Suggestion: House of leisure

 

Short description:
You can ask to let your home turn into a "house of leisure". This of course means receiving customers for sexual services. 

 

The mechanics:
Over time, up to five NPC's will enter your home (or just three). They won't say anything and only follow you inside your own home. Basically, these are customers and if you want to get them out, you will have to serve them. This should not hinder the game play, although it might be annoying to enter your home and see five NPC's waiting for you and following you. But that it might be a bit annoying could provide a bit of incentive to talk to them and provide services for money. The customers will come with a certain interval (like one every day, or every three days) till there are three or five present.

Additional, there can be a time-out added. Something like after having served a customer, the spawning is postponed for two or four days. Serving NPC's while they respawn back soon, might be considered discouraging. Thus the suggestion for an additional time-out after the dragonborn serves a customer. And when customers start to appear again, you it feels encouraging to at least start serving them to prevent ending up with five horny NPC's in your house soon.

Integration:
You can ask the Steward of the hold to turn your house in a house of leisure. For the regular in-game houses like Breezewind, this shouldn't be a problem. However, it would be nice if the custom houses could be added as well, although I am doubtful if this is easily done. And perhaps it is best to just stick with two or three in-game houses to apply this to.

When your home gets its new status, the local inn might have two or three pamphlets laying around promoting the new "house to get some relief".

How to persuade the dragonborn to turn her kome into a home into a house of leisure, I do not (yet) know. Perhaps it can be somehow integrated with the Serpent quest line, or some other set of quests.
