I am reluctant to try the (excellent) CBBE SMP from Ousnius because SMP will slow my game, I have many mods so using HDT-SMP might be too much.

 

I am watching the 3BBB body with interest, because of the mix between CBP-C and SMP. 

Randomuser777 ( https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/6872-labiavariants-se-bodyslide-hdt-cbpc/ ) is also looking at working with the 3BBB body. I think what he is working on will be what I am after.

I downloaded 1.7 (I think it is recent version ,, but I do not know if my link is old page or not ^^;)

after install it,, (with options),  choose amazing body in BS.  One thing you may need to consider about amazing body,if you do not use author offered texture, you may need to tweak  textures for anus and vagina mesh untill author offer patch for each skin  texture mods.   (I use fair skin texture,, then needed to edit it with paint net)  but author already offered texture,, then you can use it. 

 

Then about future version,,  if there is another option, which can choose  SMP for vagina.  but use CBPC about other part. but I have not test much about SMP vagina,, then do not know clear actually it offer more smooth open and close with SOS.

 

at current to use SMP for vagina.. I need to choose full smp option.  ... (as for me,, CBPC is enough for 3bbb breast,, though I do not carefully

test hand collision etc,,) but if HDT-smp show better physics collision and  move for vagina.. I may hope to use it. 

 

Then I hesitated to try to set your recommend parameter,, (in CBPCmasterConfig) SkipFramesPelvis,.  but today I test it, and it not cause heavy pefomance issue. at least with my PC.. then  it seems  reduce flicker effect for me. now I fix the value as 1.  thanks.

Thank you, Mango! Much appreciated, this looks much better. I'm using v1.8, didn't see an option for v1.7.

 

Only thing I can't figure out now, is how I lost all breast physics to the nude body; everything else works pretty well and is just a matter of tweaking to preference. Both CBPC and Sinful are overwriting 3BBB.

Haha,, I really feel happy,, if I could something (a little) to help others  here ^^  so thank you again.

 

Then about 1.7,, I think  config about 3bbb (breast) are separated from CBPConfig.txt but discribed in CCBPConfig_leg and CBPConfig_3b.txt.

then syinful may overwrite last CBPConfig.txt with your mod load order.  

as for me, I separate all configs about CBPC, then make as one mod with MO2. then locate it after synful.

so synful overwrite the CBPConfig.txt in my mod directory (MO2 ) ,, 

 

my load order is,, 

1.  sinful 

2. 3bbb 

3. my config only mod pack (all CBPC related configs), then sinful only overwite CBPConfig.txt in my mod directory.

 

Then about 1.7 and only CBPC version, I think 3bbb not offer CBPConfig.txt.. (it seems intended) but offer

CBPConfig_3b.txt and CBPConfig_leg. txt.  so if you use MO2. check mod package of 3bbb which you installed,

you may not find CBPConfig.txt.  in 3bbb.   so synful can not overwrite it. (maybe your currently using CBPConfig.txt wil lbe overwritten)

but about 3bbb breast bone physics is set by 3bbb offered CBPConfig_3b.txt.. (so it is separted)

 

Then already version 1.8 have been released ??  @@)   I need to make body again with original slider.. though it is  happy trouble.. for me,,

I really hope Acro 748 will up-load it in sexlab ,,, this is best place which I talk free about mod,,  (though my english it not enough to tell

what I think, and what I hope to see)  so if we have question wait author reply .. (though I can just say thank you Acro 748 great works)

As I mentioned before, v2 is a complete rewrite of CBPC to make it scale-able. So I am abandoning systems like tuning.rate etc. and provide skse functions to modify configuration values. It will come with an esp which will only be used for an mcm to modify these values. So you won't need to use SINFUL for it. This way there won't be any IO overhead for reloading the config file constantly. And instead I'll implement a presets system in the mcm so people can backup their settings or share them.

There will still be an ini config for the remaining stuff of course.

 

I'm hoping to get rid of the need for finding sphere values for collision configs as well, making it compatible with any body shape too. So the only config files will be for physics enabled clothes/hair etc. I'll add the ability to parse and use hdt configs instead of cbpc configs too for clothes/armors etc. for backward compatibility for those coming from an hdt setup.

 

Of course the biggest feature will be the support for chain bones, which will work for hair/wig/tail/schlong/3 bone breasts etc. and also the complex chains like cloths. For VR version, this will be better of course, ability to pull, hold and release too(imagine pulling the nipple) as well as regular collisions.

