Both are more or less included on the SLU+ scripts, at least the global idea because there was some compatibility thing to consider. The current startup delay isn't on the animations and seems to be bigger on other parts of the scripts. For example search furnitures and actors take more time than search for the animations even whiteout the Animation CACHE. Apparently most of the time is waisted on the preparation of the actors. In this case SL++ seems to have the answer but it's changes on the scripts are so extreme that is hard for me to identify what can I use. By the way SL++ is working on a furniture system too so soon or later SLU+ will be a thing of the past. Thanks for the answer. Is SL++ a p+? I've heard that the author seems to have removed a lot of features that he didn't think were useful, so that caused a lot of people to not make patches for p+, so there's no such thing as elimination, and even the best mod is useless if no one makes compatibility patches for it
Nohrin Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 (edited) I just spent 3 hours trying to figure out why Orgasms wouldn't trigger. I found the root cause (atleast for me and my setup) My load order Left Panel: >SLAroused (Redux) #No patches, nothing added or patched, because its a confusing mess on what is updated and what isn't. I literally use vanilla SLAroused Redux. >Sexlab Separate Orgasm #Again, no patches. Through trial and error, I discovered the SLU+ patch on SLSO mod page that the author recommends, is outdated. Why isn't that removed from the Description?? >Sexlab Utility+ Extra version So throughout all my experimentation, I was 100% sure NOTHING was overwriting Sexlab Utility+. That remained constant through all my trial and error. Yet I was still not getting orgasms. I tried altering the orgasm conditions in SLSO MCM. Nothing worked. I tried reinstalling my main save of both Sexlab and SLSO. Nope I tried clean save files with fresh Sexlab configured. Nope As I went through every setting in Sexlab & SLSO's MCM, enabling, test, disable, test, enable, test etc etc...I finally found the culprit. For whatever reason, the setting "Require Consensual & Require Aggressor NPC orgasm" condition completely prevented orgasms altogether. I have zero idea why. Not sure if its this mod, or if that feature just never worked to begin with. I would need to do more testing with and without SLU+ to determine if this mod is interacting with that setting or not. But at this point, im too fed up. That setting in SLSO hasn't ever worked for me properly in the first place. And from reading the comments on the SLSO mod page, it seems others have had issues with it since it was introduced. I'm tired. Edited June 13, 2024 by Nohrin

Recently noticed that some of the SLU scripts were still buggy with the FUTA actors and many of the search functions weren't optimized. I'm aware of some of the bugs on SLSO but the author doesn't seems to be in conditions to fix them right now I'm I avoid change too much it's scripts because I can't do all the tests required. Barely have time to test my own Mod! My recommendation: Stay with the options that work 1
yacky91 Posted June 14, 2024 Posted June 14, 2024 (edited) Osmel sorry I ask here but the SLEN forum seems kinda dead. Do you know by any chance which are the script files that have the animation tags so I can edit them? I feel like the issue isn't your tweaks but the tags in SLEN. Just like SL Adventures I'd get M/F animations instead of F/F and it was because the "rape" system was set as "aggressive" tag only, but that mod has MCM to set the tags so just had to add "Lesbian" along "Aggressive". Edit: Nvm, I can't edit SLEN scripts, looks like I need more scripts to compile the pex file. But yeah so far I believe it's the "slenutility.psc" Edited June 14, 2024 by yacky91

But yeah so far I believe it's the "slenutility.psc" I think the SLEN also let you edit the tags on the MCM. Even if not, SexLab have filters for gender that can help. For example the gay lesbian filter will remove any "Straight" tagged animation from the playlist together with the animations without the matching gender tag that in the case of two females is "FF" Then you can use the SLATE to remove the "FF" tag and add the "Straight" tag to the animations you want to exclude from the lesbian scenes Edited June 14, 2024 by OsmelMC 1
Foolzero Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 (edited) Installed SexLab Utility Plus. He fixed the camera, but killed the voice time control to death. Errors occurred when switching animations. Some animations do not appear at all when enabled. Some creatures have become inaccessible. (Although it looks like this already SexLab Aroused Creatures v04.06 Tweak added errors) I don’t know what to do with this, but it looks like it killed my plugin build. I reinstalled everything several times and each time more and more bugs appeared. Edited June 15, 2024 by Foolzero

LynErso666 Posted June 16, 2024 Posted June 16, 2024 (edited) Heyy Idk about all these tweaks, but I know Sexlab Utility Plus rings a bell. Is that what I think it is? Is that an upgraded version of Sexlab Utility? I started using Sexlab Utility 333 AE however. Whats yours do? Edited June 16, 2024 by LynErso666

