have inspiration at the moment.
2) I think the heroine made such a conclusion based on what she saw with her own eyes. But of course I can add a rumor to innkeepers before the quest. 

3) After the POS release, I am starting to work on TOH 2.2. Maybe I'll start alternating them -POS-TOH-POS-... We'll see how people will like POS.

I'm not sure what the reason is. Maybe their following faction or a wrong rank in it is removed (for example CurrentFollower 0 - a pending follower, and if 1 - already following). Or they have a bad relationship rank with PC (they will not follow the player if your relationship is not good (at least ally or friend)).
Or maybe you should try code set playerfollowercount to 0 or a mod, which increases the number of followers like Follower Uncaper.

Hey buddy, gerat mod (ToH) at all but I do have a light complaint, it seems a lot of quests do not have a questmarker, it is very annoying to take a look to google each time I get a quest but I dont know where that NPC or place is in Skyrim :S

Is there a reason for this "issue"?

It just happened to me in a new game with Adrianne Avenicci, without messing around with the MCM or anything of the sort, and the above-mentioned command doesn't seem to work, at least for me. Have you found what's triggering this?

No. For the first time it triggered on a npc that wasn't in my crosshairs, just nearby while I was in the MCM. I'll message you.

To do this, you need to fulfill an Alias. For example, in spme Questgiver Alias you need to put a certain NPC or all from certain faction or all men. And if this is done incorrectly, then a quest will completely break down - there will be no dialogues, no log entries, nothing. Aliases are filled in at the beginning of the game, and if you add a new alias to an existing quest - it will break. For example, you completed my quest, installed an update that continues this quest, then I cannot add there new Aliases. And TOH is an ongoing mod, I am constantly adding new stories.

I tried playing the Fan service quest today and noticed some bugs.

 

1.Quest doesn't start properly (Had to setstage quest to 10 , after speaking to Your Fan, even having him follow the PC outside the forgotten regret) Unless I'm not starting it properly, if not can you tell me how?

2.No dialogues for Your Fan on Quest stage 10, even at quest stage 20.

He/she only appears near Forgotten Regret when Serpent starts this quest after Good Memories quest and their names are Your Fanboy or Your Fangirl. Your Fan in The Bannered Mare has nothing to do with Fan Service quest.
