sorry for this, but I have a weird bug in Sexlab...

 

at the beginning of the finale stage (on orgasm), some human actors are redressing and some creature actors go flaccid.

flaccid creatures or no creature schlongs on some actors was always a problem, but now it seemd to be worse somehow...

I thought its maybe from a mod equipping stuff, but that should not change the creatures dick? or can they also lose the schlong when they "dress"?

 

Question is... is there a reliable way to just fucking force all the actors in a sex scene to stay naked and erect? 
or add a debug function that strips them again with a hard on somehow??

 

thank you for all help... 
this is driving me somehow crazy because it is so random, without pattern.

the only patterns i see seem to be within certain types.

 

Forsworn Briarhearts seem to have that problem more often.

Also some kind of Falmer...

but in general all actors can have that happen :(

in group anims its usually only 1 of them, not all.

The most common reasons are:

  1. Some mod set TRUE the Prevent Unequip parameter of the Equip function when equip some item by scripts. That is a mistake that cause the actor redress himself after add some equipment to his inventory. In this case is probably some new Mod because the old modders usually know this by experience and keep the parameter as false to prevent issues with mods like sexlab.
  2. Some mod is equipping things on the orgasm event like for example "cum". the mod "Cumshot" have a lot of options i never use and some of them stain the clothes with cum or shut the cum as arrows with all and impact effect.
  3. The mods that apply SMP or HDT physics to the body or "Devious Devices Integration" equip or unequip invisible items on the actors after some SexLab events and those items use very specific slots like 49, 50, 51 or 52 that are very related with SexLab or SOS (in the case of the slot 52  can hide or unequip the penis). This one isn't related with the orgasm but can by a coincidence. 

 

Forsworn Briarhearts use the slot 52 for they hearts. In this case i recommend my SOS Papyrus Patch and make sure that the Briarhearts armor is revealing or at least isn't using the slot 52. Same happen for few other vanilla actors with things on the chest.

 

About the flacid penices SexLab and SexLab Aroused do it only after end the animation so should be something else for example my very experimental patch for "CBPC Anus Support" or the "Cumshot" tweak that do a shake animation on the penis while is cumming.

 

The answer should be on the logs or in the Equipped items that you can see on the left panel of the console when the actor is selected.

Which version of Sexlab Aroused to do you recommend that works best with SLU+? I think the one I am using could be part of the issue and I want to replace it...

aaah, damnit.... really seems to be SL Cumshot is the issue :(
Damn, I love that mod so much....

 

any chance you could make a patch for it? I already have a headache after looking at the scripts, sigh.

there is an update ostim version, but ofc nothing for LE...

There should be none difference in relation with the SexLab. At the end the only that matter is get the Arousal be reduced after each scene so you probably should use one that let you configure the amount of arousal reduced after the sex. I definitely don't recommend the OSA version vecouse have a lot of incompatibilities with the sexlab mods for missing functions or arguments.

I already did one fix for Cumshot. The Cumshot version of the Subtle Nutting Animation for SOS is based on it. Also increase the amount of animations supported by the Cumshot configuration.

 

Not sure if i fix the redress issue too but i don't have it so at least can be avoided with some changes on the configuration.

sadly no, the redress issue perists even with that version.

it really is odd since it affects some actors more than others including creatures who are not even using the cumshots.

 

I guess the issue is the same as with the tongues? you need to add the file BEFORE the animation really starts AND remove it only after the end stage?
From what I see the Sexlab Cumshot adds and removes them directly.

also all four different cumshot methods all have the redress effect.

 

as reference I used the hentai dremora which gets redressed 99% of the times I tested it.

 

 

 

on a sidenote: are tongues no longer in SexlabUtil+? I did not see them appear since the last update.

The tongues on the SLU need the Face Items options enabled and the Ahegao expressions.

 

 

 

 

The easy way to add items to the NPC's without trigger a redress is making a container and place all the items there before give them to the actor using the Remove All function. The remove function don't trigger the redress and let you set the actor that will get the items after be removed from the container.

Did you try EquipItemEx() or EquipItembyID()?

Just set the "Prevent" arguments of the EquipItems functions as FALSE.

 

Set that argument as True is what cause the redress issues. Sadly even after change it to FALSE the problem will continue for a while.

 

The "abPreventRemoval" arguments seems to make a list of items that will stay equiped on that actor and with just one item on that list is enough to cause the redress issues. The only way I know to remove items from that list is unequipping those specific items one by one using the UnequipItem function with the abPreventEquip argument as TRUE so unless that be done they can stay on the list forever, even after change the scripts. Cumshot also unequip those items at the end of the sex so the actor should be fine after a couple of sex scenes once you the scripts be fixed.

 

Skyrim wasn't made to keep the actors naked!

So I will apologize if is this already addressed. 

 

I was trying sse naked defeat beta, and that was running great. It actually seemed to work so well that other mods suddenly woke up and also started working. In this case Aroused Creature started working but it began to interrupt the furniture punishments of naked defeat. Is there a setting, patch, or work around that would prevent Aroused Creatures from interrupting naked defeat events?

Aroused Creatures needs to listen for my modevents: "DHLP-Suspend" and/or "Nade-Suspend" (in case ppl dont want to use DHLP suspend)

both tell other mods to shut the fuck up for the duration of Naked Defeat. my mod says "DHLP-resume" and "Nade-Suspend" when its finished.