SexLab Utility Plus was originally made to merge all the third party fixes and patches done for SexLab. Plus my own fixes, tweak's and some appealing request from the user's. SLU+ is also where I test the things to include on the new version of the SexLab Framework. For more details read the description on the download page. 1

ceckerer Posted June 16, 2024 Posted June 16, 2024 (edited) Thanks for the mods, they are great The fluid face expression change really brought everything to the next level I have some ideas, maybe you like them. - Manual Voices option instead of the timer. This would be fun and especially useful for filmmakers. Any time you press the bound key, the PC moans. - Orgasm exclusive expressions. Maybe a tick box in the Expression editor that lets you tag an expressions as "orgasm only". It would be applied exclusively in the last stage. - Play and wait option for Voices. Sometimes, especially with longer voice files, the orgasm and regular moans overlap, two voices coming out of the mouth at once. I remember reading somewhere that this could be fixed by adding some kind of "play and wait" code line to the mod. Thanks again Edited June 16, 2024 by ceckerer 1

Still have to work on the example for the moan dialogues currently allowed. The current Moan system allow you said dialogues if the actor don't have the Mouth Open like in the oral scenes. this was originally made for smother moans but also let them make some naughty comments related with the scene. 2- The last stage of each expression is already exclusive for the orgasm, in fact active stage of the expression is selected based on the actor enjoyment and the orgasm happen at the 100% of enjoyment so the last stage is usually active at least since the 80% of enjoyment. 3- The advanced options on the Expression Editor page let you configure all the details of the LipSync and that's one of the options. SexLab Utility Plus SE (2024-06-17) BETA Update.7z 460.36 kB · 1 download What exactly needs testing? Just general stability and function or any special new features that require closer attention?

Just general stability and function or any special new features that require closer attention? Mostly the usual bug's reported. 1. The camera 2. The Open Mouth 3. The FUTA 4. The reposition 5. The hotkeys Any issue big or small. Many scripts where updated to use the native functions of SexLab that are fast and in theory more reliable. There were some fixes on the expression system related with the open mouth. The mod now also disable the head tracking of the "True Directional Movement" while is on the scene. The main problem with the tests is that any change on the scripts can affect things apparently unrelated so I always have to check all again before release.
Anorf Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 (edited) Hello there, using skyrim 1.6.640 and sexlab 1.65AE, I wanted to update my utility plus from 2022 to 2024. The problem is I get a popup which tells me sexlab 1.66 is untested. I also get a SUM error. Now the version that is displayed in MCM is no longer 1.65 but 1.66 Is this normal ? Shouldn't 1.66 be for latest skyrim versions ? Edited June 18, 2024 by Anorf
Cicro72 Posted June 19, 2024 Posted June 19, 2024 Loaded 2024-06-17. Is using 1st person Improved Camera in scope? I think the camera may be a bit too far forward from head/face. Can the Improved Camera editorconfig.ini be used to adjust? I didn't try that.

Yes the change on the version number is normal. SLU+ always update your SexLab to the last available version even if the version number doesn't change. Once the SLU+ is installed even the SexLab LE can be considered as the last SexLab AE.

Yes the first person seems to be fine on my last BETA version but you will need to do some adjustments on the Improved Camera configuration. I'm using on my test one configuration made for OSA and i will include it on the next setup. 1

However after installing 2023-12-30 version of SLU+, some of my mods broke, including for example AH hotkeys that doesn't work anymore. Installing papyrus NG tweaks didn't do anything. I confirmed this by disabling and renabling the mod, and there is no doubt this mod is causing it. I will eventually revert to my previous version or maybe uninstall this mod, as it seems to cause issues.

No idea on AH Hotkeys, but Papyrus Tweaks NG works perfectly fine with this mod and is even recommended by Osmel. Sounds like something odd is going on in your LO. Did you test on a new game or just adding and removing mods willie-nillie on an existing save?

It's almost impossible not to remove mods during a save, but my save is quite fine, most mods work flawlessly. I've used resaver a few times after uninstalling some mods. Moreover, updating this mod doesn't require a new save normally. Version 2022 works fine, after updating to either one of the 2024 or 2023 versions I get problems. Maybe too much heavy scripts ? No idea why this is happening, but I can continue with the 2022, as this one worked and already has the "hide" feature and most of what I want Edited June 20, 2024 by Anorf
