@SkömerCharacter Editor remains functional last I have tried it which was 2 minutes ago.

Prepare Carefully still corrupts pawn data and just because RJW made something so that the thing people notice easily might be fixed still doesn't mean it should be used over  a more functional alternative especially when it's main issue is not even RJW related.

i have used Char Edit yesterday with no issues as well

Meaning I can have an entire prison full of 15+ volunteers (all set to be comfort prisoners) and my colonists will still go down once a day to lay eggs. A couple things could be done to fix this (but I personally have no idea how to add it my self). 1. Decrease sex need for pawns that have both an ovipositor and an egg. 2. Add a timer to only allow one egg to generate every 1-2 days. That way the nature sex need decay should drop enough for them to go find a volunteer. 

What needs to happen is the movement speed penalty being tied to the progress, i.e. severity of the egg, instead of giving the entire debuff the moment a new egg is spawned. It is growing after all.

On top of a giant stack of mods, I'm getting exceptions like this in a tight loop for apparently every animal on a fresh map.

 

Exception ticking WildBoar21851 (at (97, 0, 25)): System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for 'rjw.PATCH_JobDriver_DubsBadHygiene' threw an exception. ---> System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: Exception of type 'System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException' was thrown.

 

WildBoar21850 with job GotoWander (Job_24) A=(92, 0, 22) tried to get CurToil with curToilIndex=11 but only has 2 toils.

I can remove DubsBadHygiene, fresh install without ever adding it, etc. None of that corrected it.

 

It appears to be caused by the Multiplayer Compatibility Patch

Does the latest RJW have patches for Immortals mod? When I run it I get a lot console errors  referings to missing hediff of ih_immortal  which stops happening after I install the immortals mod. But I've never used that mod prior to this point which is strange. Going back to the previous RJW version seems to stop this issues.

@Skömer @NeverLucky4Life Well when I use Character editor I get a full message of error logs stating stuff about 157 copies or something so... maybe my version is buggy?

This is what I get with just character editor and its dependencies.

According to that your rimworld install is broken, what other mods do you have loaded ?

And by chance do you have outdated mods or core files?

Also I shouldn't have, and those errors only appear with Character Editor. Also I made a friend test it out and he got the same errors.

Sorry to spam post so frequently, so what do you mean it corrupts pawn data? I just ran a few test games and Prepare carefully seems to now be working fine with RJW. At least in my test runs, meanwhile Character Editor is fudging up my logs for some reason XD

It can't be just Character Editor, because it clearly looks like some combat enhancing mod is throwing its guts up.

I'd suggest you uninstall the game, delete the whole Rimworld folder, reinstall the game and then check if you're having any problems with Character Editor.

So i've been messing around for a while now and I can't figure this out. Colonists won't engage in consentual sex with each other. Did a clean install with only hugslib and harmony, still the same problem. The only hint I've got is this error

So after some experimentation the egg pregnancy seems broken in the latest version.

Here is the only log entry i get on a clean save (with only RJW and dependencies enabled) when an insect with ovipositor rapes a human pawn:

Hey, just encountered a problem with Rimworld of Magic. A child's father and mother were a Death Knight and a Bloodmage, the child inherited both classes, is there a way to automatically make it so that only one trait OR another gets added to a pawn?

That happens also when you install Plaza's version of the DLC onto your DRM free copy.

I know because there is no fucking way i am paying for a mod.

devmode remove it, afaik there is already trait conflict filter for babies

@Anonymous I kid you not, it's just character editor and its dependencies lol. If I add back in all my other mods and remove character editor, those errors disappear.

@Gamaroguar Idk what that is all I know is I just use the steam version .3.

I'd like to add in that a friend of mine tried it out as well and got the same errors.
