Sailing Rebel Posted February 20 Author Posted February 20 Just uploaded SexLab Aroused Creatures SE v4.17.1, MCM version 40040. This is mainly to address issues with group engagements, including failures when trying to start them via dialogue, and the system tending to prioritise animations with the highest number of positions, which could result in infrequent 3p and 4p animations. SexLab Aroused Creatures SE v4.17.1 Hotfix (40040) (2026-02-20) Fixed: Group engagements always using the maximum available extra creatures, meaning 3p and 4p scene were less likely to be seen. Fixed: Group dialogue options failing in some circumstances. Fixed: NPCs not approaching creatures for group engagements triggered by dialogue. Fixed: Toggle Auto-Engagement Hotkey not stopping Creature-on-Creature auto engagements. Fixed: Delayed notification for Toggle Auto-Engagement Hotkey changes. Fixed: NPC dialogue engagement notifications missing group context. Fixed: PursuitEscape event notifications not displaying for consensual engagements (i.e. if the approach scene takes too long). 1
tonitrulupus Posted February 20 Posted February 20 @Sailing Rebel, Just to let you know, ver. 4.17, engagements with animals w/ animals, works on saxlabs, even though in the mcm states its for sexlab p+, unless I am miss reading and understanding, also it seems that they are not doing it on its own, have to use a spell to get them to do it though. This also requires the animation of course, but it does work with wolves and horse, those are the only ones I have tested.

Yeah, I just forgot to update the MCM translation file after figuring out how to get it done in OGSL. Also forgot again for 4.17.1.

FINALLY AWAKE. Posted February 21 Posted February 21 (edited) hi @Sailing Rebel didn't find, can aroused creature assault another gender creatures? or NPCs/humanoids only? Edited February 21 by FINALLY AWAKE.

Creature-on-creature is supported from 4.17. The options for CxC auto-engagement are under Other Settings. Just make sure there are appropriate animations installed. 1
jbezorg Posted February 25 Posted February 25 Just a request for a delay for the scan after fast traveling because the horses at the Riften stables are spawn camping 😂

skybird Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Seems to work fine but I have an issue with male animal on male human (NPC and PC). The male always takes male position even when he should take female position. So i rolled back to version 4.14 and that problem is gone.

Confirming that the Other Settings > Animation Selection > Male Roll With Male Creature and related options are being ignored in 4.17. I'll get that fixed as soon as I can. This is specifically for OGSL. In SLP+ the position sex assignment is stricter, and I'm not yet sure how to make on-the-fly changes to that.
Ajango Posted February 28 Posted February 28 I'm stumped with an issue recently (still using version 4.17 should I update?) For some reason when creatures orgasm I see notifications always with "Aggressor creature wants more orgasms" (I'm also using SLSO and disabled that requirement for aggressors), despite the animations being Consensual. I even disable aggressive options to only allow Consensual and it'll still show up as an Aggressor creature. Is there an option I can't see that's automatically locking every engagement to be aggressive? This wasn't an issue before, but I might messed something up and forgotten about it.

I think I can confirm that, assuming this is in SLP+. I'll add it to the to-do list.

The bug I'm looking at now appears to flag most female NPC scenes as consensual in OGSL. They will still play non-con animations and use appropriate behaviours and notifications, but other mods checking scene consent will show a mismatch. If you can, a papyrus log from a game in which the General Settings > Debug option is enabled might be helpful.

Yes this is male NPCs and PC I'm not familiar in reading the logs in Debugs so I'm not exactly sure what to look for, but I'll try. I've noticed with the debug feature on, end animations for both male NPC/PC I can see a line of non-con: false Aggressor: TRUE Aggressor is always set to TRUE no matter the animation. For female NPCs it does set non-con to either true or false depending on animation, but I haven't been able to get Aggressor to go TRUE, It's always false.

The fix will be in the next update. Thanks for the report. 1

The LE version is no longer supported. After ten years, I'm not even sure I recall the available features. The potential issues will be installation problems (such as corrupt download, antivirus or Windows UAC), configuration problems blocking scans, or a conflict with another mod.
MadMansGun Posted March 2 Posted March 2 i have 2 LE files on my computer: "SLArousedCreaturesLEv04_01OsmelMCTweaked.7z" and "SexLabArousedCreaturesLEv04_12OsmelMCPorted.7z" i'm unsure about the "Ported" but i know that the "Tweaked" file works because that's the one i'm using, but i would need Rebels permission to share either of them regardless.

It looks like those might be versions of SLAC with the OsmelMC Tweaks patches baked in. Aroused Creatures is released under GPLv3, so modification and sharing are already permitted, provided the terms of the licence are respected. The full licence can be found in the Readmes folder in the later versions of the mod. Versions prior to 4.02 also include a Creative Commons licence option. Support for patched or forked versions of SLAC must be sought from the authors of the modifications.

unwashed biomass Posted March 3 Posted March 3 Most importantly big thanks for sharing creature support. It's like crismas came late but was very merry. Thou after updating to 4.17 regular group encounters completelly stopped working (both as dialouge option and auto engagements), 4.17.1 hotfix didn't fix that for me unfortunatelly. Also i noticed that "doing something special" giving oral to creature very rarelly trigger oral animations, it's like it's random pick.