 

Overall, I'm hoping to increase performance in v2 even more by using better algorithms and implementations.

 

 

@greenmango12 I saw that you mentioned there is a distance issue for cbpc to work. The only distance limitation is the cell limit currently. CBPC only affects npcs in the same cell the player is in. So if by chance the npc you saw was in another cell and you were in another, that may cause it. This will hopefully be fixed in v2, as it will use all actors in high process instead and maybe cull according to some other system to increase performance.

Ah, that makes sense. I do use MO2. So this mod pack - is it an empty mod with the config files from the CBPC and 3BBB folders. or... there's nothing to modify in the Master for this to work? Apologies if I'm asking a question you answered above, just want to make sure I'm not assuming anything.

Shizof  CBPC V2 seems really amazing.   I often try to find best radius and center point of  spheres for sos.

with nif scope.   it actually change much,, but more free shape (you menitoined before, cupsule collision mesh,,

Then about Cell limit, I understand it need for performance.   what I may expect is,,,  2 new option

 

1.   Free view  option,  when user use free camera,, only NPC in same  cell which camera located show CBPC physics.

  (so not use PC  cell  to decide active cell )  

 

2.   cell units options , it deced  cell area    around PC will be used to get NPC physics.

  default is 1. but 2 may include 8 cell around PC ,

so it cover 9 cell .  3 may be 25 cell .   (to see NPC vs NPC with defeat,, I often  hide me, then just move camera to next corner of dungeons where my follower battle with enemy)

Havok and Bullet are physics engines. CBPC will still use its own simple physics system instead of an external one. That's what gave it the performance over smp.

 

But I'll add support for HDT-PE and HDT-SMP xmls for armors and clothes so people don't have to convert every single one to a cbpc equivalent config.

Yeah if I can access High Process actors, then any kind of cell limit won't be necessary.

"Havok Physics" and "Bullet Physics" are two different things, so equating them as "Havok/Bullet" as though they were the same thing isn't valid.

 

Unless Intel, Microsoft or whoever their corporate musical chairs game left owning Havok either sells it to someone else or reconsiders their licensing stance, no modder is or will be licensed to use Havok Physics ("HDT-PE") in any SSE mods without buying a prohibitively-expensive license.

 

SMP is Bullet Physics, which is valid and free to use in both Oldrim and SSE, although by far the majority of Oldrim physics was HDT-PE, i.e. Havok. Since HDT-PE is not available in SSE, SMP/Bullet Physics is the only game in town for Cloth Physics until  @Shizof pulls off his impending miracle and makes CBPC handle it.

Sorry  I am fool, I miss understand about  Cell,,I had thought Cell is kind of units of area block.. in skyrim world. 

 

 So even though there is almost no distance, I see where cell change,, I can not see physics for NPC,..

But  how user can check  cell change or not? 

 

eg,, it is Dread prison entrance area.. in world map.. then If PC step  to NPC,, all NPC return physics f

if PC step to entrance,, one foot ,, all NPC stop physcis, (I test with Posing mod,,)

Then I did not think,, PC and NPC locate in difference cell,,,, but from what shizof said,, there seems  Cell border on this entrance bridge?

I saw same effect in some room area of this mod, and may see in dugeon too..

Enter "tb" in the console. That will toggle little green lines that show you cell boundaries.

mmmm,,Yes I could use tb in console, and now Borders -> ON

but return game (exit console), I could not find any line on my view,, (there should be border about  CBPC work,,)

 

So I do not know, if it is cell border or not.  but only NPC in same side of PC show physics, (then if PC move to other side,

she stop show physics)  ( I try tb in world place,, and check posing ... it may cause difference?) or I need ENB setting to show cell border etc?

Sorry I miss your questions,, though I assume you already ask 3bbb author, just to confirm my set-up.

 

my original mod pack only contatin all CBPC and hdt-smp configs.  and as you said, most of them just copy from mod which include CBPC and hdt smp configs. I hope to use it . as you know we can decide load order. but sometimes if you have install many mods which contain same configs,

it make us difficult, which mod actually currently used (which mod config overwrie )

 

Then basically you only need to use 3bbb offered file, then it should work. (that means, you locate 3bbb mod almost bottom in left side MO2 ,

then 3bbb configs may be used.

 

But if you mix use Animal SOS , (I actually use them), it offer CBPC config files too..

AnimalSOS offered CBPCMasterConfig added creature races. and AnimalSOS gental nodes. you may not see them in 3bbb CBPCMasterConfig.txt

so I need to merge them as new one. then locate it in my custom Config only mod.

