Sounds like some files from the Bad End animation pack are missing.  If the hkx files are missing, the pole will appear and your character will be bound, but no animation will play.

I just checked and I do have the hkx files. They're Data>meshes>actors>characters>animations. I just copied all the files directly from the animation pack to the data folder to make sure and tried it again. It still does it.

Well, I'm not sure what to say then.  We know the plugin is loaded, since Violate is starting the Bad End outcome and is able to place the execution furniture.  And the tags are correct since AAF is at least trying to start an animation on the pole.  That means something is interfering with AAF and preventing it from actually animating the actors.

 

Just so I really understand at what point the animation is stopping, could you reproduce the problem and post a script log and a screenshot of the scene where it is stopped?

I have the screenshot and the log, but for some reason I'm having a really hard time figuring out how to insert an image or attachment...

 

The only option I have is to insert an image from a URL.

For the script, there is a gray bar below the window you type into that says "Drag files here to attach".

 

For the screenshot, just drag it into the box you type into.  Then, please, double click it and set the horizontal resolution to 300 so that it doesn't take up everyone's whole screen.

I don't have a "Drag files here to attach" bar and dragging the screenshot isn't doing anything. If I had to guess, I'd say I'm too new of a member and don't have full privileges yet, if this forum has a system like that.

The screenshot is very small-it is visible nothing).The papyrus file itself can be downloaded to Google drive.

A couple of things in your log:

 

One, you have the Stats feature from Themes turned on.  Reinstall Themes and disable Stats in the installer, all it does is cause problems with animations.  And make sure you have the latest version of Themes, previous versions were tagging some animations incorrectly or not at all.

 

Two, right before the Bad End, an animation failed to start with AAF error [4] - "no animations available that run on that combination of actors and tags".  This was a 3-on-1 animation.  I am guessing one of the actors was female but you don't have animations that support female aggressors in gangbangs, so you should turn off "Female aggressors in gangbangs" in the MCM Animation options.  Either that or your Themes is old and isn't tagging 4-way animations correctly.

 

I am not sure that this second issue would cause the next animation to hose up, but it's possible.  I think it's more likely that Stats is somehow interfering with the Bad End animations.

Violate doesn't loop animations, it tells AAF to play the animation for X seconds based on your MCM Animation Duration setting.

 

So this is caused by either the theme or the animation XML.  Are you using any XML replacer / patcher mods?

The key is, before trying any of these side mods, you need a rock solid functioning AAF without warnings or errors gunking up the works. Some warning messages are legal because an animation pack might have a glitch in it, but anymore than a couple that do not go away at start spells trouble. AAF working, first, then add on..

I finally got it to work. Turns out, I was loading too many things at once. So Violate works fine now.

They travel to the location of the Vault 111 map marker.  Their normal AI takes over when they get there, so they try to return to wherever they normally would hang out.  So you could run into them again assuming they survived the trip.

Hello everyone.

 

First of all : BIG THX for this mod. 

I encountered many problems with AFF not working so I've deleted everything and reinstalled everything step by step.

Now everything work and this mod too.

I only have noticed one problem. My character is a male.

Under 30% HP, I can be raped and it works well. It adds stress for sure !
My ennemies can be raped too at 30%.

But when a super mutant is wounded at 30% or less, he dies and I have his body paralysed in front of me.

I can walk throught it it's weird !

Anybody encounters the same problem ? A clue about what's wrong ?

That is caused by the new Super Mutant body/skeleton which doesn't handle dismemberment correctly.  You can install Don't Lose Your Head (the no-dismemberment mod, available on Nexus) to prevent SMs getting dismembered and should prevent these freezes.

 

Note that the enemy surrender feature in Violate only affects Humans and non-feral Ghouls, so Super Mutants can't surrender to you in any case.
