From what I've experienced you need to do something to lower your dignity, like prostrate yourself in some way. Check your inventory in the misc. category to check how many tokens you have.

Each time the PC demonstrates submission, several tokens are removed depending on the degree of submission. The fewer there are, the bolder Bruiser is and more dialogues open. These tokens can be simply thrown away or put in a container.

Other characters? I'm not familiar with this quest at all, i reloaded and tried again like 5 times and at least Alvor never gave it to me, i reloaded an older save before the update and got it just fine. I think something in the update process is off, but i assume it's because the update doesn't have a merged version and i had to rename the .esp from TroublesofHeroine.esp to TroublesofHeroineLE.esp to keep running quests going. Not sure if i should have renamed the .bsa and other files too... if you could make a new merged version that would help i guess.^^

I never tried using wyrebash to merge something myself, might give it a try...

It looks like I may have missed a recent update. I'll give it a try!

 

Edit: I updated to 2.1.1 and loaded the save from before the wedding. Unfortunately, the same issue occured; no "where will we live" dialogue, and Spouses Enhanced didn't register the NPC as a spouse. I verified that I had the new version installed by going to the Lover's Stone and finding the Ebony Whore.

 

Unrelated, but there was a typo in the Ebony Whore's dialogue; "Gif" instead of "Gift".

The gargule room added in downguard addon seems to be causing a crash if the passage to Volkihar Courtyard has been repaired. It is in the same place. When I loaded older save in which I did it, every time I try to enter the Castle my game crashes. On new character it works fine. Maybe it would be possible to move the doors to other place? There is a lot of unused place in Volkihar.

DSHV, i'm also having troubles with certain cells like cell FalkreathJarlsLonghouse and cell DLC1VampireCastleGuildhall. Whenever I go into these cells my game CTD's and I haven't changed my mods since like version 1.9 so I have no idea why i'm CTDing.

Just passed Dawnguard and this mod quests in Falkreath. Had no crashes in locations you pointed. Last version TOH SE. So it may be not from this mod.

As for me game crash in HighHrotgar and Windhelm and some world places in some periods (waiting outside and entering in another time sometimes helps). This begin after this mod changes, so i thinked TOH was problem. But after deleting and clearing mod crashes still resume to happen, so TOH is reabilitated for me.

You mast try your locations without TOH to be sure.

I think about new revenge room in Forgotten Regret. Previous antagonists appear there to take revenge on the heroine. So far I came up with this: Mercer Frey (He pretended to be dead like PC in the thieves guild questline), Silver Hand Leader (It is engaged in humiliation of werewolf PC), Jack of Worms and Queen of Worms (Leaders of the Skyrim Necromancers branch. The queen can be a vampire and Jack can be a lich), Synod member, Bandit Leaders, Members of losing army in the Civil War, Azura worshiper after desecrations of the Azura's Star, Afflicted, Forsworn, any revenge-seeking ghost (for example Lurbuk). 
Do you have your own ideas on this?

Yes the main quest has endings, also you can just ignore them since they don't interact with you outside of you talking to them.