(if you do not use Animal SOS. you just need to use 3bbb offered configs. +  synful CBPConfig.txt '(or any CBPConfig.txt which you prefer to use)

 

Ah,,finally  I can find new 3bbb (1.8.2) then from discription, it seems offer patch for animal SOS too^^

so I think,, we  may need not merge any more... just use 3bbb offered setting files. then use it as my Config only mod,,

(may adjust something, If I need so,,)

 

I hope I can discribe clear... ^^;   if you can not get it work still,, please ask me again,, with show your MO2 load order,, (left side Mod load order)

Though I do not have problem to see vagina and SOS (man genitals) CBPC physics,  but I still not clear understand about SOS mesh and rig with  CBPC physcis work,,

 

I have used SOS SE,  then have installed  SOS HDT-smp versiont too,,  and force it overwrite SOS SE. but to get CBPC work,, I assume I may need not install SOS-hdt smp version,, is it right?  

 

 I still see my PC man gentital  move as physics,(though it is not perfect),, , then I do not know if it is caused by hdt-smp or CBPC,,     SOS hdt version (kampo offered )  come with xml for hdt-smp.. but about Collision things, I think I only see CBPC physics which discribed  in CBPC setting files. 

 

I happend to find, creatures (Animal SOS)  2 gentail ball move really  nice ...  then I check animal SOS falmer mesh,,

it have 2 genitalsScotrulm for left and right.


then Animal SOS seems use "Butt parameter value" to shake Creature Genitals nodes. and discribed them in CBPCmasterConfig.txt    like that,,

then I suppose Butt parameter values (in CBPConfig.txt) will be used to shake 2 Scotrums  of creatures for CBPC

 

 So I hope to get  same thing for man SOS genitals,, then I check SOS mesh (nif).. I can only find,, one Genitals Scrotum. I suppose  to  see SOS  shake with CBPC, not by HDT-smp,, add NPC GenitalsScrotum [GenScrot]  in CBPCMasterConfig.txt. and set parameter values for CBPConfig.txt , it may show kind of  floppy  shaking by CBPC only?

 

In  CBPC description,, to CBPC work, it  need to use physics bone...That means,  to get  SOS genital floppy, I need to use HDT-smp SOS ,    SOS  SE(non physics version)  not work ?

Question, problem with the CBPC now is that its movements change with the FPS.

If the FPS higher 60, the movement of CBPC physics will be accelerated.

And if the FPS below 60, the movement of CBPC physics will be slow down.

Will it be fixed in V2?

this setting in CBPCMasterConfig.txt, try this turn on.

 

Since the pussy is managed separately by the cbpc, it is not possible to include cbpc physics.
but, dick is likely to be possible.

Then yes I already set Malephysics = ON.  though I do not know the setting need for  SOS physics (I consider Malephysics may activate

man butt shaking  , etc when there is same weight as female ,,)

 

I am now trying to get more reasonable move, about pneis and 2testicles (floppy)  . then for male SOS only.  SOS mesh not have GenitalsL and GenitalsR stotrum but only one mesh group (or weight ) for GenitalsScrot. so I discrbe it, in masterconfig, and add parameters. 

(to make it simple,, I start with 2 config map name,,  Scrot, and Mgen,, then controll these 2 groups, in CBPConfig_male.txt)


NPC GenitalsScrotum [GenScrot]=Scrot
NPC GenitalsBase [GenBase]=Scrot
NPC Genitals01 [Gen01]=Mgen
NPC Genitals02 [Gen02]=Mgen

What I afraid is, current default SOS SE rig (bones)  already compatible for CBPC?   (or it need additional bone to CBPC work?)

 

Though  I could see physics move, then  I can adjust values.  (genitals , sctroum, and  , but still not get good position (along to gravity) with change posing. (I can see shaking or it move, when run or jump etc), but when I change pose,, SOS  do not face to ground well.. I try gravity values,

but about SOS I still not see reasoanble move...

 

And I do not know the reason but when I start sexlab animation,, I seems lost  testicles moving (GenScrot). (I feel so), so it seems related aroused penis?

 

 hope Shizof or CBPC user check SOS meshes,,. At current we do not see good  CBPConfig set-up   for SOS mesh.

Someone else asked me about that before too. The thing is, all the calculations are done with delta time already, so fps shouldn't affect anything except smooth movement. 60fps is kind of a sweet spot for human eyes. That speed change may be because of that. 

 

Yes, I'll try to test for that too and eliminate it if possible.
