Armbinders on NPCs don't seem to work anymore after updating from SexLab Beta 8 to Beta 9 (at least that's when I started noticing it). -> see screenshot in spoiler section

 

Beta 8 without your FNIS Sexy Move (Patch): armbinders were sometimes working correctly

Beta 8 with your FNIS Sexy Move (Patch): armbinders were always working correctly

Beta 9 with your FNIS Sexy Move (Patch): armbinders never work

 

What could be the cause?

SexLab and the Device Idles are not related in any way. You can try running the FNIS again but the picture in your comment is from the NPC and the NPC's are know for have issues with the DD Idles because they use spells to start the idle and that method use to fail a lot.

 

Are you tried my Fix for the DD 5.1? One of the fixes on the Fix is related with the spell that affect the NPC's

I suggest 

and then check again.

I am not sure where that mod stands with DD "officially", or if it will work in the upcoming next version, but for DD5.1 I can tell from experience it works great (even in DCL's whip and chain, though if you fear the stress there, it can be temporarily disabled)

No, it is a seperate mod. The fix he mentioned is something he also dubbed "unfinished and possibly bugged" unless I missed a new version of it.

 

The mod page says is is not SE compatible. I don't know if it can be made so, or if it was even tested though

I did read that, but just had to make sure ?

 

I've always been a fan of the original mod but eventually settled for Mini Needs, it worked fine for a couple of weeks than one by one things began to go crazy and it eventually became unusable, so when I saw the one here, I got creepily excited, lol.

 

Would you be okay with sharing your plans for the new version? Any new features?

If you are using the SexLab Utility Plus.

You have to cast the spell on each one of the Actors that you want in the Animation. You have less than 10 seconds between spells. You have two debug spells, one for the player and the other for the rest of the Actors. To start another Animation the previous Animation need to be started before start to select the new Actors.

Good day! I decided to test your SLATE patch on SLATE SE... In general, everything works properly, but the ActionLog import takes a VERY long time. This may be due to the fact that this patch is for LE?

No. Is just because the ActionLog is too big, but is not like you have to import it every day so really doesn't matter. On LE also take some time.

 

PS: some users are experiencing issues related to the PapyrusUtil after update to the SexLab BETA 9. The SLATE use the same JSON functions that seems to be having problems so some issues my be possible.

That option prevent import the ActionLog for Animations that are not installed. If you disable that option the ActionLog importation will be faster but the application of the ActionLog will be slower.

 

The cleaning options are made to keep the ActionLog small as possible and between other things remove the ActionLog duplicate or opposite for example if one Action remove a tag and another Action add the same Tag to the same Animation then both actions are removed from the ActionLog to prevent waist time the next time you apply the ActionLog.

 

Better keep the Default configuration of the cleaning options.

I understand. But with the option enabled, I waited for an hour, and only half of the actions were registered.... Apparently papyrus is working very slowly with this task. Or as you said - SexLab problems...

Maybe you only need the half of the ActionLog, but also probably something is wrong with the new PapyrusUtil. I don't tested yet because I was using the Skyrim LE and now I have the Skyrim SE but take time get all the mod I was using on my LE but for the SE. I'm still migrating.

 

For me the importation takes less than 5 minutes but feels like a eternity.

I usually close the Dialogues before the scene start to prevent issues like that.

 

But when the player lose the control that should disappear at lease some mod be returning the control over that again.

In LE SexLab - Hide HUD Elements 1.1.2 coped with this without failures, but since this is a dll, it does not work on SE... As I understood, this dll hid certain HUDs. Is it possible to implement such functionality in Sexlab?