I might rip out aroused creatures from my load order if it comes down to it. Or disable it? I am playing sse that automatically upgraded to Sae and rather than downpatching I just took a break for like year.

 

For reasons I'm probably too dumb to figure out, Seperate orgasm doesn't work for Sae as far as I can tell so I ripped that out despite it being a staple for a really long time. I ripped out fame too despite the fact I really that it and it's getting a revamp. 

 

Naked defeat worked so well and the beta and planned features sound fun so fun that I just am going to let go of some of those old standby mods.

I saw someone else posted about this here not long ago but I didn't see a reply or solution. Using SexLab Utilities Plus I have an issue where there are no longer any expressions for any actors. I've sorted through the options in the MCM and have tried enabling and disabling many of them but I can't quite figure out what's wrong. The other smaller issue is actors are now only listed as "humanoid" instead of "breton" or "redguard" or whatever the race is. Maybe that is deliberate? I always found it useful for helping figure out which actor was which in multi actor scenes. Is there a way to have them be tagged by race again?

Humanoid is the common denominator when you have the "Race Gender" option disabled. You don't need the Race Gender option if everyone use the same skeleton, in which case is just more to configure without. You should enable the Race Gender if you use to play with the beast races or have mods like FK Skeletons the set unique skeletons for each race and they alignment are too deferents even with the same scale.

 

About the Expressions:

Mods that change the sexlab expression system usually break the expression system when are installed or uninstalled in with case the most common solution is reset the expression system on the bottom page of the SexLab MCM. 

In general the issues with the expressions are caused by external mods or wrong files overwriting the SLU+ scripts. Thank you. I had figured out the Race/Gender option last night by carefully going through the MCM. I also bet you're correct on the expressions because I tried the ahegao mod a while back (then I uninstalled and cleaned because that mod breaks the open mouth expression) and I'm pretty sure that overwrites SexLab expression and voice prompt scripts. I'll reset the expression system and retry it. I hadn't seen that option.

I've been trying to figure out how to restrict an animation to specific npc using your fetish tags. How should i approach it? Can i create my own tag? Or can i assing two different tags?

I don't know what you are trying to but yes you can my SLATE to add any amount of tags to the animation and even write your own tags.

 

By other side my Fetish filter is very limited in what it can do and by its position on the scripts have too low priority so is the last filter applied and works over what remain from the other filters when is possible. Anything outside the current Fetish have to be code.

So if i were to add both tags to an animations, lets say Vampire and Alchemist, would the animation only work with and npc that has both Vampire and alchemist race\keyword etc? And for which npc traits\tags\keywords do those tags check? So i can add them to specific npc.

For the Vampires check if the actor have the "Vampire" keyword that is the FormID 0xA82BB of the "Skyrim.esm"

 

The Alchemist can be the factions JobApothecaryFaction or JobTrainerAlchemyFaction that are the FormID's 0x5091C and 0xE3A56 of the "Skyrim.esm"

 

You can find this on the file "sslThreadModel.psc" of the SLU+

Can i code in my own fetish tag? Would it only involve adding stuff in "sslThreadModel.psc" and then recompiling it, or is it more complicated?

Each one of the Fetish tags is more or less independent in the scripts so you can copy the scripts of one of them and use it for your own tag. I don't recommend it but isn't hard!

1   Tongues do not appear, ahego enabled or not
2   X (change random animation) sometimes only works once and then not anymore. 
3   when making changes to the scene (schlong up/down, change scene, actor height etc.) take forever for a stage to progress afterwards AND sometimes never progress (old bug tho)
4   voice replay is completely random. I set it it 1 sec for female and sometimes I get NO voice at all in a stage, then 10 sounds play in short succession, then a pause again

----> also breaks when I call Sexlab Moans from my mod. They do not play reliably anymore
----> I remember there was an option on how I could use moans. "Cut" (end them early) or "full" (play them as long as they are). that option is missing but I feel like all sounds are now "cut" early and then somehow block another sound from playing after, especially during sex. 

 

5  I dont understand the expression transition thingy but it seems to cause lag spikes during sex, can I disable it competely somhow?
6   strap ons dont work well (equiped on masturbation but seldom when the female asumes male positon. --> I dont understand what is better to use in that case, Restrict Strapon On or OFF?

everything else is just not working out.


In a perfect world we should be able to also set a special "OnOrgasm" expression and have an "OnOrgasm" soundfile, but at least the latter is a bit more complex to do I know.

Having voice play less often in earlier stages did not even match the very first sexlab animations ever made.

Mia's Lair patch breaks the quest right in the beggining in the little shack where i supposed to heal Vess, i grab the items from the sack, but i can't heal her, it stops right there and the quest marker remains on the sack.

Everything related with the LipSync  can be configured on the Advanced Configuration that is on the Expression Editor page. But first send me the "papyrus.0.log" because the rest sound like something is broken in your setup.

 

By the way the SLU+ support a better LipSync system using Dialogues aside of the current sound with lips movement. I just haven't made time to build a example to show it working. the current LipSync using sounds is very limited and the options on the Advanced Settings is all that can be done with it.

also Mia's Lair patch was made thinking on a Female Player. With a Male Player will be a lot off issues.
